Gilles place was more beautiful in person than the pics. Its was super clean and honestly breathtaking. Everything we needed was there. Or was also just a stone’s throw from everything! Isaac, the concierge, was very helpful. Will book again on next trip to Playa!

This was such an amazingly beautiful place. It was better than the pictures in person. We said wow countless times while walking through. It is very well appointed, in a great location, and we’d definitely stay here again. Our hosts went above and beyond for us. He kept in constant communication and took the hassle out of me trying to book an airport transfer and arranged one for us. 5 star service all around.

Gilles duplex was amazing, the home was exactly as beautiful as the pictures posted. Gilles and Issac were responsive and attentive to all of our needs. We had a short power outage due to the heavy rains and they came over immediately to help fix the problem and quickly restore full power. If you are looking for a cozy, tropical setting close to the action, yet quiet and peaceful, this is the place. Definitely recommend and would book again.

The house was just as described. We booked the airport transportation which made everything easy to get from the Cancun airport.

What a lovely stay for me and my family at Gilles’ place. As a family of 5 with small kids, we wanted a convenient location that is quiet but close to 5th Avenue and beach. The place was clean and enough space to make us feel like home away from home. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Plus we were provided concierge during the entire stay that was very nice and responsive!

This place was an absolute gem. Isaac was our host and he went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The home is beautiful. Although the pool was shared it felt like we had it to our selves. It would be nice if the master room had a door vs curtains but this does not take away from the place. 10 stars across the board.

Gilles place was exactly as advertised! The concierge service made things easy, concierge provided great recommendations on local restaurants and things to do! Pool was nice, not crowded and complex was quiet with no noise issues. A lovely stay!

What a gem. Giles’s place was the perfect stay for our time in Playa del Carmen. The premise was well furnished and equipped and very clean. The pool, gym and grounds were beautiful and the area was very quiet and secure. We were close to 5th avenue without the loudness and the restaurants in the area were plentiful and amazing. Isaac (the concierge) was very helpful and responsive. I great stay!!

This has been easily one of the top airbnbs I have stayed. From reception to utilities and all the small thoughtful things provided to us during our stay, massively enhanced our experience. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to rebook this place when I am back.

Gilles place was perfect. It was close to everything, but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The condo was very luxurious with comfortable beds, a beautiful view, comfortable, and exquisite furniture both inside and outside on the patio. The host and concierge were very responsive and made us feel at home. We opted for the in home chef one morning for breakfast in which this experience was ‘five star’. Will definitely be back.

The apartment corresponds exactly to what it was described and pictured. The location right near the 5th Ave was excellent and yet it was very quiet in the complex and by the pool. Also the supermarket was close-by and walking distance. Isaac was very nice and explained everything in detail and was immediately there if there was a question. The apartment is definitely recommended as it is very tastefully decorated and offers everything we needed.

Gilles Place was stunning!!! Let’s start with the early check in🤗🤗 Perfect place to unwind and relax. Intimate location for a family gathering or girls trip. The place was stocked with wine and beer and also juices. Snacks were also provided. The location to all the main attractions was a huge plus…didn’t want to leave☹️ Would defiantly book again when in Playa.

Gilles place was everything we hoped for and more. The place was clean, spacious and beautiful. It was very close to 5th ave, literally 3-5 mins depending on where you’re going. But far enough from the noise. Shout out to Isaac the concierge for being there 24/7 and very responsive. A big thank you to Chef Isa and her family for the amazing meals and Ruby the masseuse for such a relaxing massage right at the balcony. Looking for a great spot in PDC? This is it! book it!

Gilles Airbnb was Superb! The owner and concierge (Isaac) came to meet me personally upon arrival. The location was excellent with easy access to the beach, 5 star restaurants and nightlife. The Airbnb was exactly as presented with a pool right out the livingroom door! Clean and provided all toiletries that one may forget on a trip. Personal chef services twice during the stay. Chef's meal and presentation was phenomenal. Massage is a must!!! Initially booked for four days, but was so in love stayed an additional 3 days!!! If visiting Playa Del Carmem this is the place to stay!! Between the owner, Isaac, chef, massage, pool and this lovely island what more can you want! Very safe area don't hesitate to book!!

