The place is beautiful; I don’t have a single complaint. My family and I had a great time, and we would definitely go again. 100% recommended! If you are traveling with older adults, just keep in mind that there are a lot of stairs.

We had a wonderful vacation in Bucerias. This Airbnb was perfect for our holiday! The pool is awesome and the large covered area provided well needed shade and comfort. There are a lot of stairs in this palace (was not an issue for us, but FYI for others). Property seekers were always available and responded to all queries very quickly. Maru did a great job keeping the house tidy, providing clean towels etc.. We had 11 people total (7 adults and 4 kids (ages 2,5,7,9). Plenty of space for everyone. Washing machines were available for use and such a great bonus. We are very happy we booked this Airbnb.

This home was perfect for our group of 8 to enjoy Bucerias and the PV area. The pool is big enough for the kids to play all day, there is a shaded table by the pool as well as loungers for everyone else, and lots of room to spread out. The game room is in its own building with lots of fun activities. The location is perfect—just a block from the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. As of our visit in February there was still construction noise most days out front, but we stopped noticing it after a while and I think they will be done soon. The cleaners were very kind and helped us settle in. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, close to the beach and restaurants with an amazing and helpful staff. If you have an opportunity to have Marú prepare a meal for you during your stay, I highly recommend, it was a highlight from my group.

We couldn't be more happy with our stay here. We had a family of 14 and there was so much room and provided everything we needed. Maru did a wonderful job at helping us with anything we needed and keeping the house clean! would totally recommend this property.

The place itself it's nice, some structure maintenance required, but nice and private. If you take kids and/or elderly or physically impaired with you, it could be a challenge for them. Lots of stairs in every area of the house. We enjoyed the pool and had a good time. The town needs lots of improvements, but they are working on making it better.

Excellent service appropriate for the house, every space of the premises is enjoyed with any type of trip, it is highly recommended. I suggest that if you stay here, take advantage of the service they offer, ask and ask for recommendations of the place, they always attend very kindly

The house is beautiful! It was very clean and they have everything that was needed to cook. Maru came to clean every day. For future tenants know that cleaning the kitchen is not part of Maru’s cleaning service. This wasn’t an issue for us, it’s just for your reference. The only thing that seemed a little tacky was the fact that the beach chairs are for rent. You would think that for the price we are paying for the house, the chairs would be included. Maru will charge you $80 pesos per beach chair per day. So I payed $800 pesos per day for 10 chairs. Other than that our stay was great.

Our stay was great, we were overly impressed with the pool. We came with young children and they heated the pool for us. Maru was very sweet as well as her family, we appreciated the option to have her cook for us which was very affordable. The location is perfect, most places are less than a 15 minute walk. it would be nice to have at least one more king or queen sized bed though, except for the master all other rooms were double or twin sized. A bit tight for two adults. Overall fantastic.

Absolutely fantastic stay for a family reunion. Great house with everything we needed, spacious, functional and a couple of blocks from the beach. People of all ages had a great time (in and outside the water). Maru was awesome. The in-house chef(s) made the perfect breakfast and dinner during our entire stay. Thank you all! Can’t wait to go back.

The super nice house clean and with a lot to do

What a great house! The outdoor spaces are wonderful. The pool is heated and very comfortable. Maru and her family took good care of us and made it secure and easy for our busy group to come and go without worrying about keys. The kitchen was clean and well appointed so we were able to cook our own meals without a hitch. The game room was a great additional space to play and relax. Bucerias is a booming little town but still full of charm. We would definitely return to this very nice home.

We stayed here for a guy’s 40th birthday trip and it did not disappoint! Maru and her family took such great care of us. We had them cook some of the best meals we had on the trip. The place was always tidy when we got back from the beach. Plenty of towels for the pool and the showers. Place sleeps 10 adults very comfortably. I’ve stayed in many properties before and have done group trips through air bnb… Hands down, this was the best. Great advice for future people staying here. We asked Maru to stalk the fridge with beers and tequila as well as having some snacks for when we arrived. Mario also was an incredible bbq master. Ribs, chicken, steak. Take me back!!! Muchos Gracias!

This bnb is wonderful! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, and the beach. Maru and the rest of the team there were so great and helpful. The only issue we had was regarding a miscommunication that resulted in the cancellation of one of the transports we booked. Other than that, really enjoyed the space and would definitely come back.

