Ro and Paco are friendly, courteous, kind and very responsive owners of their beautiful Casa. If location is important to you this home is well located for walking almost everywhere. There is a fairly steep hill on the street towards Centro but it is short and not busy. We enjoyed two good restaurants that are in close proximity. The view from the upstairs living area is of a beautiful next door garden. This is a private home with a pretty patio and the sound of the water fountain is peaceful. We had a long stay and enjoyed the neighbours and felt very safe. Church bells welcome each day at 7:30 am :) We will be happy to return!

Beautiful, elegant home on a quiet street within walking distance of the Zocalo. We had a problem with the hot water and a repair man was sent within 5 minutes to fix it. The hosts were attentive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed spending four nights in this home.

My friends and I stayed at Pacos house for 8 days. The house is just like the pictures, it was about a 15 min walk to the centro. The home was clean and we enjoyed our time there. They do have a rooftop, however you can’t spend too much time up there since they don’t have good lighting and the furniture I not comfortable.

The property is very conveniently located, close to everything you need and with easy access to transportation, restaurants and shops, which made the stay quite convenient. The place in general is comfortable and has good potential; however, it lacks some maintenance and care details that could improve the experience. With a little more attention to those aspects, it would be an excellent option. Still, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate Paco's communication.

Fantastic stay at this beautiful, well-located private residence. The home was exactly as pictured, and we had everything we needed for our long-term stay. The location is superb, a quick walk to all the great restaurants and lively action in Centro. We felt very safe in this area and walked everywhere. Bring comfortable shoes for the cobblestone! We enjoyed parades, mariachi, and some of the best restaurants we have ever been to, including the states and abroad. Rosewood's Luna rooftop and Sunday brunch were our favorites, but we enjoyed Atrio, Chamonix, Tostevere (tiny place!), Casa Nostra, Ziracco, Tio Lucas and so many others. Paco had great recommendations as well. We didn't make it to a vineyard, but were able to make it to most of them, all fantastic. Ro and Paco are the most responsive, friendly, helpful and pro-active hosts you will encounter. They will go out of their way to make your San Miguel experience the best it can be. Don't hesitate to book this property. 5 stars.

Ro and Paco's home is very beautiful and comfortable. Three couples spent a week in the home and found it very cozy with several inviting spaces for relaxation and privacy. The rooftop is beautiful in the cool morning, as is the first floor patio. Breakfast on the patio was a daily occurrence. The house is on a lovely and quiet small street that is not a thru street. The location is ideal for exploring Centro sights, shopping and restaurants. All six of us were very pleased with the accommodations. Paco was our contact and was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

A lovely retreat in the center of town. As soon as you walk in you immediately enjoy the lovely details and decoration. Amazing courtyard to sit and enjoy the birds singing and meditate. An exquisite experience!!

Beautiful place. Great location with a ~10 minute walk to the center square. Extremely responsive hosts. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop as well. WiFi was very usable but not the fastest.

RoandPaco's place is beautiful, spacious and centrally located. With so much to do in San Miguel de Allende, we wish we would have had more time to enjoy the place! We'll just have to come back!

Very nice and good value, well located, comfortable beds, can easily walk to most places.

We loved the art work and appreciated the amenities. They had purified water at the kitchen sink, and a nice washer and dryer in the garage. We stayed for two weeks and were comfortable in the second level living room. There were four of us. 60 year olds and 80 year olds. The stairs from the downstairs kitchen and dining area to the king bedrooms and living room were always something we had to take care about ( holding on to railing with one hand.)

We had a great stay at Ro and Paco’s place. The house is well-located, very clean, and spacious - just as described. Walking distance to the main plaza is a huge plus. Ro and Paco communicated well and let us check-in early free of charge. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed Ro&Pacos place which gave each of us a large bedroom with ensuite … we had lots of breakout areas .. inside & outside with a rooftop area & a private courtyard .. great place for the 4 of us …. Easy walk into the main square … would stay again !

Absolutely the best. Impeccable, with unusual detail to design, decor, and furniture. The roof top garden and outdoor alcove were an unexpected pleasure. The attention to detail and guest amenities is superior. A very rare find, located on a very quiet street, within a short walking distance of all the main attractions within Centro. We loved staying at Paco’s place! Beautiful home in a quiet, centrally located area. Everything was clean and well decorated. Everything you could possibly need is available. One of the suites is located on the ground floor so it’s optimal for people who prefer not to do stairs. All the beds were very comfortable and big. Overall we are very happy to have chosen Paco’s place and would definitely come back.

Lovely home in such a quaint neighborhood. It was an easy walk to the city center but far enough away to escape the craziness. Their home was clean and exactly as I imagined it, maybe even more beautiful in person. Owners were very responsive and friendly! I appreciated how flexible and professional they were in our interactions.

Paco communicated well & the house was great!

Everything matched the description. There was hot water in every bathroom, the beds were very comfortable and clean, and the A/C’s worked fantastic. The streets in SMA are very narrow so your reverse parking skills have to be good to get your car in the garage. We loved having a garage for our car since parking is hard to find on the streets. We were a 13 minute walk from the Parroquia with plenty of food, stores, pharmacies, etc nearby. We hope to return to SMA in the future to explore more of what this beautiful city has to offer and would love to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Lovely stay in a beautiful and comfortable private home - the location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood but also very close easy 5 minute walk to center of town. Host was extremely responsive to any questions that came up. We would definitely return to this lovely home upon a return visit to SMA.

