This was a beautiful apartment located in a small quiet complex in a lovely area of Tulum. The spacious ground floor unit was very clean and well equipped and had comfortable beds and furniture. We loved the convenience of being on the ground level where we enjoyed the private outdoor patios and lovely pool area. Our host Jeanine was very helpful and quick to answer any of our questions. We would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

A really nice place, the place is main floor which equals a lot of humidity. I would suggest to install better unit to deal with it. But other than that, jeanine was really nice and quick to solves things. Great location and the place is really big! We enjoyed our 16 days there!

We had an amazing stay. The pool was nice and the area is very quiet. The apartment is a short distance to any restaurants, the ruins, the beach, and Chedraui (market). Very easy check-in with full detailed info prior to arrival which helped a lot.

Jeanine's property is very comfortable and very nice it does little justice the photos have everything you need for a vacation , we really enjoy it is very quiet with pool almost next to the room, the communication was always very good on the slope and the recommendations of places to visit and restaurants that I send us next to the address served us a lot, I highly recommend this property that is close to everything in an exclusive environment

I really liked the apartment. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, in a nice area of Tulum. The pool is a few meters from the apartment. This is well equipped and always attentive to any questions or guidance we needed.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The pool is right in front of the door and you can cool down. We would definitely come back.

I stayed here for two weeks in July 2020, and had a wonderful time. The apartment was sparkling clean when I arrived and Jeanine helped make my stay amazing by being super responsive to my enquiries and questions, and also helped me feel safe during the midst of the pandemic with all necessary disinfectants etc. provided. Would highly recommend anyone to come stay here. The location and apartment is perfect for small families - quiet, secluded, guarded community, pool, 5-mins drive to a large supermarket, and all kitchen equipment needed.

Our group of 4 had a great time in Tulum, thanks to Mauricio and Jeanine! The home is spacious and quiet and a great place to come back to after a day at the beach, the ruins, and the town. They're all about 15 minutes away by bike, which Mauricio provided to us for a small fee. Cycling around really added to our enjoyment, and we highly recommend it. We had our doubts at first thinking that we would worry about the bikes, but we never had any problems while riding or parking them to check out the sites. We were also happy to find that the kitchen is well-equipped when we decided to prepare our own brunch one day to enjoy on the patio next to the pool. Overall a great vibe and look forward to an opportunity to return!

Just perfect place especially for families

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Tulum. We rented a car, which I highly recommend for Tulum, and had great parking right outside the door. The whole complex is quiet and clean, very well tended and secure. We used the pool every day and had it to ourselves almost every time. It's the perfect pool, ideal temperature, an oasis right outside your sliding door. The apartment itself had everything we needed, full kitchen, washer and dryer, strong AC and WiFi. We are a family of four and had all the space we need. The location is convenient to the market and restaurants, and with a vehicle it was easy to pop out of the neighborhood and head out on the highway to as many cenotes as we could. Jeanine was communicative and welcoming as a host, and made it clear that we could contact if we had any issues... which we didn't. Research the sargassom if you are planning a trip to Tulum. It's an issue travelers need to be aware of, and you can feel how it's impacting the area in such an unfair and difficult way. Despite that, there is a wonderful vacation to be had in Tulum. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Excellent apartment, very beautiful, practical and spacious. Good location between the center and the beach area. The only downside is that it's best to have a car. Jeanine was not there to welcome us because she was traveling but it was jessica a friend who was there. Very nice person who made sure our stay went smoothly. We had a boiler issue last night and Jessica managed to find a 1 plumber and fix everything. Jeanine was also in contact with us and refunded us the last night for the inconvenience. We highly recommend this apartment. The people who take care of it are very attentive and honest people. We were very happy with our stay!

Jeanine’s place is beautiful and tranquil. She was very attentive and we felt right at home in the apartment. The pool is an added bonus! I can’t recommend this place enough, I hope to be back soon!

Excellent quality of Accommodation

The house is great, very nice and beautiful, the check-in was smooth and well oriented by the host. The house was really lovely, safe, comfortable. The only thing left was the showers, with little water pressure either, we don't know why, but it wasn't a problem at all. We want to go back and recommend this amazing apartment.