Villa Santa María was perfect for my buddy's bachelor party. Easy walking distance to the beach and great restaurants, plus easy to get to the highway for excursions by car. We dealt with Noé, the home manager, who was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. We also had Marú clean and cook for us (select meals) which was a huge plus. The house itself was clean and spacious, and the pool and pool area were definite highlights. My two small gripes were that a few of the fans didn't seem to work (but all A/C units worked well), and there was significant construction noise across the street, but that's not the host's fault, and shouldn't be an issue in a few months. It was also only noticeable when outside. 10/10 would recommend the Villa and Bucerías.

Great place

My family and I stayed. There were 6 adults and 2 children, and it was very nice. It is worth mentioning that there are many stairs from the entrance to the third floor. It's all stairs, so we had to be careful with small children. It's something to consider if there are older adults who may have difficulty climbing. Other than that, everything was excellent. They have many additional services that they can offer you for an additional cost. We requested a cook, who was super good. They brought all the supplies and prepared everything (it wasn't exactly cheap, but for the convenience, it's very good). They can even rent you an umbrella and beach equipment. The place is incredibly clean and very comfortable. Super equipped if you want to grill or do something on the barbecue. 100% recommended, and the play area is amazing.

What a wonderful place, perfect for a family get away or just get away with a small group. Lots of privacy, and common space. Great pool and close to restaurants. Would come here again.

Really wonderful stay! We used the chef and concierge services which were excellent. The space was even better than the photos. The pool is great and it’s super close to the beach. All the amenities. The staff was very flexible and accommodating. The town is very close with many good restaurants, you wouldn’t have to use the chef if you didn’t want to. But was a very nice service to have. Food was good, had in home massages, and used arranged transportation. All was professional and convenient.

This home was such a magical palace for my friend's bachelorette party. The space was big and cozy and full of incredible nooks and amenities. We got massages, which were facilitated by Maru, and they were some of the best we've had (especially at a very reasonable rate). The kitchen is fully stocked, so we cooked most of our meals at home and ate on the beautiful outdoor dining table. We were doing the trip on a budget, and the fact that the house was such a nice place to spend time really set us up to have a leisurely, luxurious trip without having to always go out and be on the move.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It’s a gorgeous spot with a 5 min walk to the beach. It’s great for a large group. The host was so helpful with booking cabs and recommendations for restaurants. Maru cooked breakfast for us and it was one of our favorite parts of the trip! Highly recommend her! Overall so happy we stayed here. The pool was great and we used the game room quite a bit.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had to date. Not only we’re the hosts extremely communicative and accommodating, but they went above and beyond, providing in home chef services, transportation, did our shopping for us and kept our place clean and tidy every day for a very reasonable rate. Could not recommend this stay anymore.

Beautiful house with amazing staff, my friends are I had an incredible space. The pool is beautiful! Couldn’t recommend the house more. Maru always made sure we were taking care of with food and drinks or whatever we needed! Will definitely be coming back

The stay was a solid 4.5 for us but given the location, how can you not love every minute? Some aspects of the house are a bit dated and we did have some issues with response times from Noe who was our main contact. The house were perfect for our family of 5 including three adult children as we could all stay in the main house and did not need the extra bedroom off of the pool area. The pool was fantastic and we spent a lot of time there. The shower and toilet at the pool were also very nice to have. We did have a couple of dinners prepared for us which were great but we really enjoyed exploring the local restaurants especially on the East side of the highway. Great location with just a 5 minute walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. We all enjoyed our time at Villa Santa Maria and highly recommend it.

What an amazing property and staff! Our family of 8 had such a great holiday weekend staying at the Airbnb. I highly recommend for anyone that wants to be close to all the best restaurants in Bucerias as well as the beach. Maru and Noe were exceptional. Anytime we needed something they were so quick to respond. They made our vacation perfect. We will definitely be back!

For a relaxing family vacation Bucerías and Villa Santa María are hard to beat.

The house is so beautiful and the is perfectly located in Bucerias and walking distance from the beach and shops. Maru and the staff are wonderful. The pool is perfect and the outdoor palapa is where we spent most of our time! Puerto Vallarta is about a 40 minute drive with no traffic but probably an hour or so with traffic so just be prepared for that! You absolutely need to take advantage of the chef services offered -- the food was absolutely amazing. There is also the option to hire a bartender and massage therapist, both were priced very reasonably and also absolutely amazing! Overall I can't recommend this place enough, we can't wait to come back!

The house was beautiful, and it was located so close to the beach! The staff were all so kind and accommodating, and they made my Birthday so special. The food was so delicious, and the drinks from the bartender were great! The spa services were amazing and were a very fair price. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely recommend staying at Villa Santa Maria!

