The house was everything we were looking for for our family vacation - walkable to the pool and ocean so kids could have fun and be independent. We loved the restaurant, so it didn't matter that there weren't other eating options close by - great food with great views and service! Jessica was very responsive anytime we had a question or needed assistance. We did our grocery shopping at the Super Ley in town and felt very pleased and comfortable with all the amenities. Personally, the fact that the ocean goes out for miles at low tide was a fascination rather than a problem because the pool was awesome :)

Beautiful house right in front of the beach , house was clean had everything to have a good time , everything works on it, Jessica was fantastic easy to communicate, fast response. Will definitely will be staying here again.

Casa Velazquez is a place where you can rest and enjoy your vacation to the fullest; my family and I were delighted. The pool with hot water, the bike ride, the privacy of the house—everything was great. The security was excellent, and I am very grateful to the staff for helping me contact a tire service because my tire had a flat, and they took care of my problem. I would definitely recommend Casa Velazquez for your vacation 😍

Great place

Jessica is a wonderful host. This Airbnb is in a secure place, great amenities, pool and restaurant in the same community. Beautiful house and the casita is an extra touch. The pictures don’t justify how beautiful it is. Just keep in mind it is about 20 minutes from the center of town. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Velázquez house and I hope to return soon. The house is spacious and the view is very nice. Jessica was always attentive!

This house was great it was peaceful and and right next to the beach was the best part watching the tide come in and out and also the area was super peaceful. Overall great and comfortable stay

second time staying here it's always wonderful experience love that the pool is walking distance just like the beach very relaxing the restaurant is next to the pool and a lot of activities to do like bike riding or just paddle board. my kids enjoyed staying here.

Casa Velázquez is a very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable house. For the price if it's worth it, it's a very large house. Jessica was aware of the messages. Pros: The house has everything you need as it says in the description. The location is perfect for going to the aquatico and restaurant complex, it has a gas and television grill although the latter does not specify it in the ad. There are many activities to do in the resort Against: the house if facing the sea but the tide only comes a few hours at half a day and again in the middle of the night, the sand is ludicrous sensation and with the water is seen revolting. The spaces for the carts are outside the house. After 10pm literal you can't make any noise outside the house. You have to wear a bracelet provided to you in the administration

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Velasquez! The views were incredible and beach was accessible right from the patio. There was enough room for everyone and big shared spaces.

We loved this home. This was our second time visiting Laguna Shores and we have never been disappointed. Jessica was very quick to respond to any questions we had and always very friendly. The house was very clean and perfect for our family. The house is steps from the beach and the shared pool area. Perfect location!

It was very great to stay, besides the location being beautiful I was also very comfortable. The staff at the amenities were super friendly and helpful. The day of our arrival they were having activities at the pool and also playing the Canelo fight.

The house itself is great and big. Perfect for a group of 10 people as listed and has all of the amenities listed. The house is in a “resort” so the pool is shared but works just like a resort pool. You have to buy drinks from the swim up bar and cannot bring your own drinks into the pool area. Average price of a cocktail is $100-$200 MXN so they’re not cheap to stay poolside for a few hours. The music in the pool area is also dated. The location is a negative for this place as it is a 15 minute drive from town. The staff at the resorts for some reason don’t like to give out information or help you get a cab into town. It was like pulling teeth from the people at the front desk and front gate to even get a phone number for a cab which charges $70USD each way for non locals. The tides also take the water too far away to consider this a true beach front property. While the property is nice it didn’t meet our needs to party and do local activities or get plastered at the pool.

Our stay at Jessica’s place was amazing. The property was beautiful, spacious and very clean and the views of the sunrise/sunset from the rooftop were spectacular. Jessica was very responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed our time and would definitely book again.

For the price I felt like it was a great deal and met or exceeded expectations. Our host was willing to work with us on an early check-in, which was nice! The pool is currently under maintenance, but ended up being too cold to swim anyway, so we just spent a lot of time on the beach! The sunsets from the house were amazing!

Beautiful home, easy to get to and lots of activities for guest. Pool and beach are a quick short walk. Our host was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We had a fabulous weekend at Casa Veláquez

Casa Velazquez was spacious and had everything that we needed for a week at the beach. The resort personnel were very helpful and friendly. The only downfall about the location is the low tide and how far you have to walk. But when the tide was in we had so much fun. I would suggest that if you want to do any of the activities in town that you go through the resort office. They can explain everything and set up all your excursions. I would return to Laguna Shores/ Casa Velazquez without hesitation.

Amazing, house was spectacular. You walk out the back door right to the beach, or take a 30 second walk to the pool. Perfect place to vacation with the family.

