Excellent accommodation to live and rest as a family. The pool and jacuzzi are in optimal condition. A very quiet vibe. The guards at the guardhouse are super friendly and nice. Martha is very attentive and takes care of everything. The place is highly recommended.

Staying at Martha's house was an incredible experience. The house is just like the photos. It has a good location and is easy to get to. The residential development is quiet and safe. The house was very comfortable for the 13 people who stayed. Even my dog had a great time. I recommend hiring heating for the pool and hot tub. It's worth it! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, the fans help a lot to cool the bedrooms and the living room. There are enough dishes and cooking utensils. There was never a lack of hot water in the bathrooms. Jesus was always attentive to all the details. His help and attention make it easier to feel comfortable in the house. Communication with Martha was always smooth. She was attentive at all times, provided friendly service, and her instructions were always clear. There are convenience stores nearby that are open 24 hours a day. I would definitely stay again! It was a very pleasant experience! Recommended 100%

The house is very spacious. I loved that practically every room had a full bathroom. The garden is beautiful, and the jacuzzi is great!

Martha's place is super comfortable, super spacious. Check-in is very easy. You feel right at home. I highly recommend the jacuzzi, it takes away all the stress you've been carrying. My family and I had a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend it We would definitely come back.

The house was super nice and Martha was always attentive. Jesus was also attentive the whole time and supported us with the grill, pool and jacuzzi, always very friendly. We had no problems with the stay, everything was wonderful and with the flexibility of putting beds together, in case our group was with couples. Being pet friendly also helps a lot. Everything was as described. We used the boiler for the jacuzzi and it was great, and the pool did heat up, although due to the season it cooled down a little faster, but on the last day with the sun the water was delicious. I definitely recommend it for groups of friends and/or family! Of course I'd stay again!

Everything is fine! The house is just as shown in the photos: clean, well-equipped and perfect for resting. The common areas, especially the pool and garden, are impeccable. Communication with the host was quick and clear at all times. Highly recommended!

Definitely recommended, the advantage is that each room has a bathroom, the property is very well distributed, the facilities are very well maintained. What stands out is the help of Jesus, the person who assists at all times in case there is any inconvenience, he also helps with things, he is very attentive. The pool is super clean, we asked for the boiler to heat the water, it's worth it, the jacuzzi is spacious. The house is located a block and a half from a 7-Eleven, which is open 24 hours a day, so you don't have much to worry about. Everything was very clean and functional. We had a great time! Highly recommended for family travel due to the number of rooms. It has all the necessary equipment to have a great time!

An excellent weekend what I liked most is that each bedroom has its bathroom, the clean and beautiful house, the pool and the jacuzzi well and Jesús the guy who was to help very accessible and very accommodated.

The best Airbnb stay, everything was super clean, no insects, the sheets and towels smelled delicious, the place is just like the photos and they fall short, Martha gives great attention and not to mention the manager, we had a great time, we will definitely be back.

One of the few places worth staying, since everything is in good condition, nothing is missing, very clean, lots of kitchen utensils, two refrigerators and the attention from the house manager Jesus, my respects since he is very attentive and anticipates our needs, thank you very much for that since it is a plus that not all houses provide with such empathy.
