We had an incredible stay in San Pancho! From booking to checkout, Alida and Daniela provided exceptional communication and truly white-glove service. The home was spacious, beautiful, and impeccably maintained, with housekeeping doing an outstanding job throughout our stay. The lush tropical landscaping made the property feel like a private oasis, while the gated community, security staff, and surveillance provided peace of mind. We loved being within walking distance of the beach and enjoyed the beautiful ocean views from the home. Our family made wonderful memories here, and we highly recommend this property to anyone visiting San Pancho. We can’t wait to come back!

This Airbnb is incredible and feels like you’re staying at a 5 star resort with optimal privacy. The Airbnb host was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip. The housecleaning services that are included throughout the stay are an additional plus. All of the rooms were stunning. The beach and town are within walking distance of the property. Overall 10/10 experience and would definitely come back!

Absolutely wonderful

Absolutely incredible stay in San Pancho. The house is great - incredibly well located. a few minutes to the beach and a few minutes from town. We felt safe and well taken care of. Already planning the return trip!

Casa Flora de la Vida was the perfect stay for our family group of 13. The kids loved the pool, with the combination of the shallow and deep parts. Everyone loved the well appointed common spaces, with the doors that opened wide to allow a bit of indoor and outdoor. There were lots of sun loungers and chairs around the pool, and it was all kept spotlessly clean. The staff were all amazing. They worked tirelessly to keep everything clean and well tended, despite having four kids around! Daniela, the property manager, was friendly and helpful, and quickly responded to anything that we raised. The house was very well appointed, including a full kitchen with everything we needed. The casitas were a perfect addition, as it allowed some privacy away from the main house. Las Olas was perfect. Secure, immaculate, and close enough to San Pancho to be very walkable. San Pancho was a lovely little town, with great food and a good vibe. I highly recommend this property for large groups

Beautiful home! Felt very safe there and the rooms were nice and spacious. Cute and well kept yard and wunderful cleaning staff! I hosted a yoga retreat here and it worked out great.

Flor de la Vida accommodated our three generation family extremely well. We love San Pancho and the villa was walking distance to town. The grounds and pool were lovely and all the bed rooms very comfortable. Mariana was very helpful and pleasant. Renters should know that the villa is ocean view and a 3 -4 minute walk to the beach. There is no established cook so you have to ask if you want breakfast and dinner prepared and dishes cleaned up which I would recommend. San Pancho is a low key hippie town so if you want fancy this is not the place. We would like to return.

I don't know where to start...From booking to check out, the process was seamless, and I could not have done it without the help of our lovely concierge, Daniela. Immediately I felt I was in good hands. Daniela organized and made recs for every single request. I came with 12 friends and 1 small dog for my 60th bday celebration. The rooms were all perfect and accommodated all of us perfectly. The pool and surroundings were beyond. Everything even looked nicer than the pictures show on Airbnb. All of the diff plants and trees and palms on the property (and within Las Olas) were gorgeous. We had rented a golf cart but mostly we walked to and from town. The location was great. The beach in front of the house was beautiful and felt pvt even tho it's not. The housekeepers and gardener were awesome. The chef we hired to cook for us, Eduardo Cabezudt/Basalto Chef Service, was GREAT. So easy to work with and the food was delicious. We couldn't recommend this place enough esp for large groups!

Alida went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Casa de La Flor and have loved our time here. Location is walkable into San Pacho and a short drive from Sayulita. Home is spacious and the outdoor area is lovely to spend time by the pool.

This place was absolutely Stunning - and the perfect spot for my Breathwork retreat. Alida and her team were so helpful and patient with all of my questions and the yoga shala was huge. The property had lush nature within it and all around it and direct beach access. The place was spacious and clean and modern, and beautiful. The cleaners were incredible and really kept the space clean which is a tough task with 20 people on site! I would highly recommend this place and Alida as a host. Thank you so much for hosting us! It was a magical atmosphere for our Unity Breathwork retreat.

This villa is absolutely gorgeous and offered the perfect setting for my retreat. The layout is spacious, the design is beautiful, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful—ideal for rest, reflection, and connection. One thing that’s hard to tell from the listing is how close it is to the beach—just down the hill and you’re there. We could hear the sound of the ocean from the property, which added a calming and grounding presence throughout our stay. The hosts were fantastic communicators from start to finish and made the entire process seamless. I’ll definitely be returning to host future retreats here. It’s a truly special place.

My family and I had a lovely stay here. It is great for large groups, close to town and the pool is amazing.