The house is right on the beach and the view is fantastic; the tide takes the water out very far and while out (which is most of the day) there is no water to play in except the community pool. The one item that was missed in the kitchen was a wine opener…luckily the neighbors had one so crisis averted ;). The restaurant was fabulous for dinner; it is a fine dining experience. The bar & other amenities were terrific.

Our stay at Jessica‘s home was great. It was big enough to hold me and my family. The host was very helpful and was very responsive. She was also very understanding when I asked if we could show up earlier for check-in due to family reasons. She was also very Attentive and making sure that everything was great within our stay. I highly recommend her location as it has a lot to offer and it feels like home.

The Velasquez home was beautiful and we had a great time along with 2 other families, all which enjoyed the stay. The binders on the console table have several amenities/resources make sure to look through them. Jessica was an excellent host.

we had so much fun in this beautiful home everything was awesome we ride bikes we went did some activities they had a nice pool and hot tub also beach was clean but the water was far away because of the weather but overall it was a beautiful home very clean and spacious we had a nice time here!!

Nice little house on the coast, inside a bigger resort area. Drive into town takes around 20m. Good instructions on how to check-in. Did have to wear a wristband the whole time which was a little annoying, was for id in the resort.

This home was huge, clean and right by the water, pool and restaurant. Although the water is not clean to swim, the weather and view was great.

This was a great house to stay in Puerto Peñasco. The house looks great, even better than the pictures, and is right by the water. We were happy to see that there was a TV at the house even though the listing doesn’t mention it. The pool is not heated though so it was ice cold during our stay, unfortunately

Jessica's house is fantastic! It is very spacious, has a gas grill facing the ocean, and is very close to the pool and restaurant. The beach views are breathtaking, especially the sunset, and we loved the terrace. The kids loved having their room (The Casita) and playing in the pool. They could come and go without any safety concerns. The downside is the beach. Because of the low tides, there is no beach where you could go in and enjoy the water. Even during the high tides, the water does not go above your knees. But you can kayak or paddleboard when the water gets closer to the shore. Other than that, it is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the company of your family and friends. Check the border waiting times when traveling to Puerto Penasco; it took us an hour to cross the border. Thanks, Jessica, for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful house, we are definitely coming back!!!

This place was absolutely perfect!! The bedrooms, kitchen and living spaces were great for our big family and the in-law space was adorable for my daughter and child. We fell in love with the view from the roof patio and the short walk to the pool and beach made our vacation the best ever. This is the best place by far in the resort and we plan to visit again! Thank you for making our family reunion a vacation to remember.

Do yourself a favor and book Jessica’s home, you won’t regret it! The house is huge, modern, and luxurious. It sits on a beautiful, quiet residential resort and is maybe a 1-2min walk to the ocean. The views are spectacular and thanks to the resort amenities you never have to leave. Jessica is also super responsive and attentive. We’re already planning our next trip.

a super host, very available and very accessible

This house was HUGE and gorgeous. We loved that it is a little away from the main city and a little more quiet, plus everything we wanted to do was just a short drive. Every room had its own AC unit which made cold and hot individuals not a problem at all. My wife and I also spent a large part of one night on the rooftop deck and the views were incredible. We are already planning our next trip and this house is at the top of the list!

I had the pleasure of spending a week in Jessica's place. I was very satisfied with the home. Only thing I wasn't aware every time I left the resort I would have to undergo questioning from the front gate. I wore the resort bracelet the whole stay so I felt that was a little bit aggravating only because I didn't see that anywhere in the house rules before booking. But I would stay here again because it was a perfect stay for me and my family. Jessica was a great host.

The house is very comfortable, it is very complete, the attention of Laguna beach staff was very good. We were able to use all the tools for fun activities. Very clean pools. Highly recommended.

Superb location, excellent facilities.

This is the closest house to the community pool, which is super important if you have young kids! It shares the parking lot with the pool in the front of the house and then the back of the house is facing the private beach. The AC and Wi-Fi worked great. Wish that we had use of the dishwasher but that wasn't too big of a deal. Also, make sure you read that only one of the three garages is available for use, if you are bringing multiple cars. Overall, it's one of the favorite places that we've stayed. Great communication and a wonderful family time.

Great house. Amazing deal for the price. Spacious and clean. Resort pool is huge (but not heated, if that’s important to you) and the hot tub is like a small pool. Owner is very quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house! I do have to say that this house is about 25-30 mins away from major attractions but this was not a big deal for us. The only issue we found with this location was that ocean behind the house dries up during the day.. literally. So if you expect to spend time by that specific beach, this isn’t the pace for you. It also smells really bad outside when the ocean dries up. We noticed the ocean returns at 6AM, 12PM and 11PM Overall, we loved the house.
