Liliana's place is spectacular, very nice, well located, and the hospitality is the best. Both the family and our pet enjoyed it very much. It's really worth it!

Our stay was really special. From our arrival, Liliana welcomed us very warmly with a delicious traditional meal that made us feel right at home. Their house is a true art gallery: each space has unique details and tells a story. The garden, full of plants native to Oaxaca, is beautiful, and the terrace is very cozy, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The location is also excellent, in a nice and pleasant area, surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. In addition, Liliana helped us organize two incredible tours: the Crafts Route and the Mezcal Route, experiences that allowed us to learn much more about the culture, traditions and essence of Oaxaca. We also highly recommend the agency that handled our tours; the service was excellent and we enjoyed both tours very much. You can see Liliana's affection and dedication in every detail. We definitely highly recommend staying here. We would love to come back soon!!

We had a great stay at Liliana’s place! The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Our group of 9 had more than enough space to spread out and also spend time together. I had to work while there, and the WiFi was excellent! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Oaxaca on foot- everything is so close, yet it’s outside the busiest part of the city. Finally, Liliana was a great host- she helped is with transportation, and met us with a delicious meal. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience

Liliana's house is very nice. It lives up to Oaxaca with every detail she has chosen to make guests feel comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious and have details that are not found in other houses, as do the bathrooms, the kitchen, etc. Liliana is super friendly, always attentive to any questions, and the icing on the cake is the super welcome they gave us, a typical Oaxacan meal with delicious fresh water. Anyway, Liliana makes a difference and I highly recommend Casa Étnica!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful weeklong stay at Liliana’s beautiful place. She welcomed us with a traditional meal—a delicious breakfast—and communicated clearly and promptly throughout our visit. Liliana also helped us with transportation, laundry, and recommendations for activities and restaurants. Our group had plenty of space to spread out comfortably across four bedrooms. Overall, it was a warm, comfortable, and memorable stay that made our visit to Oaxaca even more enjoyable. We would happily stay at Liliana’s place again on a future trip to Oaxaca.

We can not say enough good things about Casa Etnica! Liliana and her sister wee magnificent hosts! I was traveling for work with my family (husband, 2 kids, and 2 grandparents) and needed a home base where it would be comfortable and convenient. The location was perfect right on the edge of the Centro area and quaint neighborhood area of Jatalaco close to Llano Park. Coffee shops, restaurants, museums all very walkable. The house was like a museum of traditional Oaxacan artifacts, immaculately decorated but with such a relaxing feel. There were fine touches everywhere. The amenities were abundant, in the kitchen all the basics plus mezcal to welcome us! In the bathroom as well- robes, slippers, towels, soaps! Liliana was so attentive, checking in on us, helping us do our laundry! Her sister and her made us a traditional welcome meal of tamales with traditional mole which was delicious! Casa Etnica was truly a vacation! Highly highly recommend!

✨ A 5-star experience!I experienced the most soothing warmth in a Mexican-style cottage ✨ The most surprising thing about this trip was staying at this B&B full of soul!As soon as I opened the door, I was immediately struck by the Mexican flair that filled the room— Handmade clay fish-shaped ornaments, colorful embroidery decorations, and woven wall hangings—every detail reflects the host's care. It's like staying in a small museum with countless stories.The warm yellow light falls on the clay vase, and even the air has a relaxed and healing vibe. Taking photos is effortless, and the Fujifilm effect is amazing! And what impressed me the most was the hospitality and thoughtfulness of the host!As soon as we checked in, we received a welcome meal that she had made herself. Before we left, she also made handmade chocolates. She wore brightly colored traditional costumes and smiled as she demonstrated how to make traditional drinks while sharing local food stories with us.The chocolate is rich and silky, with the warmth of being handmade. Even the fatigue of the trip melts away with this sweetness. The tiles in the kitchen, the pottery on the shelves, and even the small ornaments on the dining table all have a strong local character. Staying here is not like staying at a B&B at all. Instead, it's like being a guest at the home of a friendly local friend, where you feel comfortable and at ease. From the meticulously arranged space, including amenities such as sanitary napkins, cotton swabs, curling irons, etc., to the host's unreserved hospitality, this place gave us an experience that far exceeded our expectations.Highly recommended to all friends who want to experience the authentic Mexican style. Staying here, you not only get a beautiful house, but also a travel memory wrapped in warmth!