This place is by far 6 stars plus!!! I have stayed in hotels, resorts and condo’s all over the world and this place is hands down #1 on my list. The host and owners are pleasure, professional and extremely accommodating. I booked this location for my wife’s 42nd Birthday and Issac assisted me with Luxury 6 star concierge service from the moment I placed my booking until the day I checked out. He ensured my wife and guest experience at the condo was something we would never forget.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, close to everything, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach but still quiet! Isaac who provided the concierge services was prompt reliable friendly and extremely helpful in every way. The pool was amazing the balcony wonderful and we even used the grill. The kitchen had everything one would need to fix a meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Playa Del Carmen!

We stayed at Gille’s place for a week and it was perfect for our time in PDC. It’s close to many things making it easy to walk most places but still being off of the busy street when you wanted to go back and relax.

I will not stay anywhere else in my future visits to Playa! This flat was exactly as described... clean, spacious, great layout, amazing location right in the middle of everything you will ever need. Giles and our concierge Issac were extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and communication was great. The flat was so modern, and literally had everything! They really thought of all the little details to help make this place feel comfortable and luxurious. This was a family trip for us and they even provided an infant crib per our request. So happy we picked this flat for our family stay! 10/10 recommend.

Gilles and Isaac were extremely helpful and responsive hosts. It is clear that Gilles takes pride in doing all the little things right, from having supplies in the kitchen to decorating with panache! The beds are comfortable and firm. The patio is landscaped for privacy and provides easy access to the pool. The location is great. Close enough for a short walk to Quinta or the beach, but far enough to avoid the chaos and noise. I would definitely stay there again.

Wow! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had an awesome stay. The place is in a great location, even cooler than described, and overall comfortable. They thought of all the small touches to make the stay enjoyable and convenient- welcome snacks and drinks, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathrooms, etc. communication with the host was also excellent and they are great people. Gilles place is just amazing. If you are going to Playa del Carmen and you dont know if you should book this place defintely do it. We stayed at Gilles place for 1 week and everything was great. The place is very modern, clean, beds are very comfortable and Gilles provides anything that you need in terms of amenities (shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash) which is rare these days for Airbnb. You also have a 24/7 concierge that you can contact with any of your requests and Isaac was just the best: very responsive to all of our request and went out of his way to make everything happen that we asked of him. The place is also situated in a very central location (close to 5th avenue, the beach and all the entertainment) but because is not right on the strip you can have a good night of sleep.

This airbnb exceeded all expectations! the Gilles' smart home is both beautiful and highly efficient. Seriously, the photos don't be the place justice. We were in a toss between staying in an all-inclusive resort and this flat, and in the end I believe we chose the better deal. Issac our concierge definitely helped deliver the luxury experience as he was super helpful in offering local recommendations and booking reservations for us. The airbnb is also in a great location, located close to 5th Avenue and many other amenities and restaurants in the city. You would be totally fine with without a car, but there is also very convenient underground parking that you can access by elevator or stairs just feet from the apartment door. We can't speak highly enough about our experience, and would 100% stay again in Playa del Carmen.

Our stay in Gille’s apartment was fantastic. The home is well appointed and spotless. The outdoor seating area was comfortable and beautifully lit in the evenings- a perfect place to wind down. The pool was a couple steps away, and for the most part we it had to ourselves. The few neighbors we met were very friendly. 5th avenue was two blocks away, the beach was also walkable, and multiple restaurants to choose from. Isaac, the concierge was phenomenal. We will be back again!

My brother and I stayed at this perfectly situated condo for 4 days. We were close to the famous 5th Ave and restaurants. The communication with Gilles and his assistant was on point. We’ll be sure to stay here again in the future.

