Beautiful place, very quiet area and good neighborhood

We enjoyed the house, but the interior seem a little bit outdated. Probably should’ve paid more attention to the photos.

Everything is good

Casa Peces was perfect! Our dental office was close by. Kitchen was equipped. Pool was refreshing!

The design of this house was so interesting, with multiple sunken rooms and an open feeling. Modern cubist sort of structure. Although it didn't have air conditioning, there were plenty of fans to pull the cool air into the house, and it was securely behind a wall/gated so that we were able to open the sliding glass doors to the courtyard and even have the double doors to the front entrance open. And much to my surprise, I only saw one fly, no mosquitoes, even with the doors open. I would love to know the history behind the home.

We had a great time; it was a great gathering place, and the spaces were super comfortable.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The home was so peaceful and relaxing that we honestly didn’t even want to leave to go do anything. It was the perfect place to slow down, reset, and just enjoy the serenity around us. The house itself was spotless extremely clean and very well taken care of. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. A special shoutout to the cleaner as well she was the sweetest and incredibly helpful, which made our stay even better. If you’re looking for a quiet, serene getaway to recharge and unwind, this is truly the perfect place. We loved every moment and would absolutely stay again.

Excellent place to be outside of the chaos of San Jose but still close to see places around the Central Valley.

Stayed a week and relaxed after escaping the cold of the northern states. Wonderful property with plenty of space inside and enough space for Odin outside. Has a garage and washer/dryer. Would recommend if staying in San Jose

Martha’s place was a nice place to stay. Recommend having a rental to get around the area. But the house itself was amazing. Beautiful pool in the centre which was used often. Lots of bedrooms for everyone. Very clean and tidy.

Our experience at Mrs. Martha's house in Puerto Rico was simply exceptional. The house is wonderful, very comfortable and full of details that make a difference. The location is privileged, allowing you to enjoy the best of the region with total ease. In addition, our host's service was impeccable: always very attentive, friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. I recommend everyone to have this wonderful experience at Mrs. Martha's house. We will definitely be back here!
