Great host

amazing stay, each floor (4 in total) had a bedroom, kitchenette, and a bathroom. it was gorgeous and spacious and perfect for a group of 7. the host(s) is incredibly gracious and allowed us to store our luggage at their home after we checked out, and was understanding when we were a bit late to check out as well. she was so responsive and helpful for everything we needed - which made the trip easy and fun. the only caveat is that you really do need to climb 4 flights of stairs, with the 3rd and 4th floor being the hottest of the place. additionally, the very top floor’s bathroom has a weak shower stream, and if everyone is showering, you may not always get hot water! however, this is to be expected and did not hinder our trip in any way!! a personal preference - but I would say the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and we slept amazing! which helps when you’re doing so much in a great city :)

Great place to stay & walking distance to lots of places to eat & shop. Was a great fit for our large group of friends!

Loved the architecture! Highly recommend this place. I would probably limit the number of guests to 3 couples (6 total) but you could squeeze in more on couches and air mattresses if you don’t mind giving up the common space. Great stay! thank you so much for having us.

This place was stylish and unique. Great landing spot for Roma Norte. Perfect for 3 couples or group of friends. Lush with plants and places to hang. Note: must be able bodies and able to walk stairs as there are a lot of them.

A great set of apartments that give space & privacy for family or friends travelling together. The area & apartments felt really safe. Loads to do within walking distance of apartment. Close to metro & east to get Ubers. The apartment is very central & the traffic can get noisy at times, bring earplugs if light sleeper

Hosts were 11/10 responsive and helpful! The place was perfect for our girls weekend! Felt very safe! This location was an easy 5-10 min walk to whatever your heart desires! Ubers were prompt to pickup from this location. Loved it all.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! There was ample room for all of us (4 adults and 2 kids aged 12 and 8) with the apartments looking exactly like described and shown on the pictures. The location is unbeatable! Maria and her team were super communicative and easy to reach out to. And were happy to indulge our additional requests! FYI there are fairly steep stairs between the units for anyone traveling with younger kids or older adults. But it worked fine for us. Strongly recommend it for larger groups!

Beautiful home! Like three separate apartments! Each has its own kitchen and bathroom and common area. The location is great. Walking distance to many restaurant, bars and shopping. Great local vendors and we always felt safe walking around. The streets are clean and the people are friendly. Great street food and local street vendors. Would recommend. The rooms and thoughtfully laid out and it is quiet with lovely green space and balconies.

Our stay was lovely. The location was great, walkable and close to a lot of things. The host was flexible with our check in. I would recommend and stay again. Also a great plus is that there were no crazy check out instructions. They took care of everything. :)

This place is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, Maria and Carmen were incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. The attention to detail in the aesthetic of the Airbnb was stunning and perfectly fitting for CDMX—stylish, vibrant, and full of character. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to see and do. We loved our stay here! The 3 separate units were perfect for our bigger group — everyone had their privacy but we could all come together in the common areas. It was really the perfect location in terms of proximity to things. We were close to a lot of great restaurants, shops, and parks that were easily a 10-15 minute walk in any direction. The beds were super comfortable and clean, which was nice to come back to after a long day out. The bathrooms were well appointed and very clean as well! As far as amenities, there is an OXXO across the street which was great if you needed to stock up on essentials like water and snacks. Finally, the whole team of hosts for this home were so incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Carmen met us there and gave us the tour and made sure we got all settled. Really, a stellar team!! We would definitely stay here again!!

We rented the entire building for a group and thought the individual spaces were helpful to have! The space was very clean, is super close to the metro, and extremely convenient. The host was responsive!

This was a great spot for a girls weekend in Mexico City. Everyone had their own space but there was also a hangout area for all of us. Well maintained with vibes that match the city. Great location, easily walkable to shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. Lots of winding stairs, so something to keep in mind if that’s an issue for you, but otherwise we were very happy with our choice.

Mexican Homes welcomed us for a photo shoot, the layout of the house/building is great and has a very good location, super close to public transport and super easy to get to. From the first moment they were super attentive and all the time they were waiting for questions or whatever we need. A great option without a doubt!