We were greeted by Gilles and Issac once we have arrived at the premise. We felt so welcome by them and Issac had been communicating with us prior to our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. He helped us arrange activities, dinner reservations and transportation. Issac definitely went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be more thankful for the wonderful experience. The home itself was amazing and was very clean. The house looks like what as shown in the pictures if not it was more beautiful when we saw it in person. Thanks again for letting us stay at your home and we had great memories to bring home with us!

If you are considering this place for your your next vacation look no further. I have stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this was a MUCH better experience. We really had the experience that we were staying in a home rather then a hotel room. Gilles attention to detail is amazing. His entire property is a feast for the eyes. From the gourmet kitchen to the custom built patio this Airbnb is unforgettable. The glass floors that allow you to look on the living room from upstairs were especially cool. The entire place is wired for Alexa and everything is set up to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Another thing to mention: the pool Is literally steps away from the patio. Also the owner bends over backwards to always make himself available. For example one night I couldn’t figure out the lights and Gilles the owner came over right away to help. Our Concierge/Butler Isaac was incredible. From car rental and restaurant suggestions to having the fridge full of food when we got there. Isaac is truly great at his job. I’ll be completely honest. We were a little unsure how a two week stay in an Airbnb would stack up against an all inclusive. Let’s just say I’m very happy we tried it. One thing to mention: the property is on the quiet side. For us this was great. For those of you who are used to seeing a lot of other guests that’s not the case here. We did meet some of the other residents but for the most part people keep to themselves. This property does not encourage a party type of atmosphere. If you are hoping to play music poolside the security will not allow it. This was fine with us. In all we had a 5star experience!

One of the most amazing Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at around the world! Outstanding concierge service by Issac, who helped us day and night with any requests or questions. The house is gorgeous, the pictures do not even do it justice- even the neighbors were fun to hang out at the pool with! We walked everywhere, it’s in the perfect location. We come to Playa a few times a year and we will never stay anywhere else.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my 3 week stay at Gilles’ home. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Incredible outdoor patio/deck that is the envy of all of the neighbors. You are footsteps away from the pool and the location can’t be beat. One block from 5th Avenue and 3 blocks to the ocean. If you’re staying in Playa, there’s no reason to take a taxi or rent a car. Isaac, the concierge, was also fantastic. He helped me charter a boat out of Cancun for the day and coordinated all of the transportation as well. The condo is ideal for working remotely and an extended stay. I plan to return next February. The pictures for this home looked amazing...and still, it was better than expected. Loved all the LED lit rooms, well decorated furnitings, and care that Gilles has put into this home. It's clear he treats it as if he were living there with all the personal touches. The BBQ grill was a huge bonus we definitely took advantage of. Location was great and all of our questions were met with quick answers. Cannot recommend this home enough! Don't wait and book your stay here!

The apartment was more than I anticipated. From the moment my son and I arrived our needs and questions were taken care of during our stay. Gilles was a GREAT HOST and Isaac was so very amazing he help us book our activities and he even delivered tacos one night when we did not want to go to the street for dinner The apartment was more than the pictures show. Clean and the location was A1 very near the action and easy to return to after a night out. My son and I walked everyplace. The swimming pool is feet away for the patio very clean water and did not smell of chlorine and was heated. The house is voice operated from the A/C to the lights. The bathrooms are large and very up to date. The bed and bedding is a very high quality. We slept very well. Patio had a large setting area with a great grill. If you get a chance to stay at Gilles's place DO not hesitate feel confident in your selection your will enjoy your stay Gilles and Isaac you are both great and I hope I will be able to stay again soon. Book this place!!! The pictures do not do the condo justice. It is absolutely beautiful! The pool is right off of the patio and it was never crowded. The location is great because it was so close to restaurants and the beach. The property was quiet and very relaxing. My stay was completely enjoyable thanks to Gilles and Isaac! Check-in was super easy and Isaac took care of booking all our excursions and transportation. I will definitely book the Smart House again next time I’m in Playa del Carmen.

