Perfect home base for our group in San Miguel de Allende. We came for a wedding and wanted something that felt spacious, sophisticated and elevated design-wise. The house design and artwork throughout were absolutely stunning — every room felt thoughtfully curated and really captured the vibe of San Miguel de Allende. Four spacious bedrooms, reliable AC, and a Smart TV/Sonos setup made everything effortless. The location was fantastic too, putting us close to everything we wanted to explore. Ana was a wonderful host and super helpful and responsive the whole time. Would love to stay here again!

My father has been raving about how beautiful San Miguel de Allende to family and friends, especially our magnificent accommodations and hospitality with Ana Paola. Many compliments about the view from the master bedroom in addition to the aesthetics of the home exceeded expectations. But all of us mutually agreed about every room having the most comfortable beds. We slept so well & luxurious. As a teacher I grade on a regular basis and exceptional grades bring me great joy--Casa Tutuli is tremendous joy!

Casa Tutuli was a wonderful place for our family group to stay in San Miguel. Its location is perfect -- just a couple of blocks from the Jardín Allende, but not on a particularly busy street. A ton of restaurants, shops and cultural attractions are within arm's reach. The house is stylishly decorated and boasts a full complement of amenities, as well as a pleasant courtyard with a wading pool. The daily cleaning service and the specially filtered water in the kitchen are both great extras.

I loved the house; it was impeccable. The host was super responsive; I called her several times for various things, and she answered immediately… She even came to check on something I didn't quite understand (the smart lock), and made sure everything was in order… Excellent daily housekeeping service (Rosy); highly recommended. We would be happy to come back! Excellent location! Safe area!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in San Miguel de Allende. The house was very comfortable for our family. We slept great, enjoyed the pool, and especially loved spending evenings on the rooftop under the stars. The property was very clean. The location was also ideal, with several great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, which made exploring very easy. Ana Paola was an exceptional host — incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. She helped arrange a crib for our baby and shared excellent local recommendations that really enhanced our experience. Check-in was seamless and everything was exactly as described. We truly enjoyed every moment at the property and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Ana was also a phenomenal host, and the daily cleaners were a nice touch to keep the home spotless. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Ana's place is the perfect spot if you are staying with a group! There were six of us in this house and we all fit perfectly. A full bathroom for each couple made it super convenient as well. I would definitely stay here again - not to mention is just breathtakingly beautiful! If you're looking for a spot in a central location, this place is for you. No more than a 10 minute walk to any of the places we wanted to be. 10/10 recommend!

The home was beautiful. We had a small issue with an air conditioner and although it was a Sunday, Ana found repairmen and stayed with them while they worked to ensure our belongings were safe. She also brought a delicious pastry tray. Ana went way above and beyond as well as being a friendly, responsive, and helpful host.

Wow - this might be my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in. It's beautiful, open and comfortable. The location can't be beat, walkable to so many great restaurants and sights. The views are amazing and the space is great for entertaining and hanging out. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed!

This is truly a hidden gem! Great price for a beautiful home. 8 min walk to el Centro which was absolutely perfect. There is tons to do in the area. The host was lovely. She was very responsive and sent us lots of recommendations. We were also big fans of the daily housekeeping services that were included in the price. Can’t wait to visit again!

What an absolutely stunning home. The views from the home are amazing (sunsets should not be missed). This has to be one of the nicest homes in the “Centro” district. The home was extremely walkable to all the local sights and vibrant local food scene. It’s so easy to wander the side streets and soak it all in. Ana Paola is an incredible host, it’s clear she has put in the time and effort to insure that no detail missed. Ana Paola was very responsive with easy to follow instructions. It’s homes and host like Ana Paola’s that make AirBnB so the go to choice for travelers. We definitely will be back.

This is a STUNNING home. View is unmatched, so very comfortable, every amenity you could think of, and Ana Paola was the loveliest hostess you could ask for, making sure we were settled in even though it was her wedding day. I will plan to stay here again.

The home is so beautiful and luxurious. The interior is immaculate. There are so many unique touches to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is close to everything in town, just a 6-8 minute walk. The master suite view on the third floor is breathtaking. The patio is so pretty. The only issue that we had was that they are doing construction work to the house right next door right now so the noise level is pretty noticeable during the daytime. However, the workers always finished early and the evening and night time noise was never an issue. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful home in the historic center of San Miguel de Allende. Short walk to the main square, and excellent views from the rooftop and master bedroom. Daily housekeeping was a plus as well. Ask the owner for her recommended breakfast chef and airport transport options, as both worked out great for us.

Ana's place exceeded our expectations - we were so comfortable and happy while staying there. The villa is beautifully decorated and appointed yet not cluttered and over done. We stayed here while in San Miguel for a family wedding. We always looked forward to return to the villa for rest and renewal during our busy weekend. Ana has paid attention to every detail in the villa - the linens, the appliances, the plates, the artwork...everything! The pool and outdoor sitting area is a wonderful addition to the spacious and comfortable property. I would highly recommend you book Ana's property for your visit to San Miguel. We are already planning a return trip and will stay with Ana again.