We had a wonderful time staying here! We had 3 couples share the entire place. 3 apartments were very private and felt like you had your own apartment. The co-host was absolutely lovely. Isabel took great care of us and was right around the corner whenever we needed anything. Location is on a busy corner but felt very safe. Oxxo and a great taco truck were right downstairs. The hosts were flexible when needing to leave our bags for a couple of hours after check out. I would recommend to anyone! Only a few blocks away from the best of Roma Norte and Condessa.

We had such a great experience and stay. We were greeted in person and shown around the home, which was a first for me. The place was beautiful with tons of charm and felt very cozy. We enjoyed having separate floors so that some could nap or go to bed when others did not. The rooftop was so fun and beautiful and the plants and natural light in the loft unit made it so welcoming, which is where we spent most of our time together. The street is a little noisy but there are scooters everywhere so I’m guessing it wasn’t any noisier than any other place in the area. Would definitely stay here again

The setup of this Airbnb was perfect for our group of travelers. We had two singles, and a couple, each of whom had their own 1BR apartment. The upstairs apartment is a loft-style and is where we spent most of our time as a group, although we did not spend much time indoors as there is so much to explore in the neighboring area. Carmen met us at arrival and we saw her several times throughout our stay, she was so welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend booking and would stay again!

A beautiful stay in the gorgeous Roma Norte. The entire building is thoughtfully designed to fit a larger group while maintaining individual privacy and functionality on each floor. The interior is a calming, plant filled sanctuary that provides a refuge within the busy city. The concrete structure and limited interior windows keeps the place cool and quiet on hot days. The top-floor penthouse is an inspiring blend of contemporary art, modern architecture, and lush greenery. It's the perfect place for guests to gather and relax throughout the day. The hosts were very responsive and maintain the building very well. The location is extremely walkable and the building is nestled perfectly on a calm street close to the action. I wish I could have stayed longer and would absolutely stay again. 10/10

This was the perfect property for three couples traveling together, with ample space, both private and communal. Plus, the location couldn’t be better, being walking-distance to Mexico City’s historical Centro and all the bars and restaurants of the Roma Norte and La Condesa neighborhoods.

Our stay in Mexico City was wonderful, thanks to this amazing home and its exceptional host. Communication with the host was incredible from start to finish, making the process seamless. Even though we arrived late in the evening, we were warmly greeted by Carmen, a kind and caring woman who made us feel at home. The location was perfect—within walking distance of several great restaurants, making it easy to enjoy delicious local cuisine. Many of the city’s museums and attractions were just a short car ride away, allowing us to explore with ease. The home itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We couldn’t have been more pleased and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Mexico City!

Loved our stay at this large house in the middle of La Romita! Huge windows with tons of light, filled with plants & very comfortable. Everything in the Roma & Condesa neighborhoods is close and easily accessible. Only minor down side was a couple loud nights on Friday & Saturday but in a city of 13 million shouldn’t come as a shock! All in all a great stay and would definitely book again for a trip to CDMX.

This is an amazing apartment! We had 5 guests so we rented all three units. The privacy of each unit while being connected in one building is perfect! Everyone had their own space to retreat to, but also felt connected. If we wanted to we could have used the 1st floor “living room” but honestly we used used the top floor apartment as our meeting ground. The shining star of the property is the top floor apartment with the all glass windows and double balcony. Very cool room! Location was very accessible to everything we needed. We walked everywhere our entire trip and had a wonderful time. The only thing I’d mention is something to be expected with a 4 story building rental: be prepared for spiraling stairs. It was absolutely no issue for us, but it is slightly physically demanding to get from ground level to the 3rd and 4th floor. Just keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

This place looked just like the pictures. A full building- three 1 bedroom apartments with a shared lower level and rooftop, just as described! The location was great and just a few blocks from the center of Roma Norte. Carmen met us when we arrived and was really nice showing us the place and giving some local recommendations :)

Great spot, perfect for a group of friends as each floor is basically its own apt with its own bathroom and kitchenette. I would say the description is a bit inaccurate due to the fact the home has 4 bathrooms and not 1. So that was a huge plus and nice surprise. 10/10 would book again and would recommend

Fantastic place, fantastic location! Such a unique and great way to share a place with friends. We had privacy but we also left our doors open to one another to give it the feel of one home. Plus the extra common area next door with its own kitchen and bathroom was so awesome!

