Our host was super responsive and friendly. The home was bigger than expected with plenty of places to sit. The roof top was perfect. We were just a few steps from the beach. We had a wonderful time at Grandma’s house. This home is highly recommended.

We had a great 2-night stay at this house in San Carlos. The location is very good, and the house is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for enjoying a few days on the beach. Everything was very clean and as shown in the photos. Communication with Samid and his mother, Lety, was very good from before we arrived. They were always attentive, shared the directions and access information with us clearly, and were very kind throughout the stay. We had a small issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms, but they resolved it very quickly by sending a technician the same day, which is greatly appreciated. We felt very comfortable throughout the weekend and would definitely return again in the summer. Highly recommended.

Private, with an excellent location, super close to the beach, just a few steps from the courts and the communal pool, although the house has its own pool. The house has absolutely everything; the kitchen is fully equipped—if you want to cook, there is absolutely everything and enough for many people. Everything is clean. Effective communication with the host. We would definitely come back.

Good accommodation, in an excellent location and a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Samid was very attentive, always with the best disposition to answer your questions and help you with whatever was necessary. Excellent pool and everything was very good, there's nothing more to say, totally recommended and I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

This place is great! The walk to the beach is between 1-2 minutes. There is an outdoor shower that helps you rinse off the beach sand. The house is exactly as described. It’s great for a family vacation. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a beach getaway.

Everything was excellent! We went on a family trip, 11 adults, and we were all able to settle in well in the beds. We spoke to the host about a situation that happened to us when we arrived and he gave us the opportunity to enter the house a little earlier, very friendly and accessible. At least during our stay we had no problems. I recommend it for large groups, as the price, divided among those of us who stayed, was no higher than in a hotel. Thank you!

Super recommended, very quiet and cozy place to spend time with the family, the facilities are in very good condition, the host Leticia was always attentive, very kind and attentive to our concerns. The place is very close to the beach and the area is very nice and exclusive. 10/10

This is our second time coming to this house. We love the location with its close proximity to playa algodones and the restaurants there. It is a nice gated community with friendly neighbors. We love having the private pool along with the pickle ball, basketball, pool, etc in the common area. Things to note on both occasions-the water heater was off and we had to turn it on so that we could have warm/hot water from the taps. There are a lot of places for everyone to sleep, including the casita right next to the pool. The top deck is also a very nice place to congregate and relax during sunrise and sunset. We did bring our own beach towels. along with Paper towels and Clorox wipes for easy kitchen clean up-there is no dishwasher so make sure to plan ahead. Overall, very wonderful stay and great hosts, we will return in the future!

What the photos show is not even half of what's actually offered, it's an amazing place! Very comfortable, spacious, clean, in a very good location and safe, The pool is larger than what is shown in the photos, Communication with Samid is great, very attentive and he responds immediately,

This house is very family friendly and it was a good fit for my family. We had to leave early unfortunately but the host was great. We didn’t have hot water for the first day but they were able to come in and fix it. Other than that, great place to stay! Will definitely stay here again

The house is spotless and well equipped enough to cater to the group of eight that we occupy. The third poolside bedroom is ideal for those who want more privacy. It is a peaceful and safe place with easy access to a beautiful beach.
