It's a beautiful house, better than what you see in the photos!! The service from the owners makes you feel that it was worth every peso. The fact that they let you check in and check out a little earlier or later than in all other places means that you can enjoy both the day of arrival and the day of departure and not lose those 2 days of the trip. The cleaning girl and the kitchen lady make it possible for you to rest! We'll definitely be back and recommend this property 👌🏻

Everything was immaculate, very comfortable, and exactly as described. The location within El Tigre is peaceful, secure, very well-maintained, and convenient. Lulu and Victoria were wonderful hosts: responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. A special mention as well to the staff, Denya and Hilda, who made our stay even more enjoyable. It was such a pleasure to sat at Lulu’s place with our family. The photos don’t do the house justice. The pool/patio area is a beautiful picturesque place to relax, swim, or play ping pong. Lulu and her daughter Victoria helped us get a cook named Angeles to prepare lunch and dinner for the week; she who was fantastic. The house is close to the airport and right off a main road that will take you into downtown PV or Nuevo Vallarta in a short amount of time. This was a phenomenal vacation. Many thanks to Lulu and Victoria for helping us create a memorable vacation!

Everything in that house is excellent, the hosts are first class, the spaces are beautiful, the views of the house to the lake and golf course are unbeatable. My husband and I rented this beautiful home during the first week of June for our daughter’s 29.5 SURPRISE birthday, and we honestly couldn’t have pulled it off without their help. Victoria was absolutely phenomenal in helping me coordinate every detail of our stay — from organizing a cook, private chef, and bartender to scheduling massage therapists for the ultimate relaxing weekend. Not only is she kind and welcoming, but she’s also a fast communicator, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free. The house is even more beautiful than the photos, fully equipped, and located in a peaceful, gated community that felt very safe. We loved the outdoor space and scenery! I would return without hesitation, the staff is very friendly and Lulu and Victoria are always attentive, we never had any complaints, a very quiet place that you can certainly enjoy with friends or family, the bedrooms are spacious and everything is as shown in the pictures. Lulu & Victoria’s place is so beautiful and astoundingly peaceful in every aspect. The pictures does not do its justice, it’s a place of luxury, great communication and clean; with surrounding area of water and impeccable gardening. The master bedroom was my favorite with a private jacuzzi and floor to ceiling windows with a walk through closet, nothing but extravagant. The personal chef and housekeeping was a great touch and so convenient. I didn’t want to leave, it felt like home.

A magical and peaceful place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. The house is more beautiful than what you see in the pictures. Every of the 4 suites are perfectly detailed with a lot of space and large well equipped bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with top notched appliances and what can you say about the pool and terrace, you will not want to leave. Victoria our host was always in communication and super attentive. Without a doubt will be renting if available this house in the future! Also if you are a golfer, the club house is literally next door, so you can just walk to hit some balls or even have breakfast/brunch with a beautiful view.

Extremely grateful Lulu was able to accommodate my last minute reservation. House was phenomenal, it included everything we need for my party of 12 (ages ranged from 0-35). The children loved the private pool and the adults enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer, especially their entertainment system. Victoria provided us a varied of grocery stores, beach, and transportation options. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful home with spectacular views. Beds are very comfortable, very clean. We loved the floor plan. Tables big enough to fit your entire party, the pool was great! We enjoyed watching people golf as we drank Palomas on the patio. Victoria was very helpful and super sweet. This is definitely a home I will stay at on our visits to PV.

This was my first real Airbnb rental. I was nervous at first but everything turned out amazing! The service provided by Victoria to me and my family exceeded expectations. El Tigre is amazing. Quiet, luxurious, secure. Only a 28 minute walk/5 minute car ride to an upscale shopping plaza with a well stocked market and starbucks and more. Jet ski rental in the same area. The house was amazing and the pool was too. It was heated and lit. The master bedroom was great too. Thanks Victoria!

Nine of us stayed here for a week and our experience was nothing short of perfect. From the impeccable cleanliness, to the thoughtful touches and abundant supplies, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The furnishings and decor were tasteful and thoughtfully curated, creating a warm and inviting ambiance, and the view poolside out to the golf course was absolutely stunning and incredibly peaceful. You get a sense of this from the photos, but it's so much better in person. Lulu and Victoria were tremendous hosts. We were greeted upon arrival and given a tour of the home to become familiar and get any initial questions answered. We were also introduced to the housekeeper, Nayi, who did a very thorough job each visit. They were friendly, quick to respond, clear with instructions, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they gave all kinds of great recommendations for dining, beach clubs, shopping, etc, really anything we asked for. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

This home is fantastic. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The house faces west for glorious sunsets over the lake. Very well located. Just a few minutes walk to the clubhouse. Golf course to the north so no neighbors except a lovely stand of bamboo with fun iguanas to watch. If you can stay 2 weeks or more you can purchase access to the beach club and sports club (really wonderful kids club with pool there) and shuttle to both, including the farmers market and shopping plaza. All free with your nominal 1 time purchase for each guest. Sooooooo worth it! If not, the house is great all by itself. Oh, and the infinity pool is a good 90 degrees. Making swimming and lounging comfortable anytime of the day or night. We also especially enjoyed the provided elite expresso/coffee machine as well as the different coffees. So nice in the morning! Thank you Lulu and Victoria for a wonderful vacation.

