We came for a long weekend at the end of July, and it was gorgeous! The rooftop patio had the best views, and when you walk out the front door of the building, there are so many things to do within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here.

This was an amazing place to stay! We enjoyed the area for walks and eating. The home was filled with beautiful views, was clean, and everything worked perfectly. The hosts were always quick to respond and we have only positive reactions from the stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place in La Condesa. We love to walk and enjoyed the parks, restaurants and local bars. We highly recommend if you want to be in La Condesa and close to Roma Norte.

The view was beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. We thought the rooftop patio area was open to others and to our surprise it’s a privet rooftop area connected to Airbnb. We had everything we needed, the security staff at the lobby were very friendly. We felt safe and slept comfortably. The park was our favorite part you can walk to many good restaurants. During the day and evening there are lots of people walking their dogs and out enjoying the many coffee shops and restaurants. The only issue we encountered was that one of the bathrooms on the first floor with a shower had a very strong odor due to the moisture but this is not specific to this Airbnb this is a common issue throughout the city. We avoided using it and instead used the upstairs shower that was modern and very clean. We don’t mind the noise but if you are light sleeper keep in mind this area is very lively at night. The great thing is this unit is located on the 14th floor so it is not as loud as others.

Great stay. The apartment was spacious, in an amazing location right on Parque México, and had a huge terrace with a beautiful view overlooking the city. We really enjoyed our time there and would happily stay again.

Alejandro's Condesa penthouse was absolutely amazing. It was exactly as described and the perfect space for four of us. The view from the rooftop patio is unbelievable and the sights and sounds of Parque Mexico below were fantastic. The check-in process with security in the lobby was a breeze and the condo was spotless when we arrived. Condesa and the surrounding neighborhoods are so walkable and there's an endless variety of things to do nearby. We look forward to having Alejandro host us again on our next trip to CDMX!

Great place

We had a nice experience staying at this apartment. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was magnificent; there was plenty of space. We appreciated that the kitchen had a coffee maker and coffee, that there was some water and seltzer in the fridge, and that the washer/dryer worked well. The location was very central and lively. As others have noted, there is noise from Parque Mexico. We happened to be there during an unseasonably hot week, so at night we needed to keep some windows open to cool the place down. As a result, there was quite a bit of noise from the park: barking from the dog park from early in the morning (like before 5am) to late into the night. When the windows are closed, the noise is not bothersome. It should also be noted that the water pressure in the upstairs shower is quite low. The wifi was excellent which allowed me to do some work during our trip. Overall, I think this is a spacious, very very functional apartment with really beautiful views!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful penthouse in Condesa. The space was great! It was bright, spacious, and impeccably maintained. The highlight was definitely the stunning penthouse view, which made mornings and evenings feel extra special. The location is perfect for exploring the neighborhood, with great cafes, parks, lots of dogs, and restaurants just steps away. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and had zero issues during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Mexico City!

The place was fantastic and as advertised. Tons of room and let’s face it ithe views from the terrace are impressive and dis not disappoint. Only regret was not having slightly warmer weather in which to enjoy it! Overall great location especially for art week and within a beautiful walkable neighborhood. The hosts were great and the doormen super nice and attentive.

This is a great apartment with a beautiful rooftop view! It is located in an area that is lovely to walk with many amazing restaurants. I would recommend it and I can't wait to stay there the next time I am in Mexico City.

Plenty of incredible cafes and restaurants and not too busy. don't get me started on the view, hands down the best view of the city one the rooftop. the hosts were wonderful to communicate with. 10/10.

Best place we have ever stayed in Ciudad Mexico- right near parque Mexico, phenomenal location and views. The terrace is huge with incredible views, including view of lighted ferris wheel. Amazing apartment

This apartment is amazing. We had a very pleasant stay as a family and every day we walked in the Mexico Park that is right across the street. All the services worked well (hot water, gas, washing machine, hair dryer, elevators, parking space, electricity, etc.). It's better than what appears in the photos and besides you can walk everywhere since the location is unbeatable.

Perfect stay for a small group or family. The location is in the center of a vibrant and lovely neighborhood. The private Rooftop terrace is offering incredible sunsets and views on the city. Apartment is fully equipped and clean. If you plan a trip to teotihuacan there is a bus in front of the apartment going there, booked in TripAdvisor.

We loved our stay in Condesa and everything about this location. The views were amazing both day and night and the walkability to restaurants, coffee shops and groceries was unbeatable. (New Year’s Eve firework viewing was spectacular). We loved having the vibrancy of Parque Mexico right across the street and enjoyed walking Avenida Amsterdam. Check-in was a breeze with bottled water ready for us in the fridge. Our messages and inquiries to the hosts were answered within minutes, they even reached out to check on us after a rather large earthquake to see if we were okay. For our family of 5, we couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home.

We LOVED staying here! The bedrooms are amazing and the location could not be better. The apartment was so nicely decorated and felt so private despite the big windows. What a wonderful view from every room, and that private balcony had the best views of CDMX! This is a really special spot and we’re so grateful to stay here. We’ll book again every visit!

