We loved everything about this home! Clean, private, quiet. The pool was fantastic for little toddlers and adults alike. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Fernando’s recommendations for a chef and jet ski rental were excellent. We lost power a couple of times during our stay and the generator kicked on seamlessly. It was very hot and the AC still worked. Host was very accommodating and communicated well and quickly. We loved playing games and might and Bbq’d a couple times. Kayaks and beach/ocean were great and very swimmable. We even had a fire a couple of nights. This is a beautiful space and we had an unexpected death in our family during this trip so it was a comforting space to be together and grieve as a family. We were able to get Ubers into Progreso and Merida, but did have to order I er well in advance. A car would be very good to have here since it’s pretty remote (what we wanted). We would highly recommend for families, small children and couples. A gem!

This was our second year staying in this beautiful beach house. We, and all of our friends who visited loved the space, the private beach access to the ocean as well as the very comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms and additional private outdoor spaces. The house is well laid out and decorated very tastefully. The living area and dining areas can easily accomodate 12 guests. We can't say enough about how wonderful the place is and how it and Fernando made our 3 month vacation fantabulous! We will definitely be back again next year! Thank you Fernando and Patricia!!!

This is a truly stunning property. Extremely clean, villa was just like in the pictures, if not better. Pristine condition and full amenities, including toiletries, towels, comfortable beds, lots of toys to play in the beach, fire pit, etc… location is quiet, even if on the main road connecting with Merida. Kitchen was perfectly equipped and each room had its own en-suite bathroom, a ceiling fan and aircon. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 1 queen bed, on the second and third-floor the bedrooms have either 1 or 2 beds. We were a family of 11 from 10 years old to 75 and we all loved it. There is a supermarket around 10 minute drive and an Oxxo 5 minutes drive away. Area is extremely safe and lots of things to do in terms of natural reserves, cenotes, flamingo sightings, etc… Patricia is 100% available and she provided great recommendations. I would rate this house with 5 stars, it was truly perfect.

Lovely place and Patricia was an excellent host. Nice spacious bedrooms with each having a big bathroom. The Generic was needed as we had several windy days that impacted power. We really didn’t now when it kicked on unless we went to the end of the driveway and heard it running. Nice big dining table easily fit 10 people. Kitchen was well equipped. Our family took advantage of house toys (kayak, volleyball, speedball, pool).

Great villa, right on the sea. Equipment as described, unfortunately no dishwasher which with 3 young children makes a big effort after eating - if necessary, that would be a sensible purchase for the future! Great room layout, all sleeping areas are equipped with air conditioning, but the living area and kitchen only with fans. Patricia is super easy to reach and helpful with challenges at the house. We had no water for a short time, which was resolved within a very short time. Also classes: a separate power generator in the house, in Mexico the power often fails, and so you immediately have power again in the event of a failure. House is already secluded, therefore very quiet but few shopping options in the immediate vicinity. Something annoying is the bright light of the neighbor, who has his super bright lights in the garden at night and yet brings a lot of light into the bedroom.

Extraordinary house in a unique location! One of the best Airbnb houses, no doubt! Where in the world do you have a calm and warm sea, a house with all the amenities and apart from your secluded beach to walk and watch the sunset, a well-planned and designed house that allowed my family of 10 people and a baby, to spend one of the best vacation weeks of our lives, I'm not exaggerating, Casa Havana is unique!

An incredible home, we stayed here as two families and the home was perfect for a week. Patricia is super helpful and has great recommendations for local cook, cleaner, and driver. The pool and outdoor facilities were top notch, the bedding was clean and mattresses/pillows clearly very high quality. Kitchen really well appointed with tools/servingware. A/C in the bedrooms and WiFi worked great for remote workers. The location is definitely remote, recommend a driver or rental car. We also enjoyed the nearby Kokomo beach club for the day pass options. Definitely recommend this home. Thank you, Patricia.

There were 7 of us and we all loved the house and the location . Everything was perfect the house is super well equipped and the host responds very quickly. Lendroit is very safe and the view is wonderful, it's sure we'll go back .

