Beautiful home in an unbeatable location! The house is extremely walkable and convenient, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the fresh American breakfast every morning was a highlight. We also appreciated the plentiful drinking water, lovely artwork and thoughtful game room. Communication with the hosts was also excellent—they were very responsive. A few things to note: One bedroom was unavailable during our stay due to construction/electrical issues, and the courtyard fountain from the photos has been removed. We also had some trouble with the shower (limited hot water and inconsistent pressure) and found the front door keypad a bit finicky, though it always worked eventually. Tip for travelers: Street parking is very limited. Unloading a shuttle full of luggage can be tricky as you may block traffic, so try to be as quick as possible!

The house is spacious and you can easily walk downtown. We spent Christmas in this house and they had decorated it with a tree, very nice. The instructions were clear and we communicated in a timely manner. I highly recommend this space if you are going in a large group and want to be close to downtown in a classic San Miguel house.