Wow! Easily one of the most stunning places I've stayed in on Airbnb! An incredible apartment overlooking one of the best parks in Mexico City! We had secured parking for our car, plenty of space for both of our dogs, and everything else we could have needed. We will easily stay again when we're back in Mexico City! The only downside was that we had to leave 😂

Wonderful place. It is very spacious and centrally located. The hosts communicated very effectively and any help we requested was prompted attended to. It is nearly a perfect experience. The only thing to be mindful of is, is that the apartment is right next to Parque Mexico, which is really nice but can be quite lively. The windows in the apartment are a little thin, so the sound from the park can be a little loud inside. The only time this was an issue was when the dogs at the dog park would bark in the morning. Otherwise, it was not annoying at all.

This place is a dream, the photos don't do justice to how beautiful it is. It is a duplex penthouse where you enter and have the living/dining room then the kitchen on one side and two bedrooms on the other side. Then you go up and there's the private roof with the master bedroom. All the rooms and living room have such a beautiful view of the city. And you're right in Mexico Park, you have a view of the park and the best restaurants and bars around. However, you have no noise from it here. The details of everything were amazing, between modern, bohemian and vintage. And the best thing for women is that both bedrooms have a walk-in closet and the master bedroom has one to inspire. Well, I think it was super clear that I loved it and would always come back here from now on. Also worth mentioning that there were some amazing service details with water in the fridge, new soap bars in the showers. The kitchen with coffee capsules and coffee maker. Everything is amazing!!

Great view of the park and the city. Patio provides wonderful view of the sunsets and the city lights at night, perfect for family happy hour (we had a group of 10 --not all staying here -- for sunset beverages and snacks). Third bedroom is suitable for kids or teenagers, but a bit small (and the beds are very low) for two adults. Master bedroom upstairs is large with great views and lots of closet space. Kitchen and laundry as advertised, functional and well equipped. Location is right on the park, in the middle of the Hippodromo area; we found lots of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance, and Uber service to anywhere in the city was excellent.

One of the best locations in the city. Walkable, safe, tons of restaurants, and the apartment is absolutely amazing. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to CDMX.

Amazing apartment right in the heart of Condesa. It was easily walkable to a lot of nice places and across the street from the park. The apartment was beautiful and very relaxing. The rooftop, living room, and bedroom were great with the wide views. The only warning I would give is the park can get loud if there is an event going on, but the apartment itself is amazing.

This apartment on the 14th floor is spacious and perfect for four people, with stunning views of Parque Mexico, especially for sunset watching from the rooftop. We enjoyed people-watching from both the living room and rooftop. The library/office has a great selection of books in both Spanish and English. I love that there was plenty of hot water for back-to-back showers. It felt more luxurious than other places we've stayed nearby last year. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and Walmart for groceries. The building itself faces Parque Mexico and the dog park, and is a short walk from El Moro churro. If you don’t mind some noise, it’s perfect; otherwise, consider a quieter place not facing the park. The host was thoughtful, providing bottled water, soap, towels, and kitchen essentials. Although we had a minor internet issue on the second floor, the host resolved it quickly. Communication with host was excellent, and the 24/7 doorman was a nice bonus.

The apartment is above the green park Mexico with an abundance of things to watch and do! Bring binoculars for a most fantastic view far and near of the surrounding city and mountain scapes, dog trainers, exercise and dance classes. Ecobici bikes right below and convenient neighborhood to get to nearby mercados and amazing coffee, bakeries and restaurants. Sunsets are beautiful from the terrace and the apartment is secure with 24 hour doormen, fast Wifi, tv with mirroring options.

I would 100% recommend this Air BnB! It's such a great location that overlooks the parks, good restaurants below, and huge apartment. The hosts were so great at responding and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They answered all questions we had and it was so comfortable talking to them. Some other points- Wifi always worked, plenty of hot water, beds were comfortable with great pillows, security guard always present, very safe area overall, kitchen amenities with coffee maker, and kitchenware, quiet neighborhood overall.

Great hosts, insanely beautiful view - it’s the single tallest view near the park and so the sunrise and sunset was jaw dropping. Has a similar feeling to being at Central Park in New York

The location of the stay is ideal. It has an incredible view, and Alejandro has tried to maintain the original style of decoration. Everything was in perfect order, and the service was splendid at all times. It's definitely a place where you're comfortable with your family.

I would 100% recommend Alejandro and Caro’s place. The view from the penthouse is breathtaking, taking a coffee early in the morning from the private rooftop, having a breakfast or just enjoying the view at sunset. The place has all the vibe of what Condesa is, cozy, stylish with a lot of character. I really enjoyed the space this location offered. The living room with also an amazing view right in front of Parque Mexico. I worked during my stay, this place has an office that you can use also as a bedroom, with a nice desk also with a sky rise view. Ale and Caro were super responsive to my texts and calls and they were constantly checking how we were doing, even they send a brand new coffee machine to make sure we had everything we need. I will definitely come back next time I am in Mexico City!

All I can say is "Wow!". We came with a group of 4 for a combination work/play trip We've stayed many places in our travels and this one stands out. Very unique spot, tasteful and inviting decoration, super comfy beds. The view of the park and city from all areas of the apartment were breathtaking. We watched all the vitality pulsing through the park and enjoyed sunsets and sunrises from the private rooftop balcony. Walls of Glass everywhere! Great restaurants and street vendors of Condesa everywhere. Huge and comfortable living space and quiet private bedrooms. Really couldn't have been better. We didn't use the kitchen because we enjoyed going out for meals, but noticed it has the basics plus some added things. Host was amazing. We really couldn't believe it - we will definitely be back!!!
