We had a very good experience. Communication with the host was excellent, and the place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. There was a lot of open space, and they have lots of activities to have fun with the family. There was a bit of frustration with a security issue, but otherwise everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend it for a large family.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. One of the best features was its location, just a one minute walk to the beach, which made our trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The patio and pool area were beautiful, spacious, and perfect for relaxing with family. Everything was well maintained, and we had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves both indoors and outdoors. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

The Little Hacienda was quaint and very roomy for the whole family. The process with security was seamless. The house was close to everything: supermarket, beach, event, restaurants and club. Having the private garage was also a great-to-have. Would stay here again.

We stayed at Roberto’s place on a family trip and had a very comfortable time. They took care of us the whole time and made us feel very welcome.

Everything is excellent and according to the description, the house is very well equipped with everything you need to have an excellent time. Just one point to consider is the insects, we got a cockroach from the kitchen drawer and another in the laundry room, as well as crickets in bathrooms/rooms, but other than that everything was excellent.

This is a beautiful home and community. The host was very professional and accommodating. San Carlos is a gorgeous place. I can’t wait to return. Thank you and thank you San Carlos ! Hasta pronto 🐠🇲🇽

Private subdivision, lots of surveillance and filters to access. You can walk quietly without problems. The views are beautiful. Recommended for family or a nice weekend with friends!!

The house was clean and equipped with all the necessary utilities. We especially appreciated the fully functional grill it was a great touch! The beach was just a 2-minute walk away, which made the location perfect. Overall, we had a great stay!

Nice place and suitable for having fun. The pool was filtered daily so the water was clean, ready for fun. Plenty of towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Thanks for the wine!

La Haciendita is absolutely gorgeous and Roberto was a fantastic host! We had a few questions at check-in and during our stay. I expected his response time would be less than 3 hours and each time it was actually less than 10 min! Our family had a lovely time staying here and we will definitely be coming back. We payed for the heated pool, it was luxurious and the temperature was surprisingly more like a hot tub. Really nice to enjoy the heated pool first thing in the morning and at the end of the night! We enjoyed a few of the restaurants that were recommended in the guestbook. Our favorite restaurants were La Calaca, Sunset Bar and Grill, Turquesa, Boye’s Burgers, and La Zurda. All of them were located 1-3 miles from the Airbnb. Highly recommend this place and Roberto as a host!

Home is beautiful and in a private location and with a wonderful walkway for us and dogs. It also had a nice outdoor space. It is definitely a place I’ll return to.

This is by far the best air bnb stay we have had. I was concerned about not finding a house with a jacuzzi since we visited in December but we loved the option to warm the pool and the pool was indeed warm through out our stay. The house is huge and has everything you need or want. We spent more time together enjoying the house than any other trip. I think the stay was definitely worth it. It was located further from town but very close to the mirador. We look forward to returning someday!

one of the best places that I have stayed in san carlos, the facilities excellent the beach only one block away the most beautiful quiet and clean of everything san carlos , the communication with roberto magnifica and the place nothing to say sure would return. only a note but it is not for roberto ... keep in mind that the house is a very nice and safe private colony which is appreciated but the staff of the cabin (second) have very bad treatment to the customers they take time to open the door they are reluctantly or they make you wait haste that eelos stop playing video games on their phones should only be more empathetic so that vacations would not have any inconvenience..

Communication with Roberto was excellent from before booking until we vacated the house. His responses and attention were always immediate. The house is beautiful! There are 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom and a 4th small room without a bathroom and a single bed with a sliding mattress underneath. To make it perfect, a bathroom outside the rooms would be nice so you don't have to go in wet after the pool.

We felt so welcome, we could have not been happier with our stay. The property was very clean, warm and welcoming. We had a great time at this house, looking forward to renting it in the future. Thank you!

La Haciendita was better than what you see in the photos. The place is beautiful and it has everything you need for your stay. It's really close to everything in San Carlos (restaurants, beaches, bars, supermarkets, gas stations). You don't even need to go out if you want, you could just stay and enjoy the pool and cook something in any of the grills they have. I will definitely return in the future. Thank you to the hosts for all the attentions, it was a great weekend.

Everything was excellent! Roberto and Luisa were super friendly and answered quickly, the house was very comfortable and as described! The cleaning person was super friendly.

Very nice place to have an incredible time with friends or family, the only thing that the bathrooms were inside each room, there was no bathroom for common use, so if you leave the pool leave the entire room wet, but outside of that, let US UNDERSTAND! Super good location, cleanliness and all, recommended.

Excellent accommodation!

A private place for the family or couples. This house has 4 full rooms and a small room with two single beds. The community area, who come I feel the pool and the kitchen/living room are super spacious. We would 100% stay at this place again. The people who are in charge of the place are quick to answer.

Safe, clean and cozy.

This was a peaceful and private oasis within the country club. The guards at the gate make you feel at home and safe. The heated pool was a plus for the cooler nights. 10/10 would recommend 😎