The house is super nice and is very close to downtown. Liliana was extremely friendly and welcomed us with Oaxacan chocolate and typical mole tamales. An extraordinarily friendly and helpful host. We had a great stay at Liliana's place. The house is very unique and nicely decorated, with an especially nice shaded terrace. Liliana went above and beyond to help us facilitate our stay, arranging a tour and welcoming us with Tlayudas, a food delicacy from Oaxaca. I would very much recommend the house for a family or group of friends. It is also very well situated in the town, close to major attractions like the plaza Santo Domingo.

Liliana was a wonderful and warm host. We were delayed in our arrival, and she was there to greet us with a traditional Oaxacan breakfast and some mezcal. Who doesn't like mezcal at 10 AM when on vacation?!? She was very responsive and very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. The house is beautifully appointed, and we especially loved the rooftop patio. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a fair amount of street noise at night, especially for the ground-floor bedrooms - but fans and earplugs go a long way to help reduce the noise. I wouldn't let it deter you from staying here. An easy walk to multiple neighborhoods is an added plus! Definitelyl recommend!

Four of us had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. As other reviewers have mentioned, we were greeted with a delicious welcoming meal of local cuisine, and given a tour of the lovely rooms and outdoor spaces. The host was super responsive and helpful. She recommended an excellent driver with guide and van for our small group (to visit surrounding villages), helped us get laundry done, and always answered messages promptly. We did not use the upstairs bedrooms, but the downstairs bedrooms were very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. We loved using the rooftop patio, which is well furnished, in the mornings and evenings. The location is really terrific, near many cafes, restaurants, and shops, and just a few blocks from Santo Domingo. Beds were comfortable and the showers were OK, with just enough hot water. It could be noisy at night with carts and other activity on the street outside, but it didn’t keep us from sleeping. Highly recommended.

This was by far the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in. So nice and spacious. Decorated beautifully with big beautiful bedrooms and a wonderful kitchen, dining area and a great rooftop outdoor space. Can’t say enough about the host, Lilliana. Such a wonderful, kind person. So responsive and helpful. Casa Etnica was just five minutes walk to the Centro and Santa Domingo church. Restaurants everywhere. Beautiful touch with a traditional Oaxacan welcome dinner prepared for the six of us by the lovely Carolina. So good. And some mescal to boot. This is a can’t miss Airbnb if you are ever are in Oaxaca. She also set us up with some great tours of the area, Monte Alban. Hierve El Agua, artisans. Such a beautiful part of the world. Upon arrival at the home Lilliana was there to greet us. She had Carolina with her who had prepared a traditional Oaxaca meal for us, which was delicious. None of us spoke Spanish so we did have to communicate through a translation app on phone. Lilliana always answered my questions promptly. I had contacted Lilliana and she arranged transportation to and from airport for us which was excellent. She also arranged other tours for us that were very good. The house was beautifully decorated with original Oaxacan pottery and other artsy touches. Lilliana had stocked a coffee & tea bar, ice in the freezer and plenty of water. Bedrooms were all very comfortable. We really enjoyed using the upstairs outdoor patio. We found it very comfortable. It was easy to find our way around town. Plenty of Restaurants, bakeries and cafes all around. The city was very easy walking. I would recommend staying at Casa Entica and enjoying the area.

