The home is gorgeous with plenty of room for large families, it was very well stocked with cookware and dishware, plenty of towels for the pool this place had everything we needed to make our stay stress-free, when we did run into no propane, we notified Vicente and he quickly got someone out to refill it, thank you very much for your help Vicente. 100% recommend Casa Palmeras

We had a great time at Vicente’s house. It’s a short walk to the beach and the house was perfect for my large family. There’s a Walmart nearby which was convenient for food and snacks.

Second time staying at this house, the house is beautiful. Plenty of room for our large group and kitchen is well stocked. Vicente was very responsive we arrived a bit early and he allowed us to check in early. The pool was nice and clean we had asked Vicente to turn on the heater to warm up the water and it was perfect. Can’t say enough about this place and Vicente we definitely will be back.

This place is incredible. I booked it for a bachelor party & there were 7 guys there. Everyone was impressed when they walked it - it felt like a mansion. Everyone had ample space and we found ourselves spending a lot of time at the AirBNB enjoying all it had to offer. The house is a couple hundred feet from the ocean, easy access to the beach. Overall we had a great experience.

Our stay was great, it's already twice that we stayed in that cute and spacious house together with the whole family, Vicente's attention was always quick and accurate, I love that the kitchen has all the utensils, just like the whole house itself. I would definitely return

This was such a beautiful home close to the beach. It was perfect for our vacation.

House was a few from the beach with a great oceanview from terrace. Vicente is a great host, very responsive to our questions and needs. I would stay at Vicente's place again and would recommend it to my friends.

This house is perfect for a large family or group of friends! Beautiful house with Big bedrooms, very clean and close to the beach . The Pool is a very nice amenity but could have been a bit cleaner and patio furniture could use an upgrade . Location is walking distance to the beach and you can enjoy the sunset on the top large balcony. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The pictures don’t do this place justice!!!! The pool is such a plus and I recommend in case the waves are too much. It’s a little pit of a walk but it basically on the beach. House is beautiful and at night the house lights up. Amazing kitchen and big enough for 10 people and more!!! I would stay here again!!!!

We were a large group and the house fit everyone comfortably. The house is beautiful and spacious. The beach is a short walk away. The house was equipped with essentials and Vicente was responsive when we needed additional supplies. We made lots of memories celebrating my daughter’s quinceañera.

The house is spacious, close to the beach, about a 3-minute walk. The pool is not very large, but it makes up for it by being about 1.80 m deep, ideal for adults. The rooms are spacious and clean. The house is prettier than in the photos, and the terrace has a nice ocean view. If you bring children and want them to sleep where the parents sleep, I advise you to bring inflatable mattresses, since the rooms and the entire house are very spacious. Our stay was very pleasant and we felt super relaxed, since Mr. Vicente was attentive but without bothering us. Excellent house.

Loved this house! It’s new, clean, the pool was amazing for the kids, updated and trendy decor, beautiful kitchen, lots of personal touches, plenty of places to sleep plus lots of extra room for additional air mattresses. The owner wrote back within minutes and even came out when the wi-fi wasn’t working. Great experience. Beach is across the street. So fun to sit and read on the balcony and look at the beach. Quiet and relaxing. Family friendly, too! We especially loved the sound system for ambiance. Highly recommend!

We were blown away by how nice the home was, honestly the pics didn’t do it justice! The location to the beach was amazing, less than a 2 minute walk across the street between the houses and you are on a BEAUTIFUL beach! The rooms and bathrooms were awesome and comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed many beautiful evenings out on the patio by the pool, watching the sunset or playing games. Would DEFINITELY recommend this home if you are traveling with a large family or group! We plan to go back again :)

Beautiful home!

The house was beautiful, plenty of room for our large group of 15 to not feel cramped. Very clean, spacious, kitchen was well stocked. Easy access to beach that is not that far from the house. There is a BBQ and also a mini fridge that you can stock. You also have a shade and chairs for the beach. Having the pool was great the only problem with that was that tiles had fallen and one guest cut himself also there weren’t any supplies to clean the pool like the screener. Our entire group loved the house and would definitely rent again.

Overall, our experience with the house and Vicente was outstanding. The decor was lovely, house was very clean and super well maintained. From the moment we arrived everything was beyond our comfort and satisfaction. The swimming was had cleared crisp water (a little detailed with the tile but nothing big, we reported asap) everything else surpassed this place. Enjoyed a walk at the beach during sunrise and sunset, unfortunately the waves were too high during our stay, but nobody can control mother nature-maybe next time. Great house! For sure will rent again when we come back another time if available. Created great memories with the family on this weekend stay.

The place was awesome! Clean, well maintained, and so close to the beach. 11 of us fit very comfortably. A/C works great. Has to be one of the nicest in the area. Vicente was very responsive and a great host. we would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect!! We got to the house and we had no problem checking in. House was very clean and the house was big enough to accommodate 16 people. We had an amazing time. Vicente the owner very responsive. Definitely coming back.

Perfect home for our annual vacation in Rocky Point. Prior water issues already remedied. Book with confidence. Place was immaculate and Host responsive throughout.

Place it's great, short walk to the beach expect some construction noise if not willing to pay premium fees don't use delivery services, garage big enough for extra toys, private pool was a great bonus. Security guard drives by every so often.

The house was beyond beautiful, the pictures and description do not do this property justice. Our whole family was in 'awe' and enjoyed every bit of our stay. The house is immaculate inside and out. The whole family enjoyed the pool, fountains and view while we enjoyed family meals on the patio just steps from the pool. We enjoyed having the grill nearby the kitchen for easy accessibility. The amenities were great. There was more than enough room to accommodate our large family and more than enough space to enjoy outdoor meals watching the sunrise/sunset over the ocean! We visit Puerto Peñasco yearly as a large group and this was by far our FAVORITE vacation rental in Puerto Peñasco. The host was very quick with answers and solutions when booking and during our stay!

Great place

Lots of flies! We had no water almost the entire last day of our trip, power kept on going in and out. The pool heater only worked the first day.

It was an awesome and beautiful house.

The property was gorgeous and had a great view of the ocean. We had 16 people go and everyone had enough room. And Vicente was extremely responsive and super nice.

By far, the best house in Las Conchas . We've stayed in multiple properties in the past. This has been our favorite. Vicente was great at communicating with us ,he even stopped by the home to make sure everything was great and helped turn on the heated pool for our kiddos . We will definitely be booking again real soon.

Beautiful home with a phenomenal host! We loved our stay at Vicente’s place! The house was pristine with a great design. It’s not beach front, but it’s a super quick and easy walk down to the beach. The home has some beautiful views, and a gorgeous rooftop deck that overlooks the ocean. The front pool and fountain are also gorgeous, and make for a great hang out spot! Our family and friends had a wonderful time! We’ll definitely be back!
