We had a lovely stay; the apartment is spacious and very well located, with safe walking access to the pool and the beach. The pool is very well maintained, with stunning sea views—it’s a real plus.

Valeria’s place is just like the photos. The apartment is surrounded by lush green plants all over. The grounds are amazing and you may even encounter very friendly birds around the property. We had the opportunity to see a beautiful wood pecker right outside the apartment. The view from the pool is just amazing facing the beach. You can access the beach by a 10 minute walk. However to get to town and avoid the beach you need a taxi or your own transportation. No onsite restaurant, but you can order from the town and some restaurants will deliver . I recommend punto fijo pizzería, our boys loved the pizza. I will absolutely book this apartment again. I wish we started longer

This was our third time in San Pancho and we absolutely loved it… 15 to 20 minutes walk into the heart of San Pancho was easy getting there but a little more difficult going back to the villa because of the uphill climb… For us being active it wasn’t too bad but for people with Walking issues that would be extremely hard… The place was absolutely stunning and very comfortable to stay in beds were comfortable bathrooms were perfect. The patio was beautiful to sit and have our morning coffee or watch the stars at night and hear the ocean… The pool was incredible with some amazing views… Valeria was a very good responsive host taking care of any issues we had which only occurred when the dryer ran out of gas, but we immediately had maintenance come and fix the problem… If there was only two things I would improve on would be to have a water filter system installed and a barbecue.. those two things the place would be a 10 out of 10.. but instead it’s only a 9.8 out of 10..loved everything

This place was perfect for our family vacation with a 1 year old in tow. The house was more baby proof than our own. The balcony was large and very comfortable to hang out in. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. The walk to the pool and beach is down a sizable hill, and it's about a 20 minute walk to town via the beach.

The place is ideal for those who like nature. The beach is very nice, the sea can sometimes be very hectic, so it is not suitable for everyone always. If you like surfing it's the place. Very close to San Pancho, where you will find practically everything. The apartment is very clean and spacious. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

We spent the beginning part of our vacation in San Pancho in Valeria's condo. We had a great time in Nuevo Vallarta (the second part of our vacation). But, the whole family agreed that our experience in San Pancho was the highlight of our time in Mexico. Valeria's condo is beautiful and very comfortable! The patio area wins the award for the most comfortable outdoor space we have ever had! The couches on the patio were wonderful and the view was simply amazing: San Pancho and the ocean in the distance! The beds were very comfortable and linens were high quality as well. For those wondering about the distance to the pools: It was a very do-able walk down to the larger pool pictured. You will want to wear good shoes and make sure you pack what you need because it is all uphill on the way back. I liked the walk though! We did end up driving a couple times into San Pancho but really, it is very walkable if you take the beach. San Pancho was amazing! What an incredible town!

The place is beautiful and has everything nice around it. The location makes it easy to access the beach and tour of the little village. It also has the ease of transportation to other nearby beaches, like Sayulita. Valeria is very attentive, always attentive to check-in details and local suggestions for eating and visiting. I would love to return soon.

Excellent place. The apartment is very comfortable, how is the pool described and the beach is a little far away and back, but the places are very parents , I suggest bringing things to settle in on the beach, but I would definitely come back a hundred times

Valeria was great, the villa was amazing had everything we needed. Very peaceful surroundings and easy to get to and park. Pool was absolutely huge and right on the beach. Home was beautiful decorated and linens were top notch. 10/10 would stay again
