The house is very spacious for large groups of people. The beaches in that area are very nice. They have everything you need for cooking, towels, and even a shampoo and conditioner set for bathing.

The accommodation is very nice and very well located in a quiet area. It should be borne in mind that there are many stairs to get to the hacienda, so it is not suitable for people with disabilities or those who are very weak. But it's worth it if you don't have any health problems!!!! 🤩

Hello, the experience in this house was different from what I expected, nothing like the photos. But the view is spectacular, although it needs urgent remodeling! The service we received from the maintenance person was excellent. He was very respectful, friendly, and helped us with everything we needed. His service was 5 stars. The manager was also very friendly and helpful. He responded in a timely manner.

Our stay at this beautiful home was absolutely amazing. The house itself was stunning, with breathtaking surroundings and some of the most incredible sunsets we have ever seen. There were more than enough beds to comfortably accommodate our entire group, and the home was beautifully furnished and thoughtfully designed. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff was wonderful—friendly, communicative, and always willing to help. Their kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect. It was close to the beaches, close to Puerto Vallarta, and convenient enough that we could walk to many places. We loved being near everything while still enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the property. Everyone in our group was extremely happy with this home, and it truly made our trip unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta.

The place is very nice as shown in the pictures. It has all the amenities mentioned in the listing, and it is also clean and well kept. The host was very helpful at all times; I even forgot a piece of jewelry, and they were kind enough to let me know, which is greatly appreciated. Without a doubt, the best thing is the view of the sea—simply beautiful. Very pleasant stay, I would definitely recommend it.

The place is just like the photos. Keep in mind that there are a lot of stairs, and the pool water is not hot, but it's still comfortable.

Excellent place to stay, beautiful view, swimming pool at room temperature, fully equipped for a good stay when you arrive, it still has an excellent location since there are several places and beaches to do different activities nearby. Only as a recommendation if you are close to booking, take very seriously the issue of the stairs since if they are quite heavy if you carry a lot of luggage, if you travel light I see no greater problem, just as when you go down to the place it will be totally worth the view that you have from any part of the property. Overall the stay was excellent tired from going up and down so many stairs but I would definitely come back.

Great price! 🤑 Great view!🤩 Safe area; there's an Oxxo a few meters away. We got to see whales 😍. There are a lot of stairs to consider for adults.

Beautiful view and a very nice place

DelMar PV met and totally EXCEEDED our expectations for our five day trip to PVR. The location is absolutely stunning, cannot emphasize how breathtaking the view was from the unit. We saw whales and dolphins every single morning. Additionally, I cannot speak highly enough of Manny, the concierge/property manager. He had daily suggestions for things to do in the area, and met all of our requests so promptly and professionally. The unit very comfortably slept our party of 7, and the pool is bigger than most units I’ve seen for the same price. We had to extend our stay a few days due to unrest in the city and InstaTours was SO accommodating and helpful. It made us feel so cared for and safe. Only note: the stairs are a challenge so be prepared to do a little exercise ;)

Manny and his team were beyond helpful and top notch! Couldn't ask for better hosts. Beautiful house, fantastic for a large group, lots of space. Pool was wonderful and relaxing. If your looking to get out of the city, this your perfect place.

The Hacienda has amazing views, a terrific pool, very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful ambiance and traditional Mexican decor and tilework. We even enjoyed taking the steps from the to of the cliff to the Hacienda and from the Hacienda down to the Ocean. We spent almost all our time on the terrace enjoying whale watching and listening to the ocean waves crashing against the rocks. At night you can see the lights of Puerto Vallarta twinkling in the distance like a strand of diamonds. We had two fantastic meals at Maria Coquitas just up the road within walking distance. We definitely recommend the Hacienda!

Excellent facilities

Excellent house, the staff's food was delicious, everything was very clean and tidy, hot water in the showers and it is a very quiet and safe area to rest.

It is a great location with an unmissable view, we accommodated perfectly for a group of 12 people. It is important to keep in mind that the journey to Vallarta is 30 minutes, and do not underestimate the 85 steps that are both up and down to the property.

Manny was an incredible host. He was responsive and the property was exactly what we were looking for. We live in PV and were celebrating a birthday and Manny made the whole experience unforgettable. The cleaning staff was incredible as well. We would definitely book again. I would also mention that it was a last minute booking as our previous space canceled on us last minute, therefore the lengths Manny went through and his responsiveness truly saved the day. 100% would recommend!!

The best view by far, from anywhere in the house to the kitchen you see the sea all the time, that is for us the best of the place, the pool is very nice, the kitchen is very complete (for us it is important because we usually cook a lot), Many's service was unbeatable, highly recommended. It's true there are a lot of stairs, but it's worth it 😀

Everything was excellent, the heated pool to spend a pleasant time and for the season we got to see whales very close to the shore, the maintenance staff was very attentive.

Everything was amazing! The view is beautiful and the Airbnb is very comfortable and spacious, it has everything you need, it has access to the sea but you can't go in because there are huge rocks but the nearest beach is 1 or 2 minutes away by car! 100% recommended.

we stayed for 10 nights. we were a family group of 9, ages ranging from 14 to 63. we all loved the location. if you are looking for a 5 star resort is not your place, but if you are looking for a place where you can be with nature... that's is the place. kitchen has all the tools and amenities. we even had carne asada by the pool patio. we all enjoyed the pool while watching the beautiful sunsets when the weather permitted. rained like crazy during our stayed, but being from Arizona, we loved it. but, since the Hacienda is right inside nature, we had the chance to be visited by a lot of strange insects, crabs and even a lemur. Just make sure to leave the outside lights off at night so that bugs do not get attracted. and by the way, there are 121 steps to access the Hacienda. and we did it at least twice per day... it was our daily exercise training. I would definitely not recommend it for someone with mobility problems. Overall, our teenagers loved the place and the view.

It's a wonderful place, you live a comfortable experience that few places offer, the staff service is really good, they cook delicious! They treat you like a king, Manuel does all the shopping and errands for you and you really rest, around there are beaches that really are just as good as Cancun, really an unforgettable experience for groups and large families, the cleanliness is impeccable! We left very happy!

Excellent view, good facilities, you just need to consider that to get from the parking lot to the property there are about 80 steps. One of the rooms has a very strong smell of drainage, hopefully they'll work on it

Everything was fine, the house is very complete, it has everything you might need. The view is amazing, you can see whales and dolphins from the terrace. Access is difficult if you have trouble going up and down steps, but it doesn't detract from the property at all. Highly recommended

The most beautiful place in Vallarta. Don't be afraid of the stairs. I climbed them 4 times in a row and it only takes 2 minutes to go up. Now my mom is 63 years old, obviously she walks and climbs stairs but it takes her 5 minutes taking breaks between some steps but since they have a railing (protection it is easy to climb and safe) the view, the pool, every room, everything, EVERYTHING IS AMAZING, I REPEAT, IT'S AMAZING, REALLY!!!!

We chose a beautiful place to spend our family vacation, we could see whales from our location, the service received was excellent. I had a bit of a bad experience due to a report that we had exceeded the guest limit, but since it was not correct, it was resolved in the best way. Overall the stay was pleasant, we would definitely come back for our next vacation.
