An absolute gem in the middle of the city that had unbelievable access. We rented a little golf cart that plugged in easily and they gave us the garage clicker and we could zip around town and it made everything so easy. I couldn’t believe the architecture. The pool and the upper deck have views of the city that are absolutely breathtaking. It was an oasis in a lovely and charming city. The level of artistic attention to detail was next level.

Second stay and somehow even better. Location is unbeatable: right in the heart of town, steps to shops and restaurants, and an easy stroll to the beach. The hosts are pros, but more importantly, just genuinely great people. They welcome you into their Bar Sanctum downstairs for incredible tapas, hands-down some of the best cocktails in town, and an unforgettable Cuban in the cigar lounge (trust me, you’ll thank me later). The rooftop pool and deck are the showstopper, next-level space to unwind, take in the views, and fully lean into the Sayulita vibe.

This home is truly unique, and exceeded our expectations. The host’s communication was great and they were very responsive.

The house was exactly as advertised. Right in the middle of Sayulita's action, but we had no problems with noise. Easy walk to the beach and the pool is lovely. John's restaurant and bar below is wonderful. Maria was responsive and helpful. we thoroughly enjoyed our time!

This beautiful, modern home was much more spacious than we expected. The layout was ideal for our family of six, with a king, queen, and two double beds. The rooftop offers a beautiful view and was a lovely bonus. The saltwater pool isn’t heated, but it was still very pleasant to swim in, even during the winter. The location is excellent—just a five-minute walk to the ocean and three minutes to restaurants. The only downside was very loud music from nearby bars after midnight, but since the property is right in the heart of town and we stayed during the holiday season, this was expected.

We just had the best stay in Casa Deseo. Everything was perfect! The house is close to the beach, restaurants, stores and bars. We felt very safe and the house is beautiful, well equipped, clean and everything worked great. The roof deck has a great view and the pool was a perfect place to hang out when it got too hot or busy at the beach. Maria helped us book taxis and was very responsive when we had any questions. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home in great location in Sayulita. We did Spring Break with our 3 teenagers and had the best time. Highly recommend this property!

My boyfriend and I, together with another couple, spent two weeks over Christmas and new years at Casa Deseo and we don’t have enough good things to say about this house. The owner/host and in-town manager were both absolute pleasures to deal with, offering suggestions in the area and assisting with transfers to and from the airport, as well as any other ad hoc requests during our stay. The house itself is exactly as shown in the pictures. The location can’t be beat. You are right in the middle of town and while yes you can definitely hear the city outside, it didn’t impact our sleep or our stay in the slightest. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a better equipped Airbnb in terms of items of amenities in the kitchen (glasses, utensils, etc.). The rooftop pool is a haven and deck above it is perfect for daytime workouts and late day cocktails. I would not hesitate to stay in this beautiful house and hope to return one day.

Great location in the heart of everything. We loved being able to walk so close to restaurants and bars during our week stay. Maria responds quickly with any questions or issues. Ample room for our family of six (four college age). Pool was nice only wish it was solar heated, or that the hot tub heated up. Sitting at the very top lookout was beautiful for coffee in the morning or wine at night.

Maria made our stay awesome! The house is beautiful, it is just like it looks in the pictures and was a great place for our family to meet up and buzz around downtown. Maria met us on-site for check in and she works across the street (at an amazing store by the way) so we saw her pretty much every day, we feel like friends now! The house is right by the plaza and we happened to be there for the annual festival so nights were noisy but fun for those that went out to join the party. The pool was awesome to do laps in every afternoon and the roof was where we had coffe every morning or cocktails every sunset. So close to everything!

We had a 1000% blast. I normally stay on the north side where it’s much quieter but I brought my kids for spring break and we had the best time. If you’re here for the party this is spot. If you’re here to fall asleep to the sounds of the crashing waves… maybe not so much. Still an exceptional place and wonderful host!

