This condo is one of a kind, it is the nicest place that I have stayed. The facilities are ultra secure and impossible for anyone other than condo owners/renters to enter, which made it feel very private. The pool was epic and my family and I spent a lot of time enjoying the views from the water. The area is upscale and is one of the fancier sections of Puerto Vallarta. The condo is very family friendly as well. The condo had incredible views, an amazing cross breeze that kept it cool without AC. The staff were all kind and helpful. The building manager Oswaldo was the highlight of the stay, he helped us figure things out and overcome a few small issues we had. We feel that Oswaldo and Andre went far above and beyond what was required and made our stay perfect. We were already planning our next stay before we left. Don’t miss out on this place, it really is a one of a kind.

great option of lodging. well located

Awesome unit. Really good location right next to a beach club and a lot of bars/restaurants. Didn’t have any problems during our stay. The unit provided a lot of home and kitchen ware. The pictures show red sheets which we didn’t really like, so we were relieved that there were all white sheets for all bedrooms. Def would recommend staying here!

This is a great place and Andre was great to work with! His staff will meet you there and provide great information about the condo and area. Very responsive. The condo is wonderful with great views and quick access to amenities nearby. Staff at the facility are great! Come here, don't look any further :)

Andre provided us with a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo in the hotel zone. It was clean with beautiful views of the landscape. And you have to appreciate how spacious the condo was. It was well equipped with cooking, cleaning and laundry supplies, plus basic toiletries. That hasn't been common during my trips because we usually would need to take trips to Walmart for those supplies. Andre was very attentive to our needs. To me, he beats the response time of any host we've ever encountered. While we're typing, he's responding and we appreciated that.

Totally clean, awesome and spacious place. Very open, well ventilated, indoor/outdoor living. View from the balcony (pool, beach, ocean) was spectacular. I was totally blown away by the view. The pool, wow, was nothing like I had seen before. Arguably the best pool on the strip. Very beautiful, perfect depth, enormous length/size (stretches across the 3 towers) and has an unimpeded view of the vast beach/ocean; great for morning, afternoon or evening relaxation. My kids absolutely loved the space and spent literally everyday out in the pool with a little beach walk. Staff is very very friendly and helpful, security is top notch. Building is close to downtown, great restaurants, grocery stores (up to 5), landmarks, etc. This place alone totally sold me on Puerto Vallarta. I now plan to make PV a yearly escape and I hope can always get this space whenever we decide to visit. Very very highly recommended…

The apartment is beautiful, super spacious and with the best view, the beach is nice and the access is easy, the pool of the place is beautiful although it was always freezing, André and Oswaldo were very kind in our stay, we would definitely come back

The apartment is amazing, just as seen in the photos, very nice, clean and spacious. The protocol to enter is very strict, there is no possibility of having guests, but this towards the pool area being very nice. The only issue we had was that the airbnb details clearly said that we had access to the gym, but after paying we received a contract where it said the tenant couldn't make use of this

This apartment is very spacious and has an amazing view of the ocean. It's super close to the airport too - only a 10 minute drive. The apartment itself is gorgeous. Modern finishes and plenty of room for 6 people (it's 3 bed/3 bath after all). The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed to enjoy meals at home (over looking the ocean!). Beach towels were provided which was very nice, the apartment even had a cooler and beach toys if you have kids with you. The check-in process required us to send in a copy of our passport and fill out a building policy agreement (all very standard things), so be aware that you'll have a few additional hoops to jump through there. The property amenities were the best part - you have access to a huge infinity swimming pool and private beach access. It was amazing! The building has 24 hour security and the property was gated. It certainly made us feel safe and secure! It also has a huge gym and spa which you can use as a part of your stay. The staff was very friendly and was super helpful answering questions and arranging taxis. We had a fabulous time and would definitely stay again!

This place was great for our family. It had everything you can think of to make it a seamless stay! The pool was amazing for our kids.

Excellent facilities. Very nice place. The apartment has everything you need and the service was very good. What if they are a little strict, if you go with family and are staying in another tower, access to this tower or any other one is not allowed unless they are staying in the tower, outside of that everything is fine.

Excellent view, really good located, the pool was awesome really warm and relaxing the temperature of the water. It was just a beautiful and nice place to stay everything close by market mall restaurants

Only one issue, the palm trees have grown tall and obstruct the bay view. Bank ATM’s close by as is Starbucks. You can walk to the local Sorianos market (no alcohol sold before 9am). It’s nice that you are on the first floor as you can use the stairs instead of the elevator. The staff there are helpful and will call you a taxi anytime. Check in is easy. Pool area is nice. I would recommend this condo. There is a real wow factor when you walk in.

Excellent location. The beach is not so comfortable, but the pool and apartment are super nice and make up for it. Very safe in the complex.

It was an amazing experience loved it from the beginning to the end. I recommend it 100 times. The view of the beach was amazing too.

We had an amazing time at Peninsula! The apartment and the beach were great, the pool area is huge and there are always enough lounge chairs around. The beach wasn't busy which was nice and relaxing. I definitely recommend this flat!

Andre's condo is nothing short of fabulous! The location is quite literally perfect. The building's architecture, landscape architecture and even quality of construction is impressive. The condo is spacious with smart, modern design elements and furnishings. It's a large, clean, and uncluttered home that almost seems new. Not only will our family be returning to Puerto Vallarta (very scenic with lots of things to do) but we will likely return to Andre's condo if possible. In summary, it's a truly high-end place for a very reasonable price. Staying at Andre's place completely allayed my fears of staying anywhere other than a hotel in Mexico (this was our first Airbnb experience) and I can say without reservation that I highly recommend it!!! BTW, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need to cook or bake, and a big grocery store is within easy walking distance.

The property manager met us at the registration desk and once we were checked in we were given the keys to our home away from home. This condo is AMAZING! The view is great, and the ocean breeze when you open the windows is so relaxing. You're only 100-120 pesos from downtown, depending on the driver, and there are a few restaurants and banks within an easy walk. A few blocks north is a grocery store as well. It was really nice to have a luxury base of operations with laundry and plenty of amenities to relax when not playing tourist downtown. You'll love it here. Now, if only I didn't have to go home!

If you want to go to vallarta this is the place! Peninsula tower is a luxury building , the apartment is amazing it has very good view is very big the apartment and they have all you can imagine for all the stay: full kitchen with all the supplies,washing machine,dishwash,toys for the pool,books,baby creep,USA calls , tvs, blankets all new and very nice furniture, the pool is amazing very big , and nice location , i highly recommend this apartment if i return to vallarta i definitly book again! Thanks for all
