Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that the pool did not meet your expectations. The gardener cleans the pool daily and therefore it’s necessary that they are there for a short period each day to carry out their duties. With respect to your comments about no water in the bathrooms, we’ve had no complaints from other guests that were in the home prior to your stay and immediately afterwards. We will ensure that any potential issues that you may have experienced are addressed. We have our staff looking into this now to ascertain why you would have had any issues with water.

Sorry to hear that the TV was not working. We’ve since rectified the problem. Fortunately the beach is very close and hopefully the children enjoyed it!