We can't recommend this house enough. The location was perfect and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Having a pool to cool off mid day was wonderful. Everything was clean and comfortable. It had all of the amenities we needed for our stay.

Beautiful house in a great location. My 2 year old loved the pool. Beds were comfortable and it was great that everyone had their own bathroom. House has some road and construction noise, but that’s expected as this house is in city center. Great restaurants minutes walking distance to house. You can access almost everything in about 10 minute walking distance. We had a great stay and the house was great for our family of 7. Would stay again! Thanks for sharing your home.

Casa Tutuli is completely lovely, with a location that's close to the center of town but away from the crowds. It's on a hill with incredible views from the upper floors. Ana was very helpful and a great communicator, and she's decorated all of the common spaces and bedrooms with tremendous attention to detail. We loved hanging out around the small pool in back, which is totally private, and also up on the roof deck. And the kitchen/dining area is another ideal hangout for relaxing or working. We were a group of five, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Ana also allowed us to park our car in a secure space about a 5-minute walk away. The daily housekeeping service was also wonderful. This is a great place to stay for families or a group of friends. Our only advisory is to check with Ana about construction taking place on the house next door, as this did create some unwanted noise for us during our stay. Hopefully this will finish soon. Casa Tutuli itself, though, is perfect!

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful house with lots of space and a very comfortable setting. Great location! Ana is a great host! We would stay here again in a minute! The only minus was there was construction next door during the day but if your out and about enjoying all that San Miguel has to offer during the day it is quiet and perfect in the evenings and at night.

A group of us came to San Miguel for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Location was perfect, every room was spotless, and the airbnb is even better than the pictures. Check in was seamless and Ana gave great recommendations and was very communicative. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Tutuli! The place is beautiful and pristine. it is incredibly well designed to accommodate up to 7 people - we were only 2. It's in a great location, easy to get everywhere on foot (though I recommend a taxi if you are going to the botanic gardens), with a very good casual restaurant just a block away. A few notes: we were there in the winter season when it got very cold at night and in the morning ( as cold as 32F/0C one morning) so check the weather and come prepared! The temps during the day were in the 70s so quite a swing. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, there is construction happening intermittently next door. Ana Paola was able to get them to start after 9 am but during our stay they were working much of the day as well.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. My family really enjoyed this home. This was our 2nd time in San Miguel, the first time we stayed in a hotel and this time we decided to do a house due to our families being with us. We have a 3 year old son and the pool was the perfect size for him. He loved going up and down the stairs every morning and night. Ana paola was soooooo nice! If I had any questions she would respond right away! The town is about a 3-5 minute walk, but realistically it’s not being a little bit further from the town because it can get busy. There are a lot of amenities in this home that make it easy to clean anything if needed. (Washer & dryer) I will stay here again next year ♥️💛

Absolutely loved staying here! Ana Paola was always so responsive and was nice enough to get a crib for our 2 year old. She shared recommendations for transportation to and from the airport, and she even put us in touch with someone who provided a cook for us (which the food was amazing btw). The place was perfect for our family. Plenty of space with beautiful views. I can’t wait to come back!

Had a wonderful girls trip with my friends staying in Ana’s house. it was walkable to town. We felt very safe there being five girls. The house was perfect for us and we enjoyed the pool every afternoon. She also recommended a beautiful lady to come and cook us breakfast every day which was such a treat. If you are considering Casa Tutuli, I promise it will be at the top of your travel experience list. We stayed two weeks, and it was a singularly amazing experience, beginning to end. Ana is the best host we've encountered by far: Her style is personal and professional, and she went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The home itself is incredible: it's on a quiet street that's still just a brief five minute walk from the center. The architecture is absolutely stunning, and we were particularly taken by all the use of natural light throughout the house. Our kids LOVED the pool, which is relatively shallow, allowing them to be out on their own. There is a separate cabana with a bedroom and bathroom, perfect if you're traveling with others. Every detail is so thoughtful, and Rosie came to help us keep the house tidy every day. It was truly a 100% stress-free environment. And omg the views--it's magic. We're already planning our next trip. Cannot recommend Casa Tutuli enough!

Location is great as a little walk to center of town but away enough to be a bit private. Home is lovely and well furnished and great place to have two families enjoy a long weekend. Casa Tutuli was a magical home. The home is fully equipped with high end appliances and anything else you would need for your stay. The design and decor is top notch. We have a young child so we spent a lot of time in the home and felt so comfortable. The pool was perfect for our two year old… big enough for us to spend lots of time in it. The home is within a ten mins walking distance from many of the major attractions and restaurants. We will absolutely be staying in this home again in the future!
