Great condo and very attentive host who answered any questions we had right away the rough thr week.

Perfectly located condo in the heart of Polanco. Spacious and quiet, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a nice yard — a rare combination in such a central neighborhood. Despite being right in the middle of everything, it was very peaceful. In addition to being surrounded by great cafes and restaurants, it’s right next to Lincoln Park and just a 10-minute walk to Chapultepec — a huge and beautiful green space. We even enjoyed a 5k run there one morning. Matias was super responsive and even bought us an electric kettle when we asked. We stayed for 6 days and had a great time. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in superb location. Close to supermarket, restaurants, shopping, park and Saturday market. Hosts were responsive and the place looks just like in the photos. Apartment is quiet, super clean, functional with a large living room space and with very comfortable beds and good water pressure. Wi-fi signal was strong in all rooms. Beautiful private terrace off one of the bedrooms. Security guards are there 24/7 and were always super nice and helpful. Some minor improvements that would enhance this place further include: - a larger coffee maker - upgrade tv / cable - drinkable water dispenser on site - upgraded dishes, cutlery, pots and pans Overall a 5 star apartment. Lovely apartment. Even bigger than it looks in the photos. Perfect place to stay for me and the family. Plenty of room for the kids to play around inside. Lovely neighborhood. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Matías professional and easy to deal with.

The place has fantastic location, with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping within a couple of blocks. Very close to transportation and many of the sights. Looks just like the pics.

Amazing neighborhood and beautiful apartment for family of 5 + one baby. Matias was kind enough to provide a crib, highchair, and playpen. The location was amazing and building security was very pleasant.

A beautiful and very spacious apartment with a lovely private terrace. There was a security guard at the entry to the building who was very helpful and nice. A short walk to the park and all the sites of Polanco and to the metro. Very safe neighborhood.

Very good accommodation, it really has everything you need, it feels very homey, Matías was always on the lookout during the days of my stay, at all times I felt safe. Very good location, the area is quite quiet.

Honestly, this is one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. We were let in and greeted in person and had all the important information about the apartment given to us. The 24-hour security at the building's front desk made us feel welcomed and safe. Overall, the apartment was welcoming, comfortable and large. Three large bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. The spaces were very clean. The beds were all very comfortable with quality sheets and blankets. The bedrooms were very quiet. No noise at all from upstairs or downstairs. Only a hint of street noise from time to time. I'm a very might sleeper, and I was never kept from sleeping or woken up by street noise. Very quiet! The Polanco location is great, a few blocks from a variety of cages, bakeries and restaurants. Again, overall, we had a great stay here, and appreciate Matias and his hospitality. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Mexico City.

What a gem of a place! matias’s place is just 4 minutes’ walk to Hyatt, and all the other big hotels. The place is big, really nice and expansive. Neighborhood is very safe. Till we meet again!

after 7 airbnb's over the last 3 months, this was the best. Not a typical apartment. this is a home at around 1,500+ sqft with more amenities than you need. Matias was proactive and responsive and fantastic host. What a gem!

Great stay overall, we loved the place. We used it to stay one night to attend an event at the Auditorio Nacional. It was a 10 minute walk super safe. The place is surrounded by thousands of options for dinner and coffee. The apartment was super comfy and clean. Matias was a great host, great and clear communication always looking for us.

The place worked perfectly for our group of 5. Doorman was there all the time and very friendly, which made check in easy. Apt is spacious and comfortable, and Matias was very responsive. Having 3 full bathrooms was great. Matias left us bottled water, which we were glad to have. The kitchen didn't have many staples, but it didn't matter since we were surrounded by cafés and shops. Location was great.

Me and my family loved Matías apartment. It's in a very good location in Polanco. The building is quiet. Communication with Matías and his dad was excellent. Definitely a good place to stay in CDMX.

We really enjoyed our stay! The area around the apartment was very walkable and convenient, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and pharmacies/convenience stores. The apartment was spacious; we found the three full bathrooms really convenient and the bedrooms were comfortable. We would stay here again!