Place is exactly as pictured and the rooftop pool is a dream! With being in the center of town expect to have the associated noise at night. This is a beautiful place! The attention to detail is amazing. As much as we wanted to go and explore Sayulita we also wanted to stay and hang out and go swimming at the house. Maria was so extremely accommodating and kind! She is definitely the best Airbnb host I have ever had. We would definitely stay here again.

Casa Deseo was just what we were looking for! The location is truly in the heart of everything. We could walk right our door and be at a restaurant or the beach in 2 minutes. We did not rent a golf cart. It wasn't needed at all. We used Martin's taxi services (he is who Maria sent to pick us up at the airport) 2 times to take us to surrounding beaches out of town. He was great! The house was perfect for our family of 4 with a 22 and 19 year old. It's modern, spacious, and cool inside. The pool is heaven and unheated, which we preferred. The rooftop area was a great place to do yoga in the morning and enjoy the lights and sounds of town at night. In terms of noise at night, the master bedroom is pretty quiet. I brought earplugs for the kids based on reviews. I think they used them once. House is HIGHLY RECOMMEND Casa Deseo! Maria was easy to communicate with and always helpful. We would book this house again in a heart beat!

An incredible and special place right in the heart of Sayulita. We rented a golf cart and we were able to park it in the garage which was so fun and convenient. I highly recommend renting one. The pool on the roof 🙌🙌 I loved my stay here and can't wait to return. Thanks Maria!

Great airbnb, great host, great location. we spent a lot of time at the rooftop pool and the place is right in the middle of town. There is quite a bit of noise at night but if you aren't an early sleeper it's not too much of an issue.

This home is truly steps away from all Sayulita has to offer! A rare find with a modern flare, very spacious. If you open your doors at night you are literally part of the night life. With that being said this is not the place for those that want quiet nights. We were aware of this and enjoyed the environment. The extra touches such as bottle of wine, chocolates and the beautiful fresh flowers were appreciated! Roof top pool is wonderful however quite chilly. Extra seating on the very top level would be a nice add. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the house!

Fantastic location. Loved having the rooftop pool and BBQ. This was our second stay at this property - well worth the return trip.

I wish I could give this place a million stars, our stay was absolutely perfect! Maria was beyond wonderful, and so easy to communicate with. She gave us recommendations and was so accommodating whenever we had issues or questions. The condo itself is beautiful and perfect for the six of us with bedrooms spread out. It’s right in the heart of everything in town which was super convenient. You can hear the night life well into the night which some may not prefer if looking for a quiet place, but we really enjoyed it. We love Sayulita and hope to make an annual trip there, so we will definitely stay at Case Deseo again!

We loved this house! It’s a block away from all the action in town and minutes to the beach. The rooftop was perfect for our evening swim, glass of wine and sunset. Maria was amazing with the questions we had and extremely helpful organizing transportation to and from the airport. We will definitely be back soon!

The house is spacious and clean. It's a great entertainment house and it is located in downtown so lots of access to restaurants, live music and bars. That access also means if you are looking for a remote beach house vibe then you might want something more out of town. There is a wonderful wine bar right below and we really enjoyed being able to do laps in the rooftop pool and bar area. Everything was walking distance from the house.

We had such a wonderful time with our group here. The pool was magical. And it’s right in town which makes it so easy to get around. The music is loud but it’s also really great music so we didn’t mind at all. Would definitely return!

We had a great stay at Belen’s place. Maria was so helpful and took care of all of our needs and questions, and had great restaurant recommendations! She was truly the highlight of our stay, thank you Maria! The house is cleaned daily, and well stocked in amenities. We were unable to use the pool due to the weather while we were there, but it is as pictured. The view from the top deck is beautiful! You get a full 360 view of the town. The location is very central to town, which is great when you want to head out to eat or shop! However this being Sayulita, it also means there is quite a bit of noise at night. There is a restaurant/bar directly across the street from the second floor, which plays live music from around 10:30 pm - 12:30 am every night. None of us are particularly sensitive to noise, but if you are this could definitely be an issue, as they are close enough that you feel like you’re at the bar with the patrons. Otherwise we had a great stay! WiFi was stable in the main parts of the house, the beds were very comfortable, and this was one of the cleanest and best kept properties we’ve stayed at in Sayulita. Comfortably accommodated our group of five. Would recommend!