This old family home is perfect for a Oaxaca stay and has enough bedrooms for up to eight people. It's beautiful inside with traditional decor and has a roof top terrace for relaxing. The main bedrooms are accessible without stairs (one step down) so those with limited ability (not wheelchair) can stay here. Lilliana provides cleaning every few days and brings filtered water. She was very attentive to all of our needs and responded very quickly to any problems. She even provided a welcome traditional dinner the day we got in! The Zocalo and other attractions such as Santo Domingo are all within walking distance. There are many wonderful restaurants, bakeries and shops with everything you might want to buy from the Oaxaca area. Taxies are plentiful and easy to access. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Casa Etnica, well designed, well located but most of all, every detail is thought through and the service from Liliana is exceptional. Like 6/5 stars service. Like others say, just bring ear plugs when staying in the downstairs rooms or go to bed early and be awake at 5.30! But the street dogs and the street cleaners will be everywhere in Oaxaca city centre! I have found finding good airbnbs in Mexico isn't always the easiest. there's lots of places that cut corners. This is NOT like the others. it's an exceptional, lovely place that makes you feel right at home.

We were in Oaxaca for a wedding and traveled with a small group and a 1 year old. Liliana was great to work with from the start. Even before arriving she helped me find a hospital that would be equipped to handle my 1 year old’s medical condition if something were to happen while we were in Oaxaca. She had a meal cooked for us and went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter and made her her own meal as well. She checked in with us frequently and was the most helpful host I’ve ever stayed with. The house itself is beautiful— and you could tell she put a ton of thought and love into the place. I would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Oaxaca.

This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Liliana was a most gracious host. Very responsive and went over and above to accommodate us. Liliana was the best! She greeted us with Tyludas and they were delicious! We stayed here for our wedding and it was the perfect house and spacious for us to be together but also enough space for privacy. The house is beautifully decorated! I had my closest friends and family get ready with me the morning of the wedding, and the dual kitchens is a plus! It’s so beautiful I took my bridal shots in the patio. The WiFi went out one day and Liliana came in asap to fix the issue. I would 1000% stay here over and over again!

Our stay at Lillian’s place was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. The space itself is stunning—thoughtfully designed and beautifully curated with local art and handmade pieces that reflect the spirit of the region. Every corner felt intentional and full of character. To our surprise, Lillian welcomed us with a traditional dinner she had prepared. The food was incredible, and sharing that first evening with her set such a warm tone for the rest of our stay. What truly stood out, though, was the personal touch Lillian adds to everything she does. One afternoon, she took us outside of town to a special pottery studio where she sources her ceramics. It was such a unique experience—meeting the artisans, learning about how the pottery is made. Highly recommend!

I can’t wait to go back. Liliana and her staff were amazing. Her home was made for photos to share on social media. Absolutely gorgeous. She greeted us with traditional Mexican food and drinks, and it was delicious! The location is perfect, you can walk to everything. Liliana was always checking on us to see if we needed anything. She even scheduled the car service to the airport when it was time for us to leave and came to say goodby. If you are in Oaxaca this is absolutely the place to stay. I’m coming back and will always stay here.

Casa Entica was a wonderful, cozy, central home for our week in Oaxaca. There are so many highlights about our stay: - The home is spacious, clean, very nicely decorated, and has a relaxing rooftop deck. It is walking distance to most anything in Oaxaca. It is well stocked with everything guests need. The decor features the best of Oaxaca culture and crafts. We fell in love with one piece in particular, and the host helped us obtain our own! - Liliana is the best host I've ever had. She is responsive, often within seconds, to any question or request. She helped secure last minute tours for us during Dia De Muertos. This is no small feat, and we appreciated it deeply! Her customer service, availability, and attention is better than anything I've experienced. It was clear to me that she deeply cares about her guests' experience in her home. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Liliana's home. The space was very well designed and clean. Lots of care has been put into this unit. She met us at the house and cooked us all dinned for the first night which was a very awesome experience. Would 100% recommend and wish to revisit someday.

We were pleasantly surprised at the house. Very authentic and the pictures don’t do it justice. Decorated with so many interesting things to look at. Location was perfect in the heart of everything. Because of the central location be prepared for some city noise at night. Liliana was such a great host. Greeted us on arrival with a home cooked traditional Oaxacan meal. The best part is she was easily available for small things like calling us a cab last minute etc. She also has connections for tours which we utilized…very good prices when compared….and they were great. Would recommend this house.