We're very glad we stayed at this property. Great house with many special touches. The master bedroom is just incredible, with its view of the golf course and lagoon. Everything worked fine, including the wifi. We particularly enjoyed the Jura coffee machine. Our family got together for a special birthday and everything went magnificent. Even the teenagers had nothing to complain about haha. All in all, five excellent days.

I truly can’t tell you how amazing this place is! Honestly the pictures don’t even do it justice. The home is absolutely gorgeous and so, so clean! It has everything you need, and the pool is just *chefs kiss*! It was quiet and very safe - I went with some girlfriends, and we all felt very safe here. I cannot speak highly enough about the host Lulu. She was always quick to respond, was flexible with our different requests, and gave so many great recommendations (reach out to her if you are wanting a private driver, at home massage, or private dining experience). There was a point where I was messaging her everyday about different things, and she always responded so quickly and very kindly. Her daughter Victoria was also so wonderful with helping us! They really go way above and beyond for their guests! I won’t even look for another place if I’m able to visit Puerto Vallarta again - no need to keep looking, this is the best place!!

The place is amazing, the rooms are so spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. It was spotless when we arrived and they made sure to have all the baby stuff available as we were traveling with my twin boys. Lulú and Victoria were super helpful they gave us a lot of recommendations and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this house, we had a blast.

The photos don't do justice to the reality of living in Lulu's house. It's really amazing. You feel wonderful and at home. I stayed for 7 nights and would like to stay for another 30 days. It's a house that lacks nothing, and it has everything you need for a comfortable vacation without worrying about anything. It's a custom-built house with incredible spaces for up to 12 adults. It's very spacious. The pool has incredible views of the golf course. The sound system is second to none. Dora, the cook, is wonderful. She really was the best addition to this trip. We are very particular about food, and Dora exceeded expectations. We really recommend her. Each and every one of her meals was spectacular. Thank you, Lulu, for recommending her to us. Finally, I definitely recommend Lulu's house and I highly recommend renting it.

On cloud nine from our trip, I don’t even know where to begin!!! This home is grandiose and will take your breath away! We love Lulu so much that we’ve stayed at her homes for 2 years in a row (at both of her locations now). BOTH of her listings in El Tigre are hidden gems you DO NOT want to miss! Lulu and Victoria are responsive, helpful with any needs we had, and great at recommending what to do in the area. Both of Lulus homes in El Tigre are beautiful, safe in a gated community, and peaceful. Dora, the house chef, cooked up delicious meals and is reasonably priced. While the home offers bicycles, you will need to prepare for transportation such as Ubers or a company called Easygoing Vallarta, or rent a car, as the location isn’t very walkable to many places. We love your family and your homes, Lulu. We will definitely be back! Gracias por todo!

We had a wonderful time in this obsoletely beautiful house. Lulu was very easy to communicate with before our arrival. Once we got to Mexico Victoria was at the villa to greet us. Victoria was super responsive, gave us all recommendations needed to enjoy our stay. We will definitely come back!

Stayed with a few friends and family after our wedding in PV and it was amazing! Property is safe and quiet. Communication was great for every question we had! Quick an thorough. Bike ride away from the beach or even walk if you want to take your time. Home was astounding and super clean. Each room was perfect. Sunsets were gorgeous and everything was truly great! Be very communicative with the front gate when you order food, Ubers or Taxis. Its all for safety and as long they know you have someone coming they are helpful. Words cannot do justice to the excellence of all aspects of our stay. Both the host and main point of contact (host's daughter) were the most hospitable people I have ever met in many years of using AirBNB. The home exceeded all expectations. It was especially ideal for our group of 3 families, as there are essentially 3 master bedrooms. Pictures cannot do justice to the incredible pool which was extensively used throughout the stay. The ease with which our host facilitated finding a private cook, and the quality/flexibility of the cook's service incredible. The community in which the home was situated was phenomenal. Everyone loved spotting all of the local creatures - iguanas, turtles and many lovely birds from the back patio. Every part of the experience exceeded expectations. We certainly hope to return.

We booked this as our place to stay during our wedding weekend. It was so beautiful and Victoria was an amazing host to us. The house is truly a gem and the hosts have gone above and beyond to make every detail spectacular. The house keeper, Nayali, was wonderful as well. The pool was heated and the air conditioning always worked which was very important to us. The neighborhood is gated and extremely safe. We always felt taken care of. Don’t hesitate, book here!! It’s worth it.

From the moment I booked Lulu was there for me. From providing a high chair for my kiddo to helping me make sure the house was safe for a little person. This is by far the best air bnb you will ever find. It’s safe for kids the wifi is awesome. Amazing speakers and smart tvs. This place is a dream! Seriously amazing. If you can book this place then do so. We rented a car it was really nice to have the freedom. The pool was the highlight of the trip my husband and toddler lived in the heated pool. Floated away most of the days and evenings. I go shopping at the local markets in town for the veggies. On Tuesday there is one in Nuevo Vallarta but it’s for gringos so it’s expensive. But still some delicious things. The linens are lovely and there are 100 towels. No joke. A lovely woman comes every 2 days to clean the house and do all the towels.