Daniella the house manager was wonderful. Helped us plan our transportation, activities , chef …everything! We also arranged yoga and massages through her and all were amazing. My family and I had a fantastic vacation, memories we will cherish! We did a boat trip with Chicaloca tours, It was to the private beach resort and my family loved it, much better for us than an entire day ( 6 hours) on a boat. We also did a private hike in Sayluita and Daniella can give you all the information on this. The Chef was also fabulous. Two items I would give you feedback on that may help your trip - first the water heater in main house is on timer 7- 11 in AM and PM. For us the evening did not work as we all wanted to shower before dinner so 4-9 is what we preferred and they are able to adjust. The second item is to use bottled water or water for the kitchen island sink or Fridge(both of which are filtered) to brush teeth vs bathroom sinks, may or may not be important.

We had a family vacation with 10 adults and 5 small children and this place was perfect! The town is charming and not too crowded and the beaches are lovely. The children spent their time in the pool.

The place is gorgeous. My entire family, all 15 of us stayed here and had an incredible time. The host might be one of the best I’ve ever had at an AirBnb. We took advantage of all the vendors available. The in house chef, massages, tequila tasting, yoga, Mariachi. It was our best family vacation. Do yourself a favor and book here. You won’t regret it. Absolutely awesome

My friends and I had a wonderful time on this beautiful property! The layout of the housing was perfect for our group of 16, with lots of space for us to all be together. We were here for our combined bachelor/bachelorette party, and Daniela was amazing in helping us set up transportation, an incredible private chef, terrific masseuses, as well as advising on many other things to do in the area. It was the perfect getaway :)

This house is phenomenal. Great space, close to beach and town. More than enough space for our 10 family members. Daniella was very helpful getting everything arranged including having chef Vianney come in and cook meals. Highly recommend

Great location, right on the water and close to walk to town. The house is really well suited for a large group. Definitely recommend the chef service. Daniela was really helpful in advance to coordinate everything from groceries, airport transportation and massages.

This was a beautiful home in a great location.

I would give ten out of five stars if I could! My husband and I rented this airbnb for our wedding and it could not have been more perfect! Daniela was incredibly helpful through our entire planning process and always quick to respond to all my questions. She helped us arrange a caterer and chairs for the ceremony. The food was amazing. The property is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The town is beautiful and very walkable. HIGHLY recommend!

This is a fantastic property! We had a party of 12 stay for six nights and we were impressed by the house and the casitas. Everything is impeccably maintained and the grounds are beautiful. We scheduled a chef breakfast for every morning and chef dinners for three nights. The other nights we enjoyed going into town for restaurant dinners. The chef meals were delicious and it was great to be able to relax after dining and not have any dishes to do. After reading previous reviews, we brought plenty of cash in advance to pay for the chef service and golf carts. Daniela was amazing as far as being responsive to questions and organizing golf cart rentals, chef service, yoga sessions and massages on the property. She also helped with questions about getting a day pass for the Beach Club and the Sunday Polo Brunch (and yes, I highly recommend do both of those activities and getting reservations in advance). You will be very happy staying at this property!

This is really an amazing place. We originally thought about renting in Sayulita but we're so happy we chose San Pancho instead. The property is great, it was perfect for our family of 8 with enough room for everyone to have their own space and a great common area to hangout together. It is a very short walk to the beach (2 min) and to the town (8-10 min). We rented two golf carts which are helpful but not necessary. The town itself is very safe and has tons of great restaurants and shops. This house is in the perfect location, slightly outside the town so it's quieter but close enough to walk. It was also very easy to get to Sayulita, there are cab stands in town and they'll take you there for 200 pesos (15 min drive). Since San Pancho is a small town, a lot of places only take cash in pesos - so definitely plan for that. There are ATMs in town but I would recommend getting some before you arrive. Daniela was great and very responsive with any questions we had!

Case de Florida was absolutely stunning. It was above and beyond expectations. More beautiful in real time. We had the best stay with rest relaxation and great food. Daniella helped us daily arranging meals, massages and answered all questions quickly. It was a dream vacation! Thank you. We can’t wait to be back!

Aliza's place was really fantastic. San Pancho is the sweetest little town...super safe, relaxing, friendly people, everything you want on a vacation. The property was perfect for my extended family. Our host was super responsive and helped us out at every turn. The pool was the perfect topping to an amazing property. The only hard part, was having to get pesos to pay for the private chef, golf cart and all the other extras we ordered. It was really hard to get enough money and my in laws were uncomfortable carrying so much cash. But besides that (and do prepare for it) we had the best time. I will for sure be back. I want to host a yoga retreat in November...it was just lovely!