The place was even prettier in person, they provide everything we needed and more, the location was amazing, even though it is in a quiete alley we never felt unsave and the street had good lighting🙌🏼 My only wish was that during the night there was better lighting inside the home, even though we enjoyed the ambiance. I would definitely book again, also Ro and Paco were very responsive and helpful and we are very thankful for that💖

The house is amazing, we wanted to move to live there! Every corner is comfortable and very tastefully decorated, as well as very clean. Ro and Paco's attention was quick, accurate, and super friendly. All in all it was a great experience. Super recommended, it's a 10 out of 10.

We spent a couple of days at this beautiful house and frankly I'd wished it had been at least a week. The place is tastefully decorated and centrally located with only a few minutes walk to the main plaza. A big plus for us was the fact that this house has A/C and boy did we need it while we were there because it was hot out. There was 6 of us and the space was just perfect for us though I believe there may be a sofa bed in the living room however I did not check. The house has a nice rooftop which unfortunately we did not get to use due to lack of time but it is an added bonus. Very nice kitchen and living room area, good size fridge and range. The property has a small garage suitable for a small-mid size car, however we had a big truck and did not fit so Paco recommended a secured parking lot located only about a2-3 minute walk from the house. The location is fantastic, continently located within walking distance to many places near by. I undoubtedly would stay here again!

We had a wonderful visit to Ro and Paco's home in San Miguel. House was comfortable, well located, with beautiful interior design (we took lots of photos for inspiration!). Communication with the hosts was quick and helpful. We loved walking to all the sights in San Miguel and stopping by the markets and panderias each morning for breakfast. We can't wait to return!

Ro & Paco have an amazing home, just as described in their post. It is a cozy house, super well located to do everything on foot and at the same time on a quiet street. It offers a very pleasant stay that allows you to go out and enjoy San Miguel but at the same time it is ideal to rest and enjoy as a group. The house is well equipped and impeccable decor. Communication with them was perfect and timely. Always friendly!

My family and I stayed at Ro and Paco’s beautiful house. It was our first visit to San Miguel and this house was the perfect home base. The neighborhood was in a safe, central location to everything. The house was well stocked, clean, and so beautiful! We will definitely stay again.

The house is BEAUTIFUL, just like the photos or better. Clean and they took care of every detail. The location is very good. You can walk anywhere. Ro and Paco were always super attentive, and access to the house could not have been simpler and safer. Perhaps the only thing we would add is that on the rooftop there should be some chairs and tables to enjoy the sunset. That would be a plus, but THE HOUSE REALLY HAS IT ALL :) Without a doubt, if we return to San Miguel for the 3rd time, it would be to this house. Thank you for this experience!

We loved Paco & Ro's place. It is a beautiful home within within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Located on a quiet side street closed to thru traffic, it was our starting point for many wonderful adventures in San Miguel. The area was very safe and amazingly quiet at night. The sunsets from the rooftop deck were amazing and just an added bonus to everything else. There are countless restaurants and the only time we used an Uber was traveling to Dos Buhos vineyard, which we highly recommend during your stay. Paco was very responsive to our inquiries and provided a terrific list of suggested activities and restaurants. He even recommended a very reliable and reasonable car service from Leon airport. We have stayed at many Airbnbs and highly recommend a stay with Paco and Ro in beautiful San Miguel de Allende.

This is a gorgeous old home on a cute little street. Beautiful vistas from windows and roof. We also enjoyed the pretty, small patio downstairs. Note: the bed in the master is not a King but the others are, and the kitchen has only basic appointments. But we loved the place, found it easy to get around, and SMA is magical!

Loved this villa. Close to Zona Central. Close to city bus stop. close to several restaurants. Ro and Paco gave wonderful recommendations for food, sightseeing, groceries! The one thing...take your own bags to City Market!!!! They neither provide bags nor sell bags!!!!! San Miguel de Allende is a wonderful city. Very very safe. The people are wonderful. I recommend you stay here at Ro and Paco's house for a long stay.....

Ro and Paco's home is absolutely beautiful. My family of 6 went to San Miguel de Allende for the Christmas holidays. The house is conveniently located to the beautiful downtown. We walked to every activity and restaurant we went to. By the end of our stay, we could walk around without the assistance of maps. The town is simply magical, and Ro and Paco's home is a perfect place to stay for a fabulous vacation. Ro and Paco also provided us with an exhaustive list of suggestions for restaurants of all types, activities and not to miss sights. Their recommendations were spot on!

We loved our stay and walked to EVERYTHING. Their list of recommendations are a must. We couldn’t hit them all but our top two were Bocaciega and La Azotea (Jicama Tacos) Don’t forget to book a spa appointment at the Rosewood and have drinks on the rooftop afterward. We love massages and 4 of us had some of the best massages ever! 8 of us spent a week here for my 50th and it exceeded our expectations.

We spent two wonderful weeks at RoAndPacos home, a beautifully decorated and spacious home situated on a quiet alley. There was plenty of space for all four of us to spread out and do our own thing without feeling overcrowded. The house has a magical quality to it. Very peaceful. Although there was adequate internet in some of the rooms, it was occasionally hit or miss. It was difficult to get the internet in the beautiful upstairs living room so we mostly hung out in the kitchen when we needed the web. I've heard this is a common problem throughout Mexico. The rooftop patio offered an amazing view, but was sometimes very warm. An umbrella or sun screen would be a welcome addition. The area around the house is full of cafes, restaurants, shops and bars. A very walkable area. The hosts were extremely attentive and the maid service once a week was most welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay here again in the future.

we really enjoyed our stay at RoAndPaco's. It's a beautiful home that is tastefully decorated and well kept. we traveled to San Miguel De Allende with family for a wedding and this hone was perfect. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio where we had breakfast in the morning. It was a very comfortable stay. RoAndPaco were highly responsive to messages and provided awesome recommendations on restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer. It felt like a hone away from home.