Liliana is an amazing host! She greeted us personally on arrival and came by at 5 a.m. on Sunday to say goodbye. She is very quick to respond to any question and extremely helpful with arranging drivers, tours, etc. The home is lovely with wonderful indoor and outdoor space. The location is ideal and walkable with everything close by. The greenery in the patios is amazing and relaxing. I would certainly stay again and you cannot ask for a nicer and more attentive host. Caution to anyone who is tall that some doorways have low clearance. Not an issue for me, but if you are over about 5 feet 11 inches tall, you would have to duck going into the master bathroom. Almost anyone would have to duck to clear the doorway to the upper patio deck. These are just things to be aware of, but one can certainly work around them. If you are on the taller or huskier side, know that some spaces —notably bathrooms and showers —will be tight.

We have traveled extensively using AirBnB and have visited Oaxaca many times. Liliana is the BEST HOST EVER. She welcomed us with a traditional Oaxacan meal and mezcal, checked in every day, provided restaurant recommendations, arranged tours and transportation, she even arranged for a house call when one of our party members became sick. She’s anticipated everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, no detail is too small. And the house, wow! Better than in the photos. It’s like being in a folk-art gallery, yet the house is not fussy, that is. Everything is high-quality: kitchen appliances, linens, towels, etc. Ideal location: 3 blocks from the Santo Domingo area, 1 block from the Jalatlaco neighborhood and a 10-minute walk to the zocalo and cathedral. Our favorite spot to hang out was the covered and well-furnished rooftop terrace. I can't recommend Casa Étnica enough. I look forward to staying there again.

Wow, Casa Etnica is easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The place looks even better in real life, it’s been carefully curated by Liliana and it has a warm and welcoming vibe to it. The 6 of us had plenty of space to relax and also gather in the communal areas. It’s so close to everything in the city centre, this location can’t be beat. What really stood out was Liliana’s hosting, from her communication to the personalised check-in with a little surprise for her guests, I’ve never experienced such hospitality or dedication at an Airbnb. It was our pleasure to meet her and are so lucky to be their guests. Thanks for everything.

The house is gorgeous. It's decorated with pieces that celebrate Oaxacan culture. And it come stocked with both a good amount of bottled drinking water and mezcal. It looks like it was recently remodeled, with all the modern amenities. The only thing it didn't seem to have was air conditioning, but we didn't need it in late July. The house keeps cool, and fans are available. Liliana was very helpful, sweet, attentive, and a great resource to have. She even offered to take us to a good spot to see one of the Guelaguetza parades, and came to pick us up. The location is very walkable, with the vast majority of nearby attractions within a 15 minute walk. These include spectacular foods ranging from humble (delicious) street vendors, to multiple Michelin star restaurants scattered around town. If you're more adventurous, there are other things that are either a longer walk (Xochimilko neighborhood) or a short drive (Monte Alban, Hierve el Agua) away. Overall, a fantastic experience.

You will love your stay at Casa Étnica! The location is amazing and the inside is like a private Oaxaca oasis. There are many little details that make it special and a beautiful rooftop outdoor sitting area. Liliana goes out of her way to help with anything needed and even came over to prepare a traditional Oaxacan dinner for us. She also helped arrange Laundry services. We wanted to stay longer and hope to be back some day soon!

