Aurea

Aurea was a great host. We had an amazing time at home. Noise has to stop early because it's a residential area, but other than that, it was a great experience.

Everything was perfect. Aurea welcomed us and explained everything about the stay, as well as giving us local recommendations. The house is very nice and practical. We didn't use the courts, but they looked to be in good condition. The pool is a good size, a bit cold, but that was mainly due to the weather during our stay.

Aurea was as all the other reviewer's say an incredible hostess - she was very reliable, communicative and attentive. The location of the home is great because of the mountain views! The pool was very clean and nice and so was the yard. We liked the outdoor terrace for eating dinner!

This is a great house for a large family reunion. The view from house in the mountain is great. The walk to town is doable but the climb back is more of a challenge, yet nice. Walking distance to the start of the climb to the Tepozteco. There is a well stocked mom-and-pop shop around the corner. Great social spaces by pool, terrace, living and dinning rooms. Host is very approachable. One can also bring rackets and balls for fronton and basketball games on the premises. Although pool is heated, water remains on the colder side, refreshing during the winter midday heat. House keeps warm at night even if cold outdoors. Public transportation in front of the house, but taxies may be easier to use. Has a washer and clothes lines for drying.

A super spacious and very nice house. Recommended if you go with the family, the court is a very good size to play various sports. The house is very well maintained, everything was clean and it is very quiet. You can enjoy the pool all day, the water was at a very good temperature. The spaces in the house are large and you can enjoy them throughout the day. Aurea was always attentive.

Aurea's service was amazing; she sent us recommendations for our New Year's Eve dinner, and the food was delicious. Even when my mother-in-law got sick, she was able to easily recommend a doctor, places to eat, and delicious bread. Be sure to visit the “clacoyos,” spelled with a “c.” The view is beautiful, and the gardens are perfectly maintained. The pool was very cold for the date in December, but the kids still had fun. Definitely a place to recommend and to stay again.

Comfortable house of a good size, very clean, with privacy, a little difficult to walk but with a good location, very close to downtown. The garden areas, swimming pool and basketball court are well-kept and spacious for a very pleasant time. It can accommodate around 14 people and there are only two bathrooms, one small one in the bedroom area and the other in the master bedroom. It could be a little uncomfortable, but everything is easily resolved with one more on the ground floor and another in the garden area. Áurea and her husband were very kind, always attentive, they recommended places other than the typical tourist spots for food, coffee etc. Something we really enjoyed is that since the house is at the top and has a terrace, we could see the fireworks of the New Year's party. I would definitely return to this place.

The place has an incredible view, the house has a great space, ideal for many activities, playing pelota, swimming, sunbathing, nice photos, it's a quiet place. 100% recommended and the attention with the host was very good.

excellent location, and excellent attention provided by Aurea, the listing does not lie, the house has the best view of Tepoztlan, very close to the main street where everything is located, good food, and the best places to have fun, the house is impeccable, has all the amenities, and a large garden, the pool very well cared for and clean, we would definitely stay here again.

A BEAUTIFUL FAMILY weekend, where we spent time together and enjoyed every Area, we organized a basketball game, listened to music, we ate a delicious roast meat where we found everything we needed to feel at home!