A wonderful place that is right in the heart Sayulita. We were pleasantly surprised by a few things: 1. The music from the surrounding bars albeit loud was not at all detrimental to our sleep. Yes, you can hear it from the roof but most nights we had our own speaker playing and was hardly noticeable. From the bedrooms no problem at all. 2. The place is super spacious and perfect for our group of five. 3. The pool is awesome. A true lap pool on the roof, just amazing. 4. Centrally located to everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to get anywhere in town. If we ever return to Sayulita, we will 100% stay here.

The house is in a fantastic location very close to the center of the town - if you like the busy hustle and bustle which we did. The architecture of the house is very modern with excellent facilities. The pool is much bigger than appears on the photos and you can see across the town to the beach from the top floors. Cleaners come everyday so the house is immaculately clean. Beds very comfortable, each bedroom has a super bathroom. Very spacious living area. WiFi fine in main areas. Live music from the bar across the street on a night can be loud which is cool if you are enjoying the pool on the roof . Host very responsive communications and manager was excellent. We all had a great time and will return.

What a special and wonderful home. Incredibly central. Loved waking up and walking around the corner to Yah Yah cafe, or popping out for drinks at Cava right across the street. Doing yoga on the roof with incredible views of beautiful Sayulita. Or getting that same view from the edge of the pool. It is quite loud each night with the successive bands taking the stage till 2 or 3am each day, but some ear plugs or noise canceling headphones will do the trick. Was still able to get good rest. And Maria was incredibly attentive to everything we needed! Grateful for our stay at Casa Deseo!

We had a great stay at Belen's place in Sayulita. Fantastic apartment; great location. Certainly one of the best properties in town. Tons of space. Clean. All the necessary appliances etc. Just a few minutes walk from the beach. We spent time at the beach, as well as lounging and grilling by the pool. If you're sensitive to noise, you would want to be aware that the live music from the restaurants nearby can be very loud. We chose to think of it as adding to the atmosphere of the experience, so it didn't bother us as much as it might some others. Other than that, a great spot to enjoy a perfect vacation.

Outstanding all around.

This is a gorgeous, modern, extremely comfortable house right in downtown Sayulita. We had a wonderful time there. Maria, the manager, was extremely helpful throughout. One thing to be aware of: if you're there during the high season it can get very loud at night since it's across the street from an open-air bar with loud music, and there isn't much sound insulation given the sliding glass windows throughout the house.

Very nice place. In the center of a Very fun town. Roosters in the morning wake you up early. Besides that. Perfect place with amazing pool and amazing amenities. Beautiful modern home in the center of old town Mexico. Great service. Great hosts!!

Great place. Clean. Cool place. It is very centrally located to town and the beach. Town is 15 seconds away, the beach is 5 minutes. Great bars and Restuarant’s within 15 seconds to 7 minutes walking. No need for golf cart. There are three levels with a pool and an upstairs terrace with an outstanding view. Large kitchen with all the utensils and a blender and coffee maker! Hair dryers were included. Very great hospitality- we felt very welcome and quick responses to our questions.

Terrific house in a great location- lots of street noise, not unexpected since the house couldn’t have been better situated smack in the middle of town. Maria is very accommodating and responded promptly to any request/question we had- as did Belen. Very professional in all ways. Beautiful and well appointed house with nice amenities like an expresso maker, juicer, coffeemaker, beach towels, etc. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean pool, barbecue, several outdoor lounge areas- lovely in every way. Great place for entertaining or just hanging out.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Belen’s place. The location was perfect for us. We were a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the shops, beach, restaurants, dive shop and grocery store.
