The Space

Casa Peces is a beautiful contemporary-style family townhouse located in Rio Oro, Santa Ana. It features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private indoor pool. The home offers a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining area that accommodates up to 11 guests.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed, a spacious bathroom with a rustic sauna, a skylight with exotic natural plants, and a fish aquarium housing tropical fish from the Amazon River. The second bedroom is large and contains two double beds along with a skylight featuring natural plants. The third and fourth bedrooms each have one double bed and skylights with natural plants. The fourth bedroom also has glass patio doors opening directly to the pool and another aquarium with exotic fish from Asia. Additionally, there are two extra single cots available that can be arranged as needed.

The area is known for its excellent shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, malls, and proximity to Hospital CIMA, a top private medical facility. Nearby attractions include gastronomic areas, theaters, and the La Cañada racetrack. Outdoor activities such as volcano visits, white-water rafting on the Pacuare River, and some of Costa Rica’s best beaches are accessible within about an hour.

Additional Information

• Sauna operation: The sauna is controlled by the breaker box next to the bedroom. Breakers #8 and #9 must be switched on for it to function. Extra batteries for the sauna controls are provided near the breaker box.
• Pool: The indoor pool is not heated, making it ideal for warm weather use.
• Rates vary based on the number of guests. The base rate applies to 1 or 2 guests, with an additional fee for extra guests. Discounts may be available for weekly stays or families traveling with two small children. Please inquire for details.