We felt very lucky to be able to stay at Patricia's place for seven weeks. The place itself is magnificent, well laid out with private spaces and great communal areas. We had several guests visit with us and all of them loved the place and we all would very much like to return next year!! Patricia is a great host, always responding to our requests within a few minutes. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were lots of "toys" available for our use. The living spaces were very functional and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. Great hot water and great WIFI! We can't wait to return again next year!

Casa Havana is a wonderful place to stay! We spent Christmas there with all our children and grandchildren. There were 12 of us plus a baby. The house is extremely clean and well kept as are the grounds. The house is spacious, and the kitchen is well appointed but bring your own spices including salt and pepper. We loved how each bedroom had its own air conditioning, and the rest of the house could be open to the sea breeze. The host is readily available to answer any questions you might have. One of the best things we did was to hire a private chef (recommended by our host Patricia ) for our dinners. I would highly recommend Chef Manuel. You can find him on IG chefmanu_mid or just ask Patricia to put you in touch. We found that having rental cars was the easiest way to get around. There is a small tienda not far down the road. However, we stocked the house at Costco in Merida on our way there. We are so grateful to have enjoyed this special family time. Thank you Patricia!

Excellent stay on a private beach, spacious house, well decorated and with all the amenities for a great experience with friends or family.

It was a great home with so much space for everyone. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was so much outdoor space available for anyone that loves the outside. Please keep in mind that air conditioning is only on the bedrooms. It can get a little warm in the kitchen and dinning room but nothing unbearable. Great beach access, just not a lot of sand space to hang out. Overall it was an amazing home and would return.

We booked Casa Havana for a family reunion of 11 people. The house is large, comfortable and very cozy, plus it is equipped with everything you might need. The cleanliness is impeccable, the hosts are willing to help, it was a nice experience. The photos show exactly what the house is like. Our stay was wonderful, definitely an unforgettable trip and we look forward to returning.

Havana 26.5 was a marvelous rental. The kitchen is well stocked to accommodate many guests. Every bedroom has its own private bath. Beds were comfortable. The AC in the rooms worked perfectly. The pool and location to the beach was loved by our children. As were the kayaks and volleyball net with balls included. This rental met all of our needs. It was extremely clean and a very beautiful. Our host was responsive with any questions we had. We loved the location. It was close enough to progreso but far enough away to provide us with a relaxing stay. There were a couple of grocery stores within a 10 min drive. We found several local restaurants to visit. And very much enjoyed our time exploring the area. We were a traveling group of 7. 2 elderly grandparents and 3 children. Everyone had space and was happy with our stay.

My family and I had the best trip to Mexico and an incredible stay at Casa Havana. The home is beautiful with the most breathtaking views of the ocean. The layout was perfect for my family to enjoy community time in the living room/patio/pool areas with ample spaces to get a bit of quiet time. All the bedrooms had their own bathrooms which worked out great especially given that we traveled with 3 kids all under the age of 7. The sandy area leading to the beach lined with palm trees is lovely and the beach was absolutely stunning with beautiful white sand, shells and shallow clear blue water. Not to mention an incredible sunset view over the ocean. It was very private - most of the time we were by the beach, we didn't see anyone else. We hired a cook and a cleaner to help us throughout our stay which made our vacation even more carefree and memorable. Patricia was always very quick to respond to any questions I had. The location is remote (exactly what we wanted).

This home is enormous! We could have had a few more couples stay with us there and still feel like we had plenty of space to be alone. The kitchen is very well stocked to cook all your food. We did not find any markets close by to shop for groceries, but there were good restaurants about 20 minutes away by rental car, in Progreso. We drove back to Merida several times for more quality restaurant choices. It appears like much more stores and restaurants are coming to Progreso We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and walking the short distance to the Gulf shore. Very peaceful at the home and well ventilated. All the air conditioners worked well! The 3 rooftop patios were wonderful to hang out with family.

