The place is very spacious and comfortable. The conditions are very good and comfortable. We spent very comfortable days and the pool was impeccably clean

The place is great! It is very spacious and very pretty. Very close to the beach. Next door is a stream, and there's a bad smell, but the room is completely covered and clean. A 5-minute walk to both the beach and the center. Please note that the use of the laundry room is charged separately. The host always responded to all my requests. Very kind. I will definitely stay there again.

This place was amazing! We had a 28 person family reunion, including my 82 year old mom. We were able to rent the whole space- house, apartment, single rooms. Everyone had their own bed. The teenagers loved it! They have huge roof top views to see the skyline all the way around. The kids sat out and watched a thunderstorm. It was spectacular! There is a beautiful pool in the center. Everyone loved gathering there and swimming. It was an easy walk down to the beach, or an easy walk through the shops to the Central Square to all the eating places. The house lost power the first evening that we were there. It was no one‘s fault. Russell was super amazing helping us figure out what to do. But the electricity came back on and all was well. All part of the adventure! Russell has friend connections and gave us good recommendations. We did the Vallarta adventures and that was awesome. We just had an amazing week. Russell was easy to get a hold of and quick to help out in anyway he could.

The house is more beautiful in person than in the photo. Everything is impeccable. It's tidy, very clean and very well laid out. The pool area is super nice, with its flowers and plants. The host is always attentive and very accessible. We arrived 2 or 3 hours before check-in and he was very kind and allowed us to enter without any problem. I definitely recommend it 100% and I would definitely stay again

We had a very pleasant stay at Ingrid and Russell’s place. The house and outdoor area were clean, spacious, and well suited for a larger group. The pool was great, and the location in Bucerías was very convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby and the beach just a two-minute walk away. Overall, a very good place for a stay in Bucerías.

Beautiful house and apartments… we had a great time.

This is the second time we have stayed here, we really like it, our family feels very comfortable, the beach is very close as well as a handicraft market, restaurants, etc. I really like Bucerías and this house even more. I think the keys and air conditioning need some maintenance, but in general we had a great time.

We had a big family vacation with 16 people including kids. We normally take family vacation every year to different places in August. We had the house and 3 apartments with more than enough space. . Very nice place to stay, with walking distance to the beach. House was very spacious and confortable, but the best past was the pool. We really loved it and enjoyed it. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. Host very attentive and responded quickly. We for sure will come back.

The best Airbnb we've ever been to. Russell and his staff (because there is a cleaning person and a gardener who show up every day to maintain the house) were always attentive to our needs. A perfect house one block from the beach!

10 out of 10, we were a family of 23 people and we were all very comfortable, the host was always attentive to our needs, 100% recommended the house, just with the pool and the beach less than 2 blocks away, the little ones were happy and adults alike.

Great place. We rented all the apartments including the house and studio. We had our 10th family reunion for 10 days, and everyone was impressed and loved the place. The pool and garden was cleaned everyday, they came and cleaned after 7 days (every week). The owner was very attentive and was always there when we needed him. Hands down best airbnb we've ever stayed on, and we've stayed in airbnbs every year.

We stayed as a group of 9 (age 11-75). Had Russell’s place to ourself. We had both the 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. Worked amazing for our group. We loved being close to everything. Easy access to beach, restaurants, and other things to do. Would easily go back! Russell was a great host.

Beautiful, classic, high quality, Mexican charm has been thought of with every detail and aspect of this house and apartments. The large cupola in the main house is breathtaking! The lush, tropical garden surrounding the well maintained crystal blue pool, creates a lovely atmosphere for lounging time. Everything is so well cared for. Russell was extremely welcoming and helpful our entire stay. Thank you so much!!

Incredible place for a large family to get away. Beautiful house and apartments, all equipped with everything you need. It has a very nice pool and bar. It’s very close to downtown Bucerias and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Russel was very accommodating and helpful with our stay! Will definitely do again!

Excellent service if you are looking for comfort, privacy, quality, attention from hosts, nearby establishments, beach less than 100 meters, swimming pool, in addition for a large family and with space for everyone. Super recommended!

Such a great space for my family of 17 people to spend quality time together but still have separate spaces to retreat to! Every room and apartment was beautiful. The AC worked fantastic. The pool was cleaned daily. Plenty of fresh drinking water provided daily also which was a huge bonus! Russell was amazing with communication and promptly fixed anything that came up during our 9 days. The roof top deck has spectacular views ! Things to note- if you have less than 24 people but are wanting all 10 rooms/apartments you must request them and there will be an extra charge. We were confused about this but worked it out with Russell and it was still an amazing deal for what you get! The washer and dryer required quarters which you can buy from Russell. $2.50 per load. Beach towels are provided if you request them as are extra towels and blankets. If you are hesitating, book this space. You won’t be sorry! We were super close to a beautiful beach and centrally located. I feel we got more of a authentic Mexico experience here. You could walk to most things or easily taxi. I would recommend installing the what’s app for communication with Russell before you arrive.

a very good place, excellent host service

Our family of 12 had a wonderful reunion at Casa Cupula….centrally located to town, shopping with the locals, the beach and great food. Our hosts (Russell and Ingrid) were very timely and accommodating.

Ingrid the owner was really nice person. always with an smile. A lot of space, great garden-pool area. the barbecue hasnt an exit for the smoke Rooms spacious, simple, comfortable and efficient. Kitchens are fully equip. there were a couple of issues, and Ingrid was there really fast and solving everything. my family was really happy. the property is for 24 people, but you can only reserve for 16... the rest you need to negociate directly with the owner.

Our stay was unforgettable, the facilities are very nice and clean, the house is ideal for large families the photos do not really show how beautiful the house is, we were very satisfied the attention of the hosts was the best !!

Very attentive, kind and excellent people (by mistake we forgot a cell phone and they took the time to send it to us by parcel, THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN ) All as a family we were amazed, happy, grateful and feeling BLESSED to have chosen this place! The aréa is very safe and everything is very accessible, the beach, the artisanal market, bars, restaurants, restaurants, pharmacies! Puerto Vallarta is only 35 minutes away , sayulita and Guayabitos 40min ! Don 'T HESITATE , your family will appreciate it! We'll be BACK SOON!

This lovely home and apartment complex is only a two block walk from the beach. The house was clean with beautiful architectural details, featuring a large cupola in the center of the living area. Each apartment is unique and equipped with a kitchen. Bottled water is provided. All the amenities you would expect in a hotel, but with the addition of a walled courtyard with a pool. We rented the house and apartments for our extended family. Everyone raved about the facilities.

The place was amazing! Pictures don’t show how beautiful it really is! Ingrid was amazing with us and our big group. The location is perfect beach is only walking distance as well as restaurants and food stands. Overall the best Airbnb Experience I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend Will be back very Soon

The house is really nice, big, and clean. The Location is perfect. Everything you need is pretty close. The beach is less than 5 minutes walking. Communication was excellent! Russell was very attentive and flexible with the check-in and check-out times. We’ll definitely go back.

The place is better than in the photos, it is very close to the beach and very spacious. It has all amenities and clean. I love the pool and common areas. Highly recommended.
