Beautiful property in the outskirts of town with amazing mountain views, quality finishes, and great amenities. The heated pool was a huge hit with our kids. The staff was exceptional — delicious cooking and the space was kept spotless throughout our stay. Antonio's house is even more beautiful, comfortable and enjoyable than it appears in the photos. He is a great host: attentive, friendly, understanding of the changes that may arise on a trip, and generous. The place is spacious, with magnificent spaces to rest, read a book, drink a glass of wine or coffee, and spend the afternoon with family or friends. The rooms are generous, well equipped and have large closets; the bathrooms are impeccable (sheets and towels too) and everything works very well. The kitchen is perfect for those of us who like to cook: well equipped, spacious and bright. There is also the magnificent help of Michel, who cooks very well and is friendly and very attentive. Antonio says he wants people to live in the house "as if it were a hotel": he has already achieved that - and more - and that is to say in San Miguel de Allende, where some of the best hotels in Mexico are located.

Thank you Antonio for your kindness, we had a great time at your house, it met all our expectations. Sabino's attention at all times made our stay even more pleasant. We hope to return soon!

We had an outstanding stay at Tres Olivos - everything from the property to the service were top notch and made our stay fantastic. We had a total of 13 in our group - three families, 6 adults and 7 kids. The layout of the property was great for everyone - each of the five bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, were well appointed; the outdoor space was perfect for the kids and our dog; and the pool and outdoor lounge and dining space was great. Inside, the kitchen was absolutely beautiful and the dining area, living area, and bar were beautifully designed and perfect for our group. The service from start to finish also couldn’t have been better - Antonio was a great host, and the rental included Jose and Sabino, who provided great service and attention to us all during our stay - outstanding coffee and breakfast service every morning, cleaning service and just about anything else we needed. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great property near San Miguel!

It's a super nice house, it's totally worth it, the pool water is warm. You feel right at home. A big plus is that there are staff who are aware of what you need and keep everything clean, and Michael is an excellent person who is always aware of everything and if you want, he helps you cook and you don't worry about anything. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it.

The house is beautiful, a modern construction with a traditional touch, the gardens are beautiful, the common areas are cozy, very spacious and perfectly organized, the incredible kitchen with everything you need as well as the barbecue area, the beautiful pool with a boiler that keeps the water delicious, the rooms perfectly conditioned, super spacious closets and the shower with heater, perfect. It is located within a private residential that has 24/7 surveillance, in addition to rondines all over the property, giving a super safe environment, in addition to the fact that the house has its own gate, which we greatly appreciated because our dogs were able to walk around the house alone without worrying that they could leave. The house also has support staff who perform cleaning and can support you with food preparation as well. Everyone, people and pets, we enjoy the property to the fullest, we will definitely come back.

The house is much nicer than what we see in the pictures. Antonio has taken care to preserve his home as if it were for his family and then share it with everyone. The rooms are very nice and we all slept very comfortably. I was in the master bedroom, very spacious with a delicious shower and I had an incredible rest in that bed. The common areas, such as the kitchen, living room, dining room and bar are very cozy and pleasant. You don't need anything, they have everything there. Jose and Sabino's service is unbeatable, always attentive to all of us. We didn't have to cook anything, we brought everything we needed and they cooked and took care of us, we all felt very pampered. The pool is always warm and clean, I really enjoyed my birthday at Antonio's house. We'll definitely be back soon! Thank you for such kind hospitality ❤️

My family and I were very satisfied with our stay, because the house, apart from being nice, modern and clean, had large spaces for us to be all together and do our activities. The rooms were quite cozy, the water in the showers came out with delicious pressure, a big plus was that the pool was heated and that there was a cleaning staff, so we could really rest. We would love to come back!

The place is very comfortable, easy to get to with the instructions Antonio shares. Best of all, the help staff, Michelle, who really consents you 24/7 and is very attentive to anything they are going to need. The house was spotless, large and one-story, ideal for one of our family members using wheelchair. The kitchen is very good, perfect for the things we cooked. The people who took care of us were so nice and helpful. We went to San Miguel is very close to the house. It's an amazing option to discover the magical village or even to stay in the house every vacation without leaving the pool. I have nothing wrong to say about the house, we hope to be able to come back someday.

Antonio's place is just a SPECTACULAR place. The 4 rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with details such as water bottles to drink at night and products (soap and cream) from lis baths. The kitchen is a dream for those who like to cook, all fías left water infused with peppermint. The room where the kitchen, dining room, living room and bar is in a beautiful space and decorated with the best of tastes. The pool and Jacuzzi... nice and with warm water. The garden and all areas surrounding the house beautiful, with herbal orchards all over the garden. The price we paid included 2 service people who helped with the cleaning and helped us cook, super friendly and accommodated, who never let us move 1 finger. We definitely recommend it and hopefully we can come back, at every opportunity we have.

The house is very nice, bigger than what you see in the photos, everything is impeccable, it is a practically new house. The rooms smelled delicious, the furniture was in perfect condition, and everything was very clean and tidy. The SUPER PLUS is the excellent service of Ms. Jose and her husband. They are super friendly and attentive and make you feel better than in your own home. They help you with everything you need. There was no need to contact the host because the house and the service were excellent. The only thing is that to get to the property you have to go along about two km of dirt road, but with how nice the house is and with the great service and attention we received, we will definitely be back very soon.

My experience at the house was amazing, since I arrived to the end Sabino and José they had incredible attention and they helped us with everything, Antonio was always on the slope and was also very flexible with the departures and with a lot of availability to help us with anything, I loved visiting the house and I hope to return soon.

The house is amazing, spectacular. The photos do not do it justice, the super equipped kitchen, the most comfortable couch on the planet, the fire pit very pleasant and the whole wonderful Jardin area, we made a barbecue has a gas and charcoal grill, the dining room and garden room very nice and comfortable, the pool and jacuzzi always at a good temperature. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Michelle and her team's service is impeccable, you really feel very pampered and in vacation mode without doing anything. Antonio is very friendly. We'll be back soon for another total restful vacations.

The terrace path to get to the location is not quite good, but it is offset by the amenities and amenities that the accommodation offers you during your stay. We had a great time and we will gladly return. (The pool and jacuzzi are heated and the support staff is very good)

The house is nicer than the pictures. My friends and I went to spend my birthday. Everything was excellent, the beds, sheets, bedrooms, living rooms and so on, we slept super well! Michelle is the girl who is attentive to everything you need, from very early on she prepared coffee, tea and breakfast for us, we brought the products and she kindly prepared them. The house was impeccable at all times. The pool with hot water and its Jacuzzi. We felt better than at home 😃 we will definitely spend a weekend here again. The house is a 15-minute drive from downtown, so you can go for a walk and return to enjoy the views that the surroundings of the house give you. Thank you very much Antonio

We had a luxury weekend. The house is perfect: new, luxurious, beautiful, spacious, private, etc. Best of all was the service and hospitality of Mr. Sabino and Mrs. Josefina, who were extremely helpful. They kept the house impeccable, prepared breakfasts, lunches and dinners throughout our stay; they did the supermarket shopping and kept the pool with warm water. Communication with Antonio was direct and effective; he was always flexible, attentive and concerned about providing us with the best possible experience. ☺️

The stay was 10 out of 10, the house is very large, very comfortable, impeccable in cleanliness and maintenance, as shown in the photos, the pool is super comfortable and with an excellent temperature.
