Lovely home that is located about 3 miles from town. Very quiet and peaceful. Home was beautiful. Very spacious and clean. It has wonderful outdoor space and the pool was the best part! Host was very responsive and accommodating to requests. We were able to arrange airport pick up and golf cart delivery with no issues. Most restaurants were about a 20 min golf cart ride from the house. We scuba dived almost everyday and was able to arrange for the dive shop to pick up every morning at the dock so that was super convenient. I highly recommend this property and my family of 7 said they would all go back!

great for large group. tons of space, beds, bathrooms. kitchen was great, beautiful pool and view. dock is great also. quiet and 15 min away from downtown.

Our group had an amazing stay and we if returning to san Pedro we would stay here again. It was easy to get to once you learned your way around the city. The house was beautiful and the view was perfect. This was beyond expectations!!!

We would DEFINITELY reserve this house again and will HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. While the house was very nice, the communication from the rentor really set them apart. They were quick to respond and very detailed.

The host was incredible. Very responsive and extremely accommodating. They organized our grocery delivery, golf cart rentals and local attractions. I highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay here! Noe was very helpful and responsive. We were set up right away with a golf cart at the Ferry and Noe met us at the house to introduce us to the place. Truck Stop is right across the street and although we only got ice cream there, it was nice sitting on the balcony and listened to the music (which ended at 9pm).

This place and the entire Stay Floreo team that was part of our stay (Cristine, Noe and Jennifer) were outstanding! The space has every amenity you could ask for during your stay. The cleaning/exterior maintenance crews are very thorough. Location is very accessible and great for exploring different parts of the island. The Truck Stop across the street has excellent food options and fantastic entertainment/live music that shuts down at 10pm. I would not change a single thing and highly recommend to others...nothing short of a perfect 5 star rating! Well done and a million thanks!

We were a party of 6 and stayed for 5 days. The place was fantastic. Tons of space, nice pool and wonderful, peaceful setting with waterviews and great dock. The local host, Noe, was very friendly and super helpful. Very responsive to questions and support - like booking taxi's and fixing A/C unit that was broken. The only thing to be aware of is that the website/information about the property is not clear on 2 things. First, the information states that the property manager will "meet you are the airport or dock and bring you to the property". This, to me, means they will arrange (and cover the cost) of the transport to the property. What they mean is they will organize a taxi for you and you have to pay for it. Maybe they will update the information so this is more clear, or, actually provide this service. Second, after I made the booking on Airbnb, the property management company sent me yet another "contract" to sign. There was nothing about this at the time of booking.

Stayed at this beautoful villa with my husband and 7 friends and we all absolutely loved it. The house is gorgeous, you can't beat the views and the pool was perfect. A short 20 minute drive to the center of town but there are smaller bodegas within 5-10 minutes. Would 100000% stay here again.