Liliana's home was wonderful. A highlight is being greeted with a traditional Oaxacan dinner of tlayudas. The home is very spacious and has beautiful traditional decor. It's located within walking distance to several major attractions. Liliana was a wonderful host and responded to us very rapidly when we had questions. I don't know where to start, it was amazing to stay there. Liliana's service and communication was impeccable, she was always available, answered quickly and had beautiful details. She and Caro, the traditional cook, welcomed us with a DELICIOUS breakfast of Oaxacan tamales and champurrado! The house is beautiful, the decor is spectacular, the photos don't do it justice, it had absolutely everything to spend the days (dishes, glasses, water, coffee, hair dryer, etc.) The touch I liked the most were the very comfortable robes and slippers!! We were a group of 8 people and each had their own room with their own bathroom. The location is excellent and a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral of Santo Domingo. Casa Étnica was easily one of our favorite AirBnB experiences we’ve ever had. Liliana was communicative with us from the start, and gave us great recommendations on what we could do, and arranged a taxi for us to pick us up from the airport. We were greeted with an incredibly warm welcome, including mezcal and the best tamales we’ve ever had. Everything about the house was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtful. Liliana had thought of everything, and had successfully prepared for anything that might come up. It’s rare to have a host so involved and so clearly care. Liliana and Casa Étnica both exceeded our expectations in every way, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Oaxaca.

Had the most magical stay at this Airbnb . The pictures do NOT do it justice . So much natural lighting that enter the home it’s truly a gorgeous home. Liliana was an amazing host we arrived pretty late and she welcomed us with a delicious meal. She even aided us in finding us a shuttle tour for the following day. Which of course was another amazing experience! So grateful to her and her community for welcoming us.

Great stay at Liliana's: lovely welcome. Liliana was always available and welcomed us with a delicious breakfast. The house is located near a beautiful church and in a very lively area. Perhaps prefer the rooms on the first floor to have less street noise. The terrace is superb and the patio is well flowered. Don't hesitate to stay at Liliana's!

Our stay was spectacular! A very comfortable home for large groups. Being in a busy area, there is noise and I would have added blackouts in the rooms, otherwise everything was perfect! It has a very good location, you can walk everywhere! Liliana was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, it's a really nice house. Highly recommended!

This house is beautiful, comfortable, centrally located and Liliana is an exceptional host. A colonial house filled with modern touches, the space has cool little details throughout that feel like expressions of Oaxacan culture. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are exactly as listed. I have two young sons and they both loved it, especially the rooftop deck. Liliana was the most communicative, responsive host I've ever had. She greeted us when we arrived with delicious tlayudas, provided extensive local recommendations, and even helped book a cab for us for our early morning departure. If you're looking to visit Oaxaca Centro, you can't do any better than this.

The photos don't do justice to how beautiful Casa Étnica is. It's a comfortable and cozy place, you don't need anything. The full kitchen, the rooms with bathrobes and comfortable flip-flops to walk around the house. Really very comfortable to stay and have coffee in the morning on the terrace or have a mezcal at night. The decor is beautiful and the best thing is the hostess! Liliana is incredibly attentive. In addition, the house is in a quiet and accessible area close to many restaurants and places to visit.

Liliana's place was wonderful! The house was as described, very clean and beautifully decorated, really an exhibit of many of Oaxaca's arts and crafts. On arrival we were greeted by Liliana and had tlayudas, a delicious regional dish, which was much appreciated after a long trip. Liliana is a very charming host and provides a wealth of information about the city and also where we could find some of the decoration items that are at the property. The house is centrally located and within walking distance to the main downtown area of the city of Oaxaca. It is in a safe location. There is no designated parking, but parking is available on the street. Because it is close to downtown, it may be somewhat noisy at night and early morning hours, nonetheless, this is one of the best properties we have stayed in and Liliana is a fantastic host.

Our stay was more than perfect! Liliana is an exemplary host. We visited Oaxaca for a friend's wedding and the location was great, very close walking to Santo Domingo. The house has everything you need and more, hair dryers, steam irons, bathroom amenities and even sandals to walk comfortably inside the house! We really enjoyed it a lot and would recommend the place to anyone visiting Oaxaca! We will definitely be back!