Jeanine and Arturo are very responsive to any questions you have, check in and out was flexible, the condo was as clean and secure, other guest at the complex were very nice, pool was beautiful and our trip was amazing. Thanks Arturo for the local suggested restaurants and places to visit. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The best of the best

It is excellent, comfortable, spacious spaces, the pool is 5 steps away, the condominium has everything you could need, they are a safe area and close to everything, super recommended!! great prices and quick attention from Jeanine.

This place was very clean, quiet: and safe. No problem parking our car - there are spaces right out front that are guarded by security. The location requires you either drive, cab, or bike to beach and restaurants, which was not a problem. Has all the amenities you might find at home - except for a few cooking essentials (large cutting board, carrot peelers, etc.). One thing is that is you’ll be nice to have a large jug of water with dispenser and know where to exchange - we had to purchase many smaller bottles of water with was wasteful. Other than that. - excellent accommodations.

Perfect place to stay in Tulum, between the pueblo and the playa. Very large apartment with several exteriors including a terrace near the pool. I would highly recommend it!

The bungalows are super parents with a very good location and the bungalow is super spacious. The place is very central to the village and the hotel area, which is perfect if you bring a car or rent a bike because you don't spend much time from one place to another. In addition, Jeanine is super attentive and gave us some very good tips for places to go to meet, go out and eat.

Excellent location, everything is close to you: the ruins, the beach and Avenida pri cipal. Perfect for family vacations since the subdivision is very quiet. Super recommended

This condo was perfect! We, my husband and son of 4, had the best time here. The pool and garden area are so beautiful. They were repainting it so it was quite busy with maintenance people walking in and out. We had a rental which we could park right in front. Jeanine was very helpful and we would defenitly stay here again!

This is a great place in a perfect location. Everything better than expected. Janine was very accommodating and responsive. Check in and out was outstanding. Patio with pool view is a great bonus. Air a conditioning throughout the apartment made a very comfortable stay. Washer and dryer with all the accessories available. This is a great overall value.

It was pleasure to stay in Jeanine's apartment. We found everything as it was written or shown on the pictures . Rooms and bathrooms were so clean. We had rental car and parked just in front of the house. And I had health problem and she helped a lot immediately. We couldn't expect more. She is the best host, we've ever seen. You'll not regret to stay there!

The place was great! Jeanine is super responsive and friendly. She gave step by step instructions on how to get to the condo and she gave us some great local tips of restaurants and things to do and see. There is a shared pool but most of the time we had it to ourselves which was nice. It also was very quiet which we really liked. And it was very safe as there's a property manager there during the day and security people who watch the property overnight. Highly recommend staying here! :)

Staying at Jeanine's with my family was fantastic. It was my wife, and I , and our two kids- 11 and 8. There was more than enough space for all of us. Jeanine was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend her place.

Apartment above our expectations. 2 full bathrooms. Pool on the same level as the terrace of the apartment. Great for watching kids. I would highly recommend it.

The accommodation in Aldea Zama, in the Zama Garden condominium is a great experience, since you are better off than in a hotel, as it is comfortable, family friendly and you enjoy it as if it were your home. Jeanine is a great host.

Jeanine's Condo is at a great and secure location. We were about 2 miles from the beach 😍. We had everything we needed at the Condo such as kitchen utensils, coffee maker, which is a must for me. Washer and dryer. Jeanine even had some items in her kitchen such as sugar, salt, some seasonings, clean water. Her place made our stay in Tulum much more enjoyable. If and when we return to Tulum we are definitely staying at Jeanine's Condo 😀.

The pictures don't do the place justice. A beautiful, clean, and comfortable apartment with a swimming pool and beautiful well kept grounds. Jeanine, the host was quick to respond, helpful, and very friendly. A bit far to walk into town or to the beach, so a bike is a must. This place was absolutely perfect! Great location and spacious with a powerful air con, the condo area was quiet and felt very secure and private and our family really enjoyed staying here! Would definitely recommend hiring a car also to travel around- makes life much easier!
