A quiet house. I like it because it is safe. I went as a family and I liked it a lot because you feel at home. The pool is very clean, 10 out of 10. Thank you for your attention. I'll be back, God willing 🤝

Wonderful home with an amazing host! Our family had an absolute blast staying here. The huge pool was definitely the highlight of the house, and we made so many great memories. We would happily stay here again!

Excellent accommodation in Huatulco with a good-sized pool, ideal for 5 to 6 people, with capacity for a few more from what I saw; the kitchen is well-equipped.

Nanci's place was the perfect home base for our week-long group trip. beautiful home, lovely pool, clean rooms, all the tools and amenities one needs for a great vacation stay. the AC on the lower floor bedrooms was excellent. the upper bedroom is much bigger but the ceiling fans plus AC were able to cool it comfortably. all the kitchen items you need to cook. the pool is great and maintained regularly. washer dryer was so helpful! note that the kitchen is outdoors so there will be lots of ants and bugs- manageable as long as you keep it clean. 5 min taxi to la crucecita town including supermarket and a 10-15 min walk to some great restaurants! we had 3 days where wifi went out due to the provider so while we worked, make sure to have data or Hotspot backup! nanci was v responsive. thank you for a beautiful stay!

My family and I stayed at Nanci’s place Feb 26-March 5, 2026. We loved the space especially the entertaining area. The pool was the highlight in many ways. HUX is hot, having a pool to go in morning, noon and night was epic. Also, a massive pool not shared with any other homes or places. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The only thing is 2 of the 3 bedrooms had minimal places to put clothes/hang them up. Nanci was fabulous, answering any comments, concerns, questions promptly. The big super market was a 15 min walk. Cab rides were very cheap as well. We all would come back to Nanci’s in a heartbeat!

Everything was good, the area and the amenities, it's a very nice house! Recommended!

Nanci's place was very nice. Exactly what was on listing. pretty much all beaches are close by 10 mins away. We loved Arrocito beach, was able to swim there. Neighborhood was peaceful it's a private neighborhood so felt secured ☺️. Pool has waterfall feature which is nice to get under! dinning out was great. Rooms AC work great and have cealinf fans too. market is 7 mins away where we got all our drinks, snacks. Would recommend and stay here again.

Awesome stay at this beautiful modern home. My wife and I stayed here for 8 days to warm up after a trip to chilly Chihuahua. We really enjoyed the open design of the kitchen and dining area right next to the pool. We spent most of our time in or by the pool. The home is in a gated community and feels safe and very private. It has 3 bedrooms and plenty of beds to sleep in if you have a big family or share the rental with friends. You are close to downtown area and nice places to eat but you probably need a taxi or just rent a car. We ended up just stopping at the grocery store and stocking up on food and drinks for our stay. We had a very nice relaxing time and would definitely stay here again which is something we look forward to.

It is an excellent recommendation for family travel, the house is beautiful, great decor and equipment for a nice experience in Huatulco. The pool is spectacularly enjoyed by the kids. Very good location near shopping areas, I would definitely come back.

Excellent place to enjoy your vacation, the pool was the best, although it needs to improve the lighting in that area but you still enjoy it a lot. The outdoor kitchen very well although with its cons due to the animals that logically exist in the area. Totally recommendable.

Beautiful new home and great service. overall very happy and worth the price. minor issues: outdoor shower not working, and no water dispenser. A little tricky to find the first time as the gated community has 2 entrances but only one serviced. all properties in the area well fortified for security. Felt extreme for our tastes but never felt unsafe. Is close enough to town you can walk...but it's a hike. taxi service was great and easy. Great place for 2 or 3 couples or a large family.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic time exploring the Huatulco area and Nanci’s place suited our group perfectly. Although the location is not easily walkable, having the space at the house with the pool made up for it. We were able to walk to a couple of different beaches and a restaurant area and taking a taxi is economical and easy. We really appreciated the clear instructions for getting to and into the property. The pool is the highlight of the home and the open kitchen was a bonus. The downstairs bedrooms were easier to cool down with air conditioning and the upstairs bedroom/suite is quite large with a lot of windows so it was harder to cool down. Overall, I would recommend this property and hope to be back someday.