This place is a gem. walking distance to various restaurants and activities (lucha libre). The apartment was amazing, clean and convconvenient. Host was very responsive and accommodating. I am defdefinitely going to come again.

It is a large accommodations (3 apartments) that share a stairwell. If you rent all three units, the main living area is actually nextdoor. Would work well for a large group of potentially 3 couples looking for some privacy while sharing accommodations. The location is convenient with an OXXO next door. I don't rent locations without AC in the summer, but would not hesitate to book this place again Oct-May. Appreciated the extremely easy check out instructions.

The hosts were very responsive. The house was very nice. Note that there are three smaller apartments on three separate floors within the unit, with a lofted bed on the top floor. One of the beds described is a Murphy bed and there is not a full kitchen in any unit. There are multiple nice outdoor spaces in this unit. Very walkable to everything in Roma Norte. We really enjoyed our stay!

Incredible place. You won’t be disappointed

We really enjoyed our time here, and the hosts were very accommodating with our travel plans. The place looks just like the pictures, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to Roma Norte, Condesa, or downtown. Keep in mind that this is a four-story building. The first floor has the dining/ community room, and floors two through four are the individual apartments.

This AirBnB was definitely a highlight of our trip to Mexico City. Very nice interior and located in a great location. We appreciated the check-in flexibility and will definitely be recommending this location to our friends visiting the city in the future.

This place a great stay. Centrally located beautifully located. The penthouse apartment is by far the better apartment. We had to ask for extra fans but that's what to expect in Mexico in June.

Great stay - lots of stairs but was worth the views and the privacy. I really enjoyed that we had two separate spaces and still feel that we had a vacation together. Enjoyed the amenities - filter water, rooftop, had a the things needed as we were in between trips from city to city. Blow dryer, iron, laundry - was super helpful. Appreciate the lovely stay!

Beautiful, clean Airbnb with two units that were perfect for our group. We wanted our own spaces after exploring together all day so that separation was appreciated. Central location, super walkable. The Oxxo convenience store across the street was clutch. Very responsive hosts and easy breezy check in and out. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous space, whether your are just traveling with a friend and wanting a place to relax after a day of walking around the city (one of the 3 outdoor patios work well : ) ), wanting to entertain while you visit, or are traveling with two couples, the two separate apartments are no big deal if you don’t need them and probably perfect for groups like separate couples looking for privacy. The space itself was beautifully designed, and not surprisingly easy to get around from. The hosts were great in allowing my friend to check in early for me after my flight was delayed until 4am - very flexible and accommodating. Would stay again and highly recommend! Thanks!

Great place! We previously stayed in a so-called “luxury” 2 bedroom in Roma Norte that was so noisy that we were sleep deprived for 6 days. This place was so much better and the hosts were so much better too!

My stay here was amazing and the location was perfect walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, events, and things to do. This home was amazing and the all over glass walls set such an amazing ambiance with the plants around. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Roma Norte on their visit to CMDX.

A true gem embedded into a charming historic corner of La Romita. This modern and luxurious penthouse apartment is tastefully decorated with a lived in feel thanks to the numerous plants and a mix of antique and modern furniture. The dining table,sofa and bed are comfortable and functional.  The apartment fills with natural light,has two separate outdoor spaces and two restrooms making this an amazing spacious place for a couple to rest and retreat within an urban oasis.  The location is quiet but within walking distance of all the best shopping,dining and cultural stops in La Roma.  The second level apartment which we did not use but explored is a perfect space for another couple,a friend or kids to have a separate and private full apartment of their own while staying in the same house.
