Everything excellent!

From the time we made the reservation until we checked out of the accommodation, they were attentive to us and always very friendly. The place lives up to everything described and is 100% worth it. Overall, everything was great, and both my family and I had a very comfortable stay.

Excellent place, the house is very nice and everything is very clean, there is a private pool, and there was also a club with a pool overlooking the ocean. We went as a family and had a great time, and the host was very friendly and attentive.

The house is in perfect condition and has everything you need to spend a few perfect days with the family. The pool is a very good size, and the kitchen comes with everything you need and more. The beach is just a short walk away and is perfect for the kids to enjoy. Rosy was always available to help us! We will definitely be back.

My family and I had a very good experience. The house was spacious and suitable for children. The pool was always kept at a pleasant temperature. The rooms were very spacious, and the bathrooms were fully equipped. It had all the amenities needed to enjoy a carefree break.

We had a great time, the house offers everything you need to stay, the place has a privileged location that allows you to enjoy its beach club, as well as the numerous points of interest around, but what really made the difference was the warmth of Rossy's treatment, who was always very kind and excellent in all his interactions with us, thank you!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was perfect for our group of 8. The seating areas and lounging areas are perfect as is the kitchen. The pool eas well maintained and heated. The hosts were very flexible and accommodating....Thanks for a great vacation

I was with my family for New Year's and our vacation was amazing! The house is in an excellent location where the complex has access to a beach club that we enjoyed a lot, it is also close to other public beaches if you want to see something different. The pool is heated, we enjoyed it a lot, and each room has its own bathroom. It has a terrace where we were also very comfortable. Everything was excellent!

A very nice house with everything you need.

We loved the house, it's nice and spacious, I liked that they leave you a lot of towels, the beach club is super comfortable! The sea is ideal for children without waves (I only recommend bringing water shoes for the pebbles in the sea). The pool at the house had warm water, not cold. We had a great time, thanks for everything!

A very nice house to spend a few days with the family. The service was always the best for getting in and out.

The house is extraordinary, spacious, comfortable and very clean. It has a very nice warm pool and enough to accommodate several people, however, the issue of access to the beach club and the beach is very uncomfortable, it is more than 400 meters from the property and it is a heavy street to walk because it is uphill, the entrance has additional charges from 6 people and the entry (neither to the club, nor to the beach) of food, snacks or drinks is not allowed and although there is a restaurant, the menu is limited and it is very expensive so spending the whole day there is very uncomfortable, so I recommend that if your intention is to spend the day at the beach (which is small), do not spend on supplies to make food in the property beyond the essential. Everything is in the rules provided by the administrators, but at least they didn't let me know until just a few hours before my arrival, which was very annoying, because it completely changed the experience of the stay

THE HOUSE WAS JUST LIKE THE PHOTOS AND THE DESCRIPTION, THE COMMON AREAS AND THE BEACH VERY NICE, WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK! VERONICA WAS ALWAYS PENDING AND ANSWERED AT ALL TIMES, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Excellent option for a family vacation, the house is beautiful, everything coincided with the listing and description, Verónica and Rosy are very kind and very attentive to welcome us and throughout the stay, even gave us recommendations of nearby restaurants, we did not have any inconvenience, in general an excellent stay, I highly recommend it!

We were very comfortable in the house, everything was as it was in the photos and the hosts were always attentive and diligent with what was requested.

We were 7 adults in Veronica's house, all very well, enough items in the kitchen for breakfast and dinner, super spacious refrigerator, cleaning items and everything we needed for our stay. Very clean rooms and very comfortable mattresses, Great room on the ground floor since we take an older adult. The private pool is very clean and warm. Thank you for all your attention, we had a great time.

We recently returned from a stay from March 15-March 27th ... There were 6 adults and 1 child ranging from 3 years old to 83 years old. Veronica's home is exactly as described and was in perfect clean condition when we arrived. The yard is not large but the pool is great to have to quickly cool down or spend some time in the yard. We made great use of the Beach Club and all it had to offer .. it was fantastic. And while we were surprised we could not bring our own food/drinks - we found the food to be good and drinks plentiful and quite reasonably priced. We made use of this area almost every day. Our only negative comment would be how minimally the kitchen was appointed. We make meals usually 2-3 times per day - full meals and the kitchen was lacking good tools and equipment. The few things that we needed urgently we purchased and Veronica agreed to buy them (toaster and ice cube trays) but generally the kitchen was lacking tools you would expect. It was a fabulous vacation.

We had a very nice stay! It was an easy ten minute walk to the public pool and beach! We used the tennis courts and basketball nets almost every day! Beautiful space and hosts were always quick to answer and help in any way including helping us with 5 gallon water regularly! The backyard pool was so nice to cool down in and lounge with friends and the balcony was amazing for sunrise and sunsets! The gym was gone when we were there which is the only downfall I can think of as we were expecting work out equipment so if you look forward to working out, maybe check to see if it’s open before booking! Restaurants are available close by via cab or bus to Le Cruz or Bucerías. Spacious rooms with private bathrooms and lots of space.

We loved the Beach Club (food, ambiance, all of it), we loved the house and the dip pool. AC worked well. Quiet area, very secure. A little hard to get into resort across lanes of traffic but we worked at it! Food in area was good -- The Little Hot Grill, Tacos on the Street, La Peska/Frascati's. People were all nice and we were very glad we stayed out of the PVR Zoo!

It is a house that I would return to without thinking, it has a cozy, clean and in very good condition. With the beach club you have everything without leaving the subdivision, a wide pool and beach , eye they rent towels and cost, as well as good service from the waiters at the club. But also close to beaches outside the subdivision like Bucerias Puerto Vallarta Punta Mita and Sayulita Which I do recommend buying things in an Oxxo or kiosk so you are not leaving, since if you are retired about 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic, a supermarket or is the one that marks me near the Waze. I hope you also enjoy the house as we enjoy it.

Beautiful house great bathrooms each room , except no bathroom in the terrace will be great if they have one, everything great confortable nice pool, beach club excellent ,but not the beach black sand dirty and sargasso and oysters shells everywhere

The house is really spotless and beautiful, very large and it was just what I needed to go with my family, it has a roofgarden where you can really watch a beautiful sunset and stay for a while to relax, the clubhouse is very large and has two equally large pools, they lend you towels there so you don't need to take yours to yours, the restaurant food there is rich and there are always waiters who take care of you in the beach area. On the other hand, the host always solved my questions and was super friendly. I will definitely go again, great vacation and picked the perfect spot again.