Property is beautiful. House is amazing, well kept. San Pancho is a beautiful town and the beach is close and incredible. Main refrigerator did not work and was not fixed. Management could definitely be more helpful and less hostile to their guests. We were happy and enjoyed it anyway!

This place was amazing!!! We rented it because my partner and I were getting married in the area. We arranged with the host about renting two more of the villas on the grounds for more of our guests. It was awesome being able to have all of us in the same area. We used the home to get ready for the day of our wedding and it was perfect! Having everyone hangout by the pool or workout in the yoga area was unreal. The host was so kind to allow our vendors on the grounds and made it one less thing to worry about on our wedding day. The staff was incredible and tidied up our rooms every morning. We also opted to use the chef and masseuse at the home and all of our guests were wowed. Can not recommend this place enough if you have a large group. It was perfect! Huge shout out to the host as well- so helpful, thank you again! 💗

We had an excellent stay in San Pancho with Ailda and Daniela. The property was beautiful and it’s very close to the beach. You can walk in town easily and Daniela and her staff were very attentive and responsive to every request that we had. Overall it was a dream come true.

Words can’t describe the beauty and magic of this special home. You can tell it’s lovingly cared for, and It’s even better in person. The surrounding community is wonderful, filled with loads of special places to explore, and kind people. This place is the perfect location for bigger groups and fully equipped. It is also close enough to town to be convenient and walkable, yet still peaceful and private feeling with space to spread out. It’s truly a gem and I will definitely be back at Casa Flor de Vida again soon. Daniela is a super helpful and kind host and helped us arrange chef meals, massages, etc. It was truly the best week!

Our stay was absolutely incredible! We had everything we needed and more, the location was amazing, and the hosts were helpful and communicative the whole time!

Our group of 16 had an amazing time here. My husband said it was like staying at a private hotel and we all agreed! The daily housekeeping including the cleanup of pool towels and grounds made our stay so much more of a vacation. The house is a quick walk to the beach and about 1/2 mile to town. We rented a golf cart for the week which helped with getting little kids to town and back, but walking was an easy option. We paid to heat the pool, which made it really comfortable as we were there the first week of January. The waves at the beach were intense during our trip but the kids had fun playing in the surf and some of the adults braved playing in the waves. We also paid to have meals prepared for us while we were there. The meals were really amazing and there was lots of food, so we enjoyed left overs as well. We did a number of dinners and a few lunches on the days we did not schedule a dinner. It was perfect! We also had massages one day at the house. So wonderful!

The only place I’ve ever stayed where the house and surrounding were actually even more beautiful than the pictures. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and plenty of common space for us to come together. Daniella arranged for our grocery shopping, transportation, golf cart, and massages. The house was beautiful and decorated for Christmas. We opted to have the pool heated and the temp was delightful. There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, towels, and even an ice chest and sun screen. The cleaning staff did a marvelous job of keeping everything spotless. The only drawbacks were the TV not working and there were a lot of steps with no handrails. It was a perfect family time for our clan of grown children and their spouses. We had a merry Christmas together! The memories made will last a lifetime!

I hosted a retreat here for 8 guests. it was the perfect spot. beautiful Estate steps from the beach. The cleaning staff was amazing and our rooms were cleaned every day and supplied with fresh linens and towels. Was an unexpected very nice perk to have for the guests. The kitchen was very well stocked with gadgets and everything you would need. It was easy to shop at the local markets for things that we needed. The pool was wonderful, it was not heated but it really didn't need to be as the weather was quite warm so the cold plunge felt very good. Daniela was a great manager and took care of us and was extremely responsive to our every need .Highly recommend this place!

Without reiterating what all the reviews say too much, the location and house is awesome. A great value! Don’t hesitate to book this place. The host is extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. We ended up having 19 people come and it was very spacious for everyone. We rented a few golf carts which we thought were worth it but they were absolutely not necessary since the town is so small. It can be nice to be able to zoom into town every once in a while though. We also enjoyed having a rental cars but also not necessary. In our experiences Ubers were very easy to get. The internet was also pretty good! 10 Mbps was the speed I was getting. We also didn’t end up heating the pool which we were glad about, it is already perfect temperature! At least when we went in October. Originally I wanted to stay in Sayulita but San Pancho ended up being so much better! Sayulita is chaos and San pancho is very chill and the locals are extremely friendly and relaxed. Feels much more safe. The surfing is more advanced but I enjoyed it much more than the small and busy waves at sayulita. La Lancha was my most enjoyable surf in the area there though. Lastly, we thought sayulita would have the best food but San pancho has tons of amazing food options. Our best meals were in San pancho by far. I will definitely be back!

