Gorgeous place!!! Sehidy was such a helpful host. I stayed during a week day so not many Resturant’s were open, but she gave great recommendations and even helped me order from one! It was a peaceful, quiet getaway. There’s a river down the hill which is so beautlful, and the space is surrounded by trees — the bedroom view is absolutely phenomenal, and for only one person it was plenty of space. 3-4 would fit in there really easily. Thanks for having me!

La cabane de Sehidy aura été une très belle expérience. Jonché dans la montagne directement à travers les habitants locaux, nous nous sommes sentis dépaysé. Un lieu Très propre, extrêmement tranquille avec beaucoup de cachet. Sehidy était disponible, flexible et nous a donné de très bonne recommandation. Merci

To awaken surrounded by forest and sit as the sun filters through the trees is to find moments of calm and serenity. The cabin, at every turn, showed attention detail, careful touches for staying there or venturing out to the beautiful countryside. This property shows the kind of insight to what travelers of all sorts can enjoy. Comfortable, warm, and hospitable.

Beautiful home made almost entirely out of wonderful smelling wood (not sure what kind, but my wife said it naturally keeps bugs away!) Very spacious bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Nice big showers. Extra beds in a loft with a little office space under it. There's a little trail near the yard, so you don't even need to drive to do a bit of exploring of Costa Rica's incredible nature.

My goodness! What a special place to stay. Sehidy was friendly and very accommodating which we greatly appreciated since our little one got sick on the drive. We found the cabin beautiful and well equipped with everything we and our small children needed. The perfect place to get caught in an afternoon rainstorm. My four year old keeps asking when we get to go back :) we would love to visit again
