Sehidy

We spent a few days with a lot of tranquility and peace. Sehidy is a super helpful and friendly host. Always available for any questions. It is a very special and magical space surrounded by nature, butterflies and birds. We will return soon.

The cabin is beautiful. You feel like you're inside the mountain and away from everything, but with all the amenities. My three teenage children really enjoyed making the campfire, and even lighting the clay oven they have and making pizza in it. It was quite an experience. Sehidy was very helpful with everything I asked about! The place makes you get away from the normal world and have a lot of tranquility, but at the same time you can find what you need a few minutes away by car. The only thing I would add is a curtain in the upstairs room, in a small window it has, because in the morning, to sleep, a lot of light comes in. The place is beautiful!!!

This was our second time staying at Colibrí Cottage and while we loved it the first time in 2022, we were delighted with all the upgrades they made without losing the original rustic charm of the cabin. This is one of my happy places and I could spend hours sitting on the expanded deck listing to the sound of the wind rustling the leaves of the towering eucalyptus trees and watching the butterflies and hummingbirds flit from one gorgeous plant to another.. The cottage offers comfy beds and sofas, well-stocked kitchen, and large showers with hot water. We look forward to returning.

This place was exactly what the others described- peaceful. I was surprised how quiet it was considering it is near a populated area. Not a sound, except for bird song. My nervous system was able to reset in this beautiful space. The cabin had all of the amenities. I loved the large windows with forest and garden views. Seidy was always responsive to our needs. We visited the near by waterfalls and enjoyed the Grecia farmers market. I will definitely be back to this special retreat.

This place is absolutely amazing. I would recommend any on and everyone to stay here. Waking up in the morning to the beautiful scenery. Nice big yard for the kids to play. Host was very responsive. Gas was empty for cooking she had someone there in 20min with a new tank. She was very friendly. Did a coffee farm tour near by. Waterfalls. Restaraunt’s. Loved the area. 10/10 experience. One of those places you have to check out!

If you want to be in Grecia, Sehidy's casita is perfect. The peaceful and off the beaten path location away from the town is wonderful. While we were surprised at how bad the traffic was in Grecia, we were always so happy to get back to Colibri. We have stayed in many Airbnbs, and this was by far the best ever. The setting is so tranquil, the birdsong is a joy to listen to, the kitchen is well equipped, (I cook a lot so this was important to me). The garden is spectacular. We highly recommend Casa Colibri to any traveler.

Stunning cabin, highly recommended

One of the most beautiful cabins I’ve ever stayed in, anywhere. Lovely kitchen to cook in with so many appliances (pressure cooker for rice and beans!), we thoroughly enjoyed getting produce at the market in town and spending days just reveling in the gorgeous jungle around us in the cabin. We saw toucans over our morning coffee! Pure magic, absolutely loved the place.

If you want to rest, it's perfect—surrounded by nature, super quiet, and very cozy, incredibly relaxing. The house has all the amenities, and the bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable. We will definitely be back thank you so much.

This cabin was so perfect for us and our toddler. The property is spacious and gorgeous. The area is so quiet and peaceful. We loved every single minute.

We ended our Costa Rica trip in Grecia, and this place was the perfect way to wrap it up. Easily the best place we’ve stayed—especially for the value and attention to detail. The host checked in to make sure we arrived safely, which we really appreciated, and you can tell they’ve truly thought of everything. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels and blankets, and even games for downtime. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and clearly cared for. It feels tucked away and peaceful, yet still close enough to town to be convenient. The laundry facilities were a huge plus at the end of our trip, and the showers were great. Overall, just an amazing stay all around—we would absolutely stay here again.

The kind of gem you hope to find on Air BnB. It is a bit of the beaten track but it was perfect for a couple of nights away on our trip to Costa Rica. Peaceful and homely with everything you need to have a great stay
