I and all my guests were extremely pleased with our experience at this home. We enjoyed the pool and the grill 100%. Eva and everyone who was there were always very friendly and willing to help us. Excellent experience.

It is a very nice house with everything you need to spend some very enjoyable days. Communication was always clear and agile. The place is quiet for relaxing, and it has lots of green areas—those were the things we loved most about the place.

The place is nice, the facilities are clean, the service is excellent.

It is a very good accommodation option, close to supermarkets and oxxos. The house is amazing and the photos don't do it justice, since it's prettier in real life. It left us with a good impression and we were able to rest perfectly. The pool water was warm and we were able to use it the 3 days we stayed, everything was great.

The place matched the photos, the layout of the house lends itself to having a good time wherever you want, the pool table area is very good because you can be there, listen to music and not bother others, since the rooms are on the other side of the house. Eva and Gustavo, I really appreciate your attention, always attentive and very good vibes. As for Andrés and Paty, I appreciate their attention, I had to change the number of visitors as well as the schedules and I always got their help. There is a place to buy your groceries just 5 minutes away by car…. Despite the house being old, it is very well cared for, some things to fix but nothing serious…. I'll definitely be back.

It is a very large and beautiful house, ideal to rest and enjoy all the facilities for adults and for the little ones. There are many things to do and the pool is very large. I highly recommend hiring the boiler service. The best staff in the house, always very friendly, attentive to everything we needed and willing to help. Andres and Paty answered all the questions and were very attentive. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

My family and I were very comfortable in the house, in general the whole house is VERY BEAUTIFUL, every corner is worth it. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean. The pool is awesome and big. We had a lot of fun in it. The outdoor living room and barbecue are excellent. The people who take care of it were always attentive, Eva and Gustavo were very kind. We had a problem with the kitchen but the Owner solved it and we are very grateful. Definitely an excellent experience and we'll be back.

We went as 8 adults and 6 children, we arrived very easily because it is at the entrance of Cuernavaca, once at the home Eva welcomed us very kindly, she showed us the house and especially the kitchen so that we could use everything we needed, once we settled in we started to use the facilities and the pool in the photo did not look so big, but being there it is super spacious, you have to be careful with the depth for the little ones, but we loved everything, it is very spacious and with many spaces, we all occupied them, you can see that it is a property that is already a few years old, but really to go to enjoy the pool and the family it is very comfortable. We would definitely come back, we had a really fun time, we don't need to go out since we brought everything and we really enjoyed it, we definitely recommend it.

We had a great few days, the house very nice, clean and with many spaces to enjoy. The covered area next to the pool is perfect, with a barbecue, a view of the garden, and it's very spacious. It was ideal for us to keep an eye out for the children at the pool and in the garden without breaking at the convivio. The service provided by the caretakers was very good; they were always attentive. The garden was in perfect condition, and the pool water was nice despite the season. Towels and sheets like new. Everything was really great, honestly—the service, the facilities, and the price is excellent for what the place offers. We only had one issue with the house pets, but it wasn't serious, and Andrés mentioned that they would soon take steps to prevent it from being a nuisance in the future, so my overall rating is still 5 stars. I want to start by saying that Andrés is an excellent host, always attentive to everything. The property is beautiful and much larger than the photos show, it is well located since there are many establishments nearby and in a very quiet area. The pool has a splash can ideal for those of us with small children, in addition to having a large garden with some games. Eva and Gustavo were a plus, since they were always on the lookout for everything we needed. In conclusion, it is a 100% recommended place, and we will definitely be back soon.
