Me and my friends loved our stay! Very spacious rooms and clean! There are a lot of local places to eat, places to walk to and close to the touristy areas. They were very responsive if we ever needed anything.

I loved the place. It was like being in a hotel of our own. My family enjoyed having their own bedroom, and there is a large table for talking, as well as a living room with a TV area.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is stunning; well located, fully equipped and exactly as described. In a very quiet street, walking distance to Chapultepec Park and various museums. Even though we were a big group, hot water was always available and the WiFi was strong. Clau and her team were highly responsive, extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We would happily stay here again.

The location is in an excellent area, safe and close to Polanco. The beds are very comfortable, each room has its own full bathroom, and the terrace is very comfortable for chatting. It's great for a large group, as there are 7 rooms with plenty of space. We were very happy with this hosting experience. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place!

Place was exactly as described there was an issue with a lock having to be replaced. However when I was notified I didn’t get a response to see which lock was the one that had issues as the back one was already damaged. Overall the stay was great.

great place to stay in a easy to get to area of mexico city. each bedroom having its own bathroom is what sold us on this place. great for larger groups!

Clau’s place was perfect for our large group’s week-long visit to Mexico City. We enjoyed gathering in the kitchen and living room spaces and really appreciated the comfortable beds and each room having its own private bathroom (+ 1.5 extra bathrooms). The location felt safe. We walked to some restaurants / stores / attractions and took ride share service to others. Clau and her team were very responsive to our questions / requests. Although it needs a little maintenance, this place was the best overall fit and value for our group. Great stay and hosts!

Amazing spot, with an amazing host!

This was a great stay overall with only some minor complaints. The pros included a great location that was easy to get to and felt safe, very responsive hosts who were proactive in handling our requests, and a very spacious house with ample amenities, the unparalleled convenience of a full en suite bathroom in each bedroom, and well kept outdoor areas for hanging out. Some small complaints our group had included some of the towels not appearing to have been cleaned properly (we ended up using the included washer to rewash these) and the attached bedrooms (off the main house) running a little cold. Overall though, we would highly recommend anyone stay here with their large groups as we had a great time in this great location and would certainly choose this property again!

Great place to stay for the week we were there. The place was big and accommodated our big group!

Everything was very good. We were a group of 12 people. It was very comfortable for every two people to have their own room with a bathroom. 5 rooms were inside the house and two more outside. You had to go out the back to enter, but still everything was good There was always communication and they answered our questions The location is safe and close to everything we visited Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with enough towels and a very well-equipped kitchen Everything was good!! 👍

Villa Anzures has seven private bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Perfect for friends traveling together. The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds comfy. Lounge and kitchen are good for gatherings and the courtyard has a giant lime tree. The Host Team was kind, helpful and always responsive. I recommend staying here without hesitation. Excellent value for a group stay!

There was some confusion because we thought that the house had 7 bedrooms not 6. I am not sure if the living room with full bathroom counted as the 7th bedroom?

Our group of 14 people, all family we had a very pleasant day, very comfortable, my 87 year old grandma felt at home with her whole family in Mexico the only thing I would like more attention is with the cleaning of the 2 rear rooms, I stay on the second floor and practically finished cleaning it myself so I could use it and take out that fan full of dust that was there Otherwise everything was great very comfortable, I would recommend it and we would return again with pleasure

We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our large group! Plenty of space for everyone & very convenient that each bedroom had private bathroom. Comfortable beds and house was very clean.

My 6 friends and I would stay here again. It is definitely worth the price and if there are any problems, host is responsive and will work quickly to address. The keypad and lock takes a bit to get used to, but you simply have to wait a second or two to open the door after unlock, and not right away like other locks. Was scary when you couldn’t get in at first but it becomes easy after a few tries. The door handles for the courtyard and one bedroom fell off but host was quick to send repairs. The floors and some parts were not super clean but again host sent people to clean. The area is very peaceful with lots of police officers and security nearby. I highly recommend staying here for the price, area and the fact that the host is very nice and willing to address any problems you have.

Our group had a wonderful stay at this property! The place is very big with lots of space which accommodated our entire group perfectly. We also love how private and quiet the neighborhood is. The property is walkable to some great restaurants and coffee shop. We absolutely recommend this to anyone who’s looking for an AirBnb for a large group. We love our stay because it was as described, very clean, well furnished, and our hosts were extremely friendly and responsive which made the stay better than we expected. Thank you Clau!

We were a big group and loved our stay! We were close to everything, walkable and easy to grab an Uber. We had some rain during our time, which caused us to lose power. Clau and the team were able to restore power the very next day. We were super grateful! Would definitely stay again. :)

Great location. The house was perfect for our group. There is a tianguis on Fridays literally outside the house! We loved it. We will definitely stay away. We walked to Chapultepec and to the areas around it. There are restaurants closed by and the area is safe! Thank you Clau for everything.

If what you need is a spacious apartment for large groups, this is your best option. My work team and I were delighted with this great house in which you have EVERYTHING: 8 fully equipped, comfortable and extremely spacious rooms, each with a full bathroom and some even with a changer. The common spaces are ideal for working or just rest. The decor is nice, the distribution is the right one, the atmosphere feels fresh and new and the location area is one of the best in the whole city. I would not hesitate to stay in this great house again.

The fact that each room has its own private bathroom is convenient for guests. The hosts tried to accommodate most of our requests, and that made our stay more enjoyable. There are details that could be improved to make it a star Airbnb. We mentioned them to the hosts, and they agreed to take care of them. But in short, the house was very nice and comfortable, and if we came back as a group, we would book this house again. Recommended.

Excellent house, no complaints

Great location! The area was safe and we were able to walk to the nearby stores with no worries. The bathrooms in each one of the rooms were perfect for our big Family specially when we all had to be ready so early in the mornings for the activities out in the city. It's a beautiful house !! Anytime we had a question or concern I was able to message Dieter and he responded quickly, he is very nice and was very polite, we surely will book this house in the future when we go to Mexico.