Everything about this place was amazing from the host (Gilles), to the location, cleanliness and amenities of the property! Gilles and Isaac were both very very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport. Gilles was attentive in every way. He met us at the security entrance and helped with our luggage before giving me a thorough tour of the property, gym and pools. The backyard patio is so cozy and has direct access to the pool. It’s so peaceful, I went for a swim and woke up on the patio couch two hours later. The home was super clean, had hot hot water, jet tub and AC. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, paper towel and plenty of liquor if you need to take the edge off after a long travel day. Everything about this home is immaculate and smart! Alexa will be your BFF for the duration of your stay. 5 minute walk to 5th Avenue, 10 minute walk to the beach. I felt safe walking around at 10am and just as safe at 10pm. There are many other options in the area. Some newer, big hotels on the beach and a few new condominium properties, but this will be my new go-to whenever I visit! Thank you Guilles and your entire team for being so accommodating and keeping up such a meticulously, well kept property. I’ll see you again soon! :)

Gilles’ home is spectacular. The development is secure, well-maintained, and just gorgeous. The location to Quinta Avenida and the rest of Playa del Carmen is unbeatable. The concierge service provided by Johanna and Isaac was extremely helpful. As a single parent with 2 daughters, I’m very picky about where I stay when I take them on vacation, for both safety and convenience, as well as a superior experience, and we found all of these things at Gilles’ residence.

Mr. Gilles is on top of making sure you get the best welcome experience to his place. He has his concierge Johana who is very attentive to your needs and responds very quickly to any questions you may have. Mr. Gilles place is amazing from the moment we arrived Johana made sure she gave us a tour of the place. She explained how everything worked, we loved how you had the little extra things that when you are traveling you tend to forget. Example was wipes, tooth paste, charcoal tooth brushes, good fluffy towels, not to mention the many top of the line extras like Alexa, the amazing lights, the speakers, tv, good mattresses with good sheets not cheap ones, blender, juicer, espresso machine. All those things made it even better and felt like at home. The place is extremely clean and the decor is beautiful, in your patio you have beautiful furniture with a big grill and with 2 steps to the pool. I know I'm probably going to forget some things because this place has way too many great things. The place is amazing, pictures don't do justice, thank you for the welcoming 6 pack of beer and wine. Johana was very attentive to or questions and responded very quickly and had great recommendations for restaurants. Book book you won't regret this place!!!

Completelt satisfied with out stay. We even couldn’t make it to the check out time because we fell asleep, but Gilles was understanding and gave us some time to prepare and leave. The house is simply amazing. Alexa lights control made for a lot of fun.

Location was excellent! The home is even prettier in person! Gilles was super helpful and supportive. Responds fairly quickly and goes above and beyond for any requests that you have. We only stayed for one week and had lots of activities planned, wish we had utilize the condo more we really wanted to try out the personal chef and massage at home! Definitely recommend doing this one night the condo is very beautiful. We really appreciate the hospitality and are going to miss the condo very much.

I am in Mexico every 6 weeks and this accommodation is, by far, one of the best that I have stayed in. Gilles and his team go above and beyond that of your typical host to make your stay pleasant and memorable. We will definitely be staying here again.

This place is amazing. Great location. Far enough from hustle of 5th ave, but a short walk to find anything you need. Gilles was an amazing host, there were so many things provided that I’m mad overpacked lol. He had toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, shampoo etc. My only two cons were although the smart home is cool, we could never figure out how to work anything. Would be nice to label the switches so we know what turns on what. 2nd con is upstairs neighbor would stomp around at 2, 3, 4 am. I hardly got any sleep. Hopefully they are temporary residents. But the bed is comfortable for the sleep I did get. Other than those minor things, we really enjoyed our stay, everyone we met was friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

The picture don’t do it justice. This gem is the best place we’ve ever stayed in. The details in the house, the lights, the terrace,..(I could go on) , are very gorgeous. Gréco is very amazing and always ready to answer our questions. Gilles is also so awesome. From his welcome email to checking on us and assuring us of his continuing service exceeded our expectations of our experience. I will definitely come back here again. Also highly recommend it. Oh did I mention it is literally 2mins away from the hot spot!!