I was traveling with a group of 14 friends, some of which had never been to Mexico. It is super secure, in a man gated community and staff lives on site, which really helped everyone feel safe. The photos of his property do not do it justice - it is a quick walk to the beach and a quick walk to town. Alida was super accommodating - she did pre-arrival shopping for us and helped arrange meals on-site for us as well as a bartender one night. I cannot recommend the property enough!

Highly recommend. Housekeeper lives on premise in a separate quarter. we barely notice they were there and was helpful if we need anything.

The town of San Pancho, 10 minutes away from the gated community, has its charm and decent restaurants. The beach is clean, but the waves might be rough for kids, but perfect for someone looking to catch some. Finally, Alida's hospitality was outstanding; she promptly responded to our questions about the property and helped us arrange an excellent message session for the family. Beautiful house and great for a big group. Loved the separate casitas as well. Alida is extremely responsive and helpful with setting up activities or anything a guest could need. We had a great week there and it was convenient and walkable to town.

This is an amazing space. It is close to the beach. It is lovely and well maintained. We had our wedding here, and it looked amazing. The host, Alida, was very friendly and communicative and helped us with our constantly changing plans. There is some construction noise nearby, so plan around that. Also, please make sure to take pictures/document the number of amenities on the premise, beach chairs, etc., when you get there in case something turns up missing, so you can have something to fall back on. We had to pay 88.50 USD for two missing beach chairs even though I am pretty sure we did not lose them. I had no documentation of what was available when we got there, so I could not prove things either way. Other than those tiny issues, it is an amazing place, well worth your time and money.

We gathered at this incredible home for a transformational women’s retreat focused on liberation and connection. The energy and layout of this house could not have been more perfect for our group. We were so delighted and surprised to show up and find the house is named “Flower of Life” and it has an energetic intention aligned with the flower of life. So special. Beautiful is an understatement. Highly recommend this space and we cannot wait to come back!

For 15 guests, the villa served our every need. Alida was incredibly helpful by providing information about activities in the area, booking transportation for us to/from the airport, Sayulita, etc, as well as shopping for us so that the house was fully stocked when we arrived, and hiring cooks to make meals for us at the villa too. I would highly recommend this house on its own, but Alida's help really made the trip go incredibly smoothly. Gracias Alida!

What an incredible trip. From start to finish, Alida was amazingly helpful and was so thoughtful. We were celebrating a bachelorette and Alida was able to accommodate our every whim and even suggested ways for it to be even more special. I would definitely return to this house and location. Amazing!

Alida’s place is beautiful, fun, clean and safe. The main house is HUGE and the two casitas closer to the beach are big enough to accommodate a group of 3-4 people each. We were a group of 6 adults and 6 kids and the house had plenty of space to socialize and interact with each other but also spread out if needed. The pool/ patio area is awesome! The only thing is that we wished we had more towels available. The place had plenty of gear to take to the beach which is only a few minutes within walking distance from the property. Alida was very responsive throughout our stay and the staff was friendly and respectful. We suggest you clarify all the details regarding the cost of the food, amenities, what is and what is no included, etc. We enjoyed staying in Alida’s property and we loved the town of San Pancho!

One of the best trips we have ever taken!!! The house and location are spectacular. The town of San Pancho is dreamy and only a 5 minute walk. Our host, Alida, made the experience so easy and special for us. She helped us plan massages, tequila tasting, mariachi band, private chefs, and covid tests at the property. She was responsive and communicative from the beginning to the end. Someday we hope to purchase a home in that area and use Alida for as our host in that house. I can't recommend her or this spot more, honestly A+ service. I want to tell everyone about it but I also want to keep it a secret because its just that good. The property is huge, the yoga shala can be used for so many activities and its soooo close to the water. No need to leave the house for any reason if you don't want to, a true retreat. We will absolutely be going back! Til next time, muchas gracias!!!

Great place in Las Olas gated community. Located a short 5 minute walk or even shorter golf cart ride to the center of town and a few hundred yards away from an empty beach. Pool heater wasn't working when we first arrived but they attended to it right away. Would definitely stay here again. There is some construction noise from the surrounding properties but there's nothing they can do about that.