Rented this place for 6 of us and had an amazing time. The house, pool & outdoor area, and game room were amazing. Maru and the staff was extremely helpful and cooked great food from scratch. Samantha was really communicative from the beginning and helpful with checkin / checkout and any questions that we had. The neighborhood was nice, felt safe, and close to local restaurants and the beach. Going to and from Puerto Vallarta was easy with taxis and the staff helped us call local taxis when we needed them. I would recommend this property and stay there again.

Rented this airbnb for a bachelorette trip and we had an absolute amazing time! There were 8 girls and everyone had more than enough room! From the time that we booked, Samantha was extremely communicative and gave no pushback or problems when it came to switching the name on the reservation due to our group host no longer being able to make the trip. Samantha made sure that we had everything that we needed (set up transportation, offered many suggestions) and I felt that we could ask her anything! The home was absolutely beautiful and far bigger than in the pictures. The game-room is completely separate from the house and there is even an external two bedroom suite outside next to the pool! The location was walkable to plenty of restaurants as well as the beach in Bucerias. Having the staff live on the property was a great touch. We needed the hot water to be turned on one morning and Maru, the house keeper, was over immediately to assist. We utilized her for breakfast 3/4 days as well as lunch one day! The food was AMAZING and everything was made from scratch, down to the tortillas. She does not speak much English, luckily one of our friends was fluent in Spanish however I texted Maru with no issues. She made sure we had a pleasant stay by checking on us and making sure that our dishes were clean, as we knew all of the options that she could cook for breakfast. Puerto Vallarta was very easy to get to and was a $600 peso trip for 8 people. My suggestion to travelers is to bring Pesos. We ran into a few issues in terms of getting correct changes/ different exchange rates but there are two ATMs within walking distance of the home. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again!

Can’t say enough great things about this property! The pics don’t do it justice. Beautiful. We travelled with two other couples and never felt on top of each other. The layout of the house was great and offered privacy. The yard and pool area is amazing, we spent most of our time out there. The outdoor kitchen set up was so convenient. We watched the Super Bowl in the completely equipped games room and that was great! The house is fully equipped, you will miss nothing. The best part of our stay was the wonderful, friendly and helpful family that look after the property daily. I can’t say enough nice things about them. The pool was cleaned daily, the house was spotless and they were alway available to help with ordering, calling cabs, directions anything. Love them! The only regret we hav is not trying some of the kitchen services offered, next time for sure! Everything was smooth from booking to check in to communicating and check out . We STRONGLY recommend this place.

Wow. This place is beautiful, and as if you were apart from the rest of Bucerias. Our family spent most of our time in and around the pool, which was heated and perfect for lounging around both in the day and evening. Maru kept the place spotless and her husband helped us repair a flat tire on our rental car. We truly felt we were taken care of while staying there.

Look. No. Further. This place is ALL it says it is AND MORE. So clean, organized, modern, accessible to restaurants, beach, market, stores, banks and very well maintained. Maru is a gem and turns a holiday into a paradise with her assistance and cooking - you NEED to take advantage of her calm and adept expertise! Would highly recommend and already planning to go back. Maru and all of Jair’s staff including Georgina and Samantha made our stay so comfortable, safe and memorable.

We had a very happy time at Villa Santa María. Excellent stay and facilities. Communication with Jaír and Georgina is very true. Maru delicious cuisine. We would definitely stay here again. The kids really enjoyed the pool and game room. They only have good repellent for the wading.

I really highly recommend the stay. The house is better than what you see in the photos. Every corner of the house is set up for you to have the best stay… The cleanliness is a 100. The pool is great with the heated water. Jaír is an excellent host. He was there before we arrived and came to say goodbye. I always had the best communication with them, and whenever I asked them anything, they were quick and very attentive. We will definitely stay at the house again. The photos don't do the house justice. Very good layout, nice spaces for every occasion, from the breakfast room and the palapa to the game room. They have the option of cooking for you, and the staff is super nice and attentive all the time. We'll definitely be back

The house is impeccable and just like you can see in the photos. Maru and Giovanni's service (the people who help in the house is obviously optional) is spectacular. This accommodation is highly recommended.

A spacious house, 5 bedrooms, 4 and a half bathrooms, a very large pool with warm water, the patio has a very nice palapa, also has a very conditioned living room, garage for 2 cars, Jair's service is very good and immediate, it is definitely the best place to stay.

Super I recommend it

Excellent place to rest or have fun in a group of friends or family . The attention they gave me from booking was excellent, Jaír gave me recommendations of which places to visit, schedules, etc. He advised us at all times so that when we arrived we had everything ready to enjoy the stay, hiring the services of Maru and Geovanny is the best, they took care of the best . The place is amazing and very big but the plus of this place is the attention you get. I would definitely come back!