Perfect in every way! The condo is a very beautifully curated home. Quality furnishings, bedding, appliances, cannot say enough about how well thought Gilles’ home is. Spent most afternoons on the veranda which is steps from the pool. Greco worked with us from day 1, working out transportation, reservations, and making sure our stay was fabulous. He even made an appointment for us to have a doctor come to the condo to do our pre-flight Covid tests. We were simply spoiled!! Did I mention location yet?-3 blocks to ocean, 1 block from 5th Avenue, but far enough away to feel like we were in our own little oasis. We will definitely be back!!

Thank you for a lovely stay! The pictures don’t do it justice. It is much more spacious than it appears and super clean. Having the pool just outside the door was perfect for quick dips between meetings and the climate control inside the apartment was always a respite from the Caribbean Sun outside. I worked remotely during several days and the internet was reliable. The location is also perfect! 1.5 blocks from 5ta Avenida is just far enough from the hustle & bustle but near enough to all that makes Playa so special. A short short walk to the beach - Unbeatable! And the welcoming outdoor terrace was where I enjoyed breakfast every single day. Greco, our dedicated Concierge, was fabulous! He coordinated transportation to & from the Cancun airport and checked in with us frequently. He also coordinated massages for us - on site - and made recommendations to explore other beaches. A long-time resident of Playa he knew how to help us make the most of the experience we were seeking. After a year of Covid we did not want to run around visiting Cenotes, Cozumel or other attractions. This was, for us, very much a peaceful retreat but with all options just outside our door. This place is amazing!

It was a super nice stay in this apartment. We were there for a total of 2 weeks. The location of the apartment was just perfect. A supermarket and many restaurants were in the area. We really liked the furnishings of the apartment. There was always enough water available and all spices to cook. The very best thing for us was the juicer as I drink celery juice every day. Super well equipped kitchen. We really liked the control through Alexa. The lighting was very very nice and cozy!

If this is your first visit - book it. It is well located and very spacious. If you are coming back then give this place a try it is worth it. Greco the host was personal friendly and very thoughtful.

A beautiful time.

Gilles's place is absolutely amazing. We stayed for almost 5 weeks, working remote with our kids in distance learning. Wifi was great 100% of the time. The home is so well equipped, you won't need anything. Spices, oils, pots, pans, knives, etc.. everything you need to play Master Chef. What is really unique about this place is that it feels like home. It's not a stark place like most investment/rental properties. I could move into this place and live out the rest of my days without moving a thing. The sofa is amazingly comfortable, the TV is massive and awesome. The lighting around this home is so amazing I've already hired a contractor to try and do the same in my home. The patio is amazing and steps from the pool so super easy to keep an eye on the kiddos. The location in PDC is perfect. This town can be really noisy and this is a quiet oasis amongst the chaos but walking distance to everything. It's also very close to some of our favorite restaurants and really close to best grocery store in PDC. Seriously do yourself a favor and book this place. Just not for Jan 2022 as I'll be back :)

This place is AMAZING. I strongly recommend booking it as it exceeded our expectations. The concierge Greco was so welcoming and had beer and wine waiting for us upon our arrival. He was extremely responsive the whole trip. We had a lovely evening with the private chef and bartender. The food and drinks were wonderful. The decor in this place is beautiful and it is located on a quieter street that is centrally located to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was perfect for our girls trip. If you are hesitating to book your stay, I strongly urge you to book now!

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed at! The location is perfect, close to everything. The accommodation is new, very spacious, with pool, barbecue and very clean. The owner is very attentive and always thinking about all the details! We highly recommend it and certainly exceeded all our expectations!

We stayed in Gilles' Exceptional place for for 4 weeks in December 2020. My family loved every day of staying there! The condo is stylish, with great amenities. The location is excellent for getting around; we easily walked everywhere in Playa. We made good use of the terrace, the grill, and the pool. Our special thanks to Greco Concierge for his assistance in the place, reservations, and local tips. We plan to come back.