The house is very nice, the pool is a good size and the dining room and common areas are very comfortable and cozy. The main bedroom is huge and ideal for the family. Nanci's very good service.

Friendly and helpful host. The house is in private, so it makes it safe. It is very comfortable and the pool is clean and father. We met the cleaning lady and she was very kind. The location was great, minutes away we got to the beaches.

I would say I loved this place because I stayed in our of the rooms downstairs and my room got cold. My sister did not like that she stayed upstairs room with the kids but the room never cooled down. I am not sure if that room needs two a/c units but she said it was hot. Overall, we really enjoyed the house. I would recommend to bring mosquito spray as there were lots of them. Other than that, the pool was awesome.

This property is a fantastic value and in a great location. It is in a gated area and feels secure. There were many utensils in the kitchen so we were able to cook anything we wanted. Nanci was super helpful, accommodating, and attentive. Nanci even provided some housewarming swag which we really enjoyed. There are many artistic touches found throughout the house that give it a lot of character. Great value and property. Thank you for having us.

Home is beautiful! Location is great. Close to la Crucecita. AC worked great and the home even has fans outdoor which definitely help with the heat. We didn’t do much cooking but the home has everything you would need . Great size pool and at night it looks even better with the lights. Nanci was super quick to reply back. Home was more than spacious for us. Stayed for 6 days wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely would recommend if your looking location, cleanliness , and spacious. Will definitely be returning.

We had a great time at Nanci’s beautiful home. Check in was easy and Nanci was available and attentive to our needs. Less than a 10 minute drive to the City Centro and the beach.

Everything was excellent. The AC in the main room. It doesn't cool enough since it's too large, but everything else is very good. The other rooms freeze the AC

We really loved staying here!! The pool was great! The master bedroom and bathroom were great! The location was awesome! It’s super close to Playa Chahué and just a few minute drive to the centro and other beaches. We felt super safe and secure! We didn’t really cook other than making hot chocolate in the morning so I didn’t pay much attention to what was in the kitchen for cooking but we loved the open kitchen concept. The AC made the warm nights more comfortable or sleeping. And having so many ceiling fans was really nice. The only “con” is just that we have a toddler so the tile, which was beautiful, was really slippery for him. So we had to use some of our beach towels which wasn’t a big deal because she had beach towels there for use as well. We would definitely stay there again!!

Nanci is a great host. Always attentive to our well-being and all our every need. Very courteous and kind, a courtesy out of the ordinary, very quick to respond and answer all of our questions. The house is effectively new, surrounded by vegetation, lots of quietness and peace, security and comfort. The distance from the village is ideal. We'll be there in five minutes. The pool is very clean and beautiful, the kitchen is very functional. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home and perfect location. This home is located only a few minutes from downtown and some of the most popular beaches. The home itself it’s beautiful with the pool as a big added bonus. Nanci was super responsive and welcoming. We definitely be coming back here.

This house is amazing, it is close to everything. All beaches we visited were withing 10 to 15 minutes. Having the outside kitchen is nice because of the weather. The pool was nice to come home to after a long day at the beach. I will be staying here again.

The house is very nice. The pool and common areas are very pleasant. The master bedroom is very large and is located 5 minutes from everything in Huatulco.

This home is quite a gem; very close to all the “bahías” the open kitchen concept leading to the dinning table and into the Pool is phenomenal! There is plenty of space for a large family; enough utensils to feel like home, the house is in gated community with an alarm system for extra sense of security, the beds are very comfortable. This home is also great for the elderly since in the first floor you’ll find two rooms with a shared restroom. All in all, the house and the host are a gem! You will definitely feel like home!

Nancis place was perfect! Outside/ inside kitchen, and pool was amazing. It was a couple and two friends who went and we each had our room which was perfect. The house is located in a community so renting a car is ideal to get you to downtown about 5-7 minutes! I would definitely come again!