Beautiful, and even larger than I expected: very high quality place, and beautiful quality furniture. Large bed is v. large. Comfy. The security is very reassuring, really great. There is security present guarding the entrance to the building 24 hours. These guys are really nice and helpful. Terrace was not a security concern -- it is on (U.S. sense) the 3rd floor. Matias was incredibly responsive, very quickly, any time I wrote. He would proactively follow up to make sure all was ok. One issue for us was that there was surprise very cold weather, and the heat is 2 portable heaters, and the electricity is limited in what it can do. I think central heat is unusual in CDMX. So it was sometimes cold. I'm convinced Matias is doing all he can, adding the 2nd heater, and extra blankets--and I believe he is working on further solutions for next winter. He really seems to want guests to be as happy as can be.

Everything was excellent, I was able to get there easily, the apartment is very nice and has an excellent location.

Matías was flexible, friendly and available for anything when I contacted him. The areas was very well located for restaurant and shopping; walking distance from just about anything you’d like to do at all hours. Clean and nice all around. Safe; someone was always at the front desk… all hours; 24/7 Very recomendable 5 star apartment!!!

The location of the apartment is spectacular. It is in a region full of great restaurants and shops, as well as being quite close to museums and Bosque Chapultepec. The apartment is very large, with large rooms and very comfortable beds. The living and dining room are large and comfortable, as well as having a well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. Matías was a great host, always responding quickly in all our communications and ready to resolve any issue, as well as giving valuable tips on what to do in the neighborhood and throughout Mexico City. In general, I recommend the apartment, as in addition to everything described above, it had a great value.

Great unit. Felt very safe. 24/7 doorman. Very quiet. Would have liked a real coffeemaker for 8-10 cups. Master bed a little too soft. But great unit in a great location!! Thxs

The apartment was as advertised and very comfortable. It’s in a great location and lots of things within walking distance. Matias was a very good host, good communicator.

We stayed in this apartment for four days at the end of January as part of our trip to Mexico City. This is a large apartment with windows only on a central courtyard and patio. The patio got lots of light in the morning and we usually ate breakfast on the patio. The apartment felt cold most of the time. The owner left one small electric heater in one of the bedrooms which we used for that room. It would have been helpful to have had another room heater to warm up the living/dining room in the evening. The clothes washer did not work which was a great disappointment because we structured our trip around the possibility of washing clothes in the apartment. When we figured out that the washer didn't work, it was too late on a holiday weekend to get it fixed or try to find a laundry nearby. We rated this apartment highly because it was comfortable and fairly clean, and we felt that the defective washer issue might or might not be as important to others who rented as it was to us.

Excellent location, a place with large spaces and a host who is always attentive to anything you might need. I would definitely come back.

Compared to other places I've stayed in MX city this apartment was pretty big and comfortable. I highly recommend it

I had an excellent stay at the apartment while I was visiting CDMX. The place is large, comfortable, well furnished, clean, and located in one of the safest, most walkable neighborhoods. Also, the internet was fast enough to take some zoom meetings without any issue so I also recommend the apartment if you need to work remotely for some time. Overall, an amazing stay with a great host. I’d look to stay here again the next time I’m in CDMX.

Remarkable Airbnb! Massive space and in the heart of Polanco! Extremely comfortable beds! Matías and his family were one of the more generous hosts I have met! They will help answer promptly and even allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out until we headed out to the airport. Across the street, there is a pharmacy that administers covid test for $30 so it was great to get rested before your flight.

The place is beautiful, all the details are perfectly cared for and the location is excellent, Polanquito and Lincoln Park are a few steps away. Very good communication with the host, they reply in minutes

It was our second stay in Polanco and we had a very nice experience staying in Matias’s apartment. I believe we were his first guests! Matias was very responsive to our requests, and provided weekly cleaning, tips about day trips when the city went to the lockdown. The apartment is conveniently located - about 5 minutes from Polanco subway station, with lots of restaurants and cafes within very short distance. The place is nicely furnished, small outdoor patio is a nice touch, we enjoyed taking our coffee there in the morning (French bakery is right around the corner.) Each room has a computer table, very convenient as some on our group had to work remotely. Very pleased with our stay, would definitely come back!