I loved everything in this condo. Even better things can be said about the concierge Greco. He went far out of the way to make our trip as comfortable as possible. What a fantastic experience in playa!!! Gilles was extremely quick to reply to my booking. He offers many additional services available for you to book as you sit back and enjoy the fantastic esthetic of this home. Taking the ADO bus to Playa and getting a quick cab to the location was a breeze. The awesome property manager Greco was beyond helpful! He met me at the cab, helped me with my bags, and gave me a full tour of the property! I also was met with two bottles of wine in the cooler!!! This is a smart home which I loved and is completely controlled by Alexa! The beds are so comfy, everything was extremely clean and I cannot say enough about how beautiful this place is! You are a 2min walk to 5th Ave and all the night life and about an 8min walk to the beach. I really loved everything about this home, it was quiet and nobody bothered me. I was a solo woman traveler and felt extremely safe here. There was also a 24hr security guard but the property felt very safe to walk in and around at night. I will absolutely be back to visit this home anytime I come to playa!!!

As soon as i came in the house and did a tour i told myself im coming back to Mexico and im staying at this place again. It was beyond my expectations. Home away from home. Even if you dont go out. Everything you need and more is in the house. Complementary full bar. A full kitchen and BBQ grill on the balcony with all the seasoning you want. Around the house all the amnesties you can think of. A very quiet neighborhood and very very close to everything less than 5 mns maybe to 5th ave. And a special thanks to Greco. The magical man thank you a million times. You made this vacation a breeze. From restaurants rsvp, getting picked up. Going on tourist activities. All you have to do is ask he got the answers. If the place wasnt book ill def extend my stay. Gille's place was exceptional from the moment I checked in. Amazing art, amenities, accommodations, and even was welcomed with complimentary beverages on arrival to feel more at home. The little touches like this is what really separates incredible listings like this one from the rest. His concierge was attentive, and the location was super close to 5th street where everything we needed was in walking distance. For anyone visiting Play Del Carmen, definitely consider this unit for your stay to better enjoy your trip.

Gilles’s place is an exceptional and tastefully styled two floor condominium. Everything is immaculate and has all the amenities you could desire for a perfect stay. I also liked some of thoughtful touches he added to help us enjoy our stay more, including complimentary wine and tequila. Greco, the concierge was great and went out of his way to help with our every need. I genuinely feel very lucky to have experienced and stayed at Gilles’s place. Enjoy!

That’s definitely a “home away”! A clean, well furnitured and beautifully decorated Smart-home with Gourmet kitchen to feel like home. A complimentary bar was a nice gesture from the owner, we really appreciated that after our long trip:) Me and my husband are wine lovers and foodies - so a special chilling wine-fridge was full of our favorite wine upon arrival according to our request. For that we really thank Greco the concierge who did groceries in advance! As well he was at our disposal all the time making reservations everywhere! We really enjoyed a beeeaaaatiful terrace with its professional grill! We cooked there fresh lobsters purchased directly from fishermen. That was amazing! The terrace has a direct pool access, but very intimate at the same time to chill. Surprisingly the maids were cleaning our apartment every day, so we were super happy to come back to a “refreshed” apartment. No need to say that I’ve never seen a service on Airbnb spots like that! On top, this Caribbean style residence is very quiet and spacious, it has a 24h security, parking, and a gym to stay in shape:) The main touristic Street 5th Avenue is really 2 mins away and a sea 5 mins walking distance. Thanks and well done Gilles, we definitely gonna stay at your place on our next trip!

Smart house is a SMART HOUSE ... Nice decor , super clean and safe (24 hr security , all guest required to show I.D) accommodations, Giles and Greco ( Assistant ) responded in a timely manner every time I contacted. I resided at the residence for 30 days. Note: If booking for more than 8 days , you will be responsible for electricity payment.