This place was absolutely worth the price! It had all the amenities we needed plus more. There was so much space, great for hosting a big group or family. I loved the style and design of the property. It felt so luxurious. We all had a great time and are already talking about coming back. And Patricia was a great host, always quick to respond if we needed anything. So happy with our stay at Casa Havana!

The place is really beautiful, the location is superb. The place is even better than what you see in the pictures. You can wake up and walk for 15 seconds to get to the water. The beach is great. Also the hosts were always responsive. I will definitely book this place again hopefully sometime soon.

Casa Havana 26.5 is an incredible house, I exceed all my expectations. The decor, the layout, the lighting, the pool, the access to the beach, the kayaks and all the details that the house has were wonderful, it is a very well equipped house to have an incredible vacation. Patricia was always attentive and her communication was immediate and efficient. The beach is beautiful and away from the populations, so it is very quiet. The outside area is amazing, has a very large living room, a refrigerator, lounge chairs, volleyball net, etc. We highly recommend this house and hope to return soon.

My family (a group of 9 adults) had a great time at Havana 26.5. The house is beautiful, just as the pictures show. The pool was refreshing. I recommend taking a walk on the beach, as there are a few restaurants you can walk to. Patricia was very responsive. We had a great time, and we would definitely come back.

The place is absolutely gorgeous and the beach in the backyard was perfect. Great for our kids. The location is growing so there aren’t a lot of good restaurants near by. Having a car is a must.

Fantastic house! Host was extremely responsive. We hired a private chef for the week they took care of everything. We also had massages on the beach in the backyard. Would highly recommend this peaceful retreat.

The house is fantastic, with a great layout, the rooms are a very good size. Ideal for large families. With separate spaces, such as the terraces of the rooms and common spaces to be with the family, such as the terrace. Patricia and Fernando's service was unbeatable. We checked in and out very quickly. Amazing place. We hope to be back very soon.

Fabulous. The house was everything and more. The beach was incredible. We swam in the ocean every day and the beach was almost deserted. We were 8 and so comfortable. Relaxing days and the beds were so comfortable we all slept well. Highly recommend. We will be back

I went with all my family and we really liked the house. It has everything you need to spend a fun vacation. It has very comfortable rooms and is perfect for large groups. The beach in front of the house is luxurious. Fernando and Paty are always available for any details. We highly recommend the house and would definitely return.

We had an amazing time with our kids. Beach is fantastic, very shallow / no currents or waves so a safe place to play. The house itself - great layout, with a big dining area opening up to a good pool + poolside bar. I’d say it’s one of the best designed beach houses I’ve been to in terms of the layout / flow / lighting / choice of materials etc. Our host was very helpful with local recommendations, making us feel welcome, and keeps a very clean and well maintained house. 5 out of 5 on all fronts.

We stayed for a month and could not imagine having had a better time. Plenty of space indoors and out for our large group. Every bedroom has easy access to a deck or patio. Everything was new and spotless. Kitchen was well-stocked with anything you would need. Pool and beach were both beautiful and relaxing. Hosts were responsive for any issues. Can’t wait to come back

Fernando and Patty were great hosts! Casa Havana is an awesome space, with everything as it seems in the pictures. The rooms are very big, the house has a lot of cool patios, balconies and terraces, and the beach area is very private and nice. We had issues with WiFi due to vandalism on the area. It was frustrating because the local companies are very slow to fix it. The hosts purchased an extra wireless hot spot to make up for the situation so they were accommodating. Definitely recommend if you are looking to get away and relax.

The house is perfect, everything works, the place is very quiet, the beach is very pleasant. Fernando and Paty are always on the lookout and with good tips.

Always attentive to what was offered and they gave us the house in impeccable condition and we made every effort to return it in the same way. We went back to Havana 26.5 without a second thought! We spent a whole month at Havanna house, it really exceeded all expectations, the house is new , super comfortable beds, pillows sheets, everything new. Full air conditioning, pool cleaning. In truth, the place is spectacular, and much better the hosts, Fernando and Paty are always attentive to what was offered . We will gladly return , my daughter Emma said only if we return to this house . They loved it Regards