The house is very nice, it has many very nice details. Liliana, a super host, welcomed us with an Oaxacan mezcalito and a tour of the house. It has four bedrooms, one of which is like a small log or apartment where it has its own bathroom and two large beds with a kitchenette and living room, another of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and the other two bedrooms upstairs have a bathroom outside that you can share or make use of another full bathroom that is downstairs

We had a wonderful stay at Liliana's beautiful Casa Etnica! The location, the furnishings, and the exquisite objects from Oaxacan artisans decorating the house were unbeatable. Our group of five had plenty of privacy. We adored being steps from Santo Domingo and its wonderful museum and ethnobotanical garden. The most marvellous aspect of our stay at Casa Etnica was Liliana herself (as well as Carmenita—I hope I am remembering her name correctly). We were greeted with mescal shots and a very warm welcome. Our stay coincided with the feast of the Epiphany, a big celebration in Mexico, and Liliana and Carmenita celebrated with us by dropping by with a rosca de reyes (a crown cake) and chocolate, which they showed our kids how to froth using a molinillo. Finally, I forgot a blouse at Casa Etnica, and Liliana volunteered to pop it in the mail to me. She's a really lovely person—very kind and generous and keen to share her love for Oaxaca. You will not regret staying at Casa Etnica!

This place just exceeded our expectations. A lot of space to enjoy. We were 8 adults and the house was perfect. Location is also very convenient to walk every place near downtown area.

We absolutely enjoyed staying at Casa Étnica. Wonderful location - it is nestled between the quaint Jalatlaco neighborhood & the historic center (5 minute walk each way). Home is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and with very comfortable beds. We loved hanging out in the rooftop patio after a long day of exploring. Our host, Liliana, was amazing! Super responsive and so hospitable! She personally welcomed us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the home and left some wine & mezcal for us. She helped coordinate a few home cooked meals, found a shuttle for a private tour, and even came to bid us farewell. Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad y amabilidad, Liliana!

The location was ideal—super convenient to explore Oaxaca, with local markets, restaurants, cafes, and cultural sites just down the street. The rooms were stunning. Each space was thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, felt a unique cultural experience, while also being comfortable and clean. I have not seen a more beautiful Airbnb to this day. The host, Liliana, is amazing—the best host we have ever had in an Airbnb. She is so kind, welcoming, and responsive to our questions or requests. She made sure we felt at home by personally welcoming us to her home with a treat. She also came to bid us farewell. She organized taxis for us, and when a driver scammed us, she personally made sure we got our money back. One of highlights was the rooftop—peaceful and relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We have many core memories from this spot. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oaxaca who wants a mix of local charm, comfort, and great hospitality. Would absolutely stay again!

Liliana was one of the best hosts that I have stayed with! We received incredible and very hospitable. He was super responsive to responding to messages when we arrived and gave us a full tour of the facilities. Over the course of the days you always wrote to be on the lookout if we miss something. Flexible carried on the exit! The house is an Oaxacan dream. I would certainly not hesitate to stay there again if I return to Oaxaca. Really one of the best stay experiences I've had in my life. I don't have negative feedback at all.

WOW! Fantastic and efficient communication from our lovely host. Very responsive with reliable and accurate information. We felt welcomed and so at home and had a lot of space! This home is very clean and beautiful. The location is perfectly situated for walking to and from the center. There are restaurants, bakeries, and a little market next door. The furniture is all clearly hand selected and the entire space is very well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and I loved that every room had its own clothes steamer and robes. The towels were soft. Very well appointed place. Would definitely recommend staying here. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to street noise.

We loved our stay here - the house is beautiful and well positioned to walk to the center of the city. Liliana was an amazing host and made us feel very welcome. She even took the effort to help us get back a few things we left. The rooftop terrace was a great escape and we spent more time up there than we expected. We had a large group of friends and the house was a perfect fit. It was like having a home in Oaxaca!

Lili gave us a luxury welcome, very attentive, she allowed us to enter much earlier than the check-in time and with a luxury surprise. The house has history, it has a lot of visual detail that makes you truly feel in Oaxaca, it has everything, and it is conveniently located, 5 minutes from Santo Domingo walking. There are 2 bathrooms, one in the upper part shared by 2 bedrooms, and one in the lower part inside the master bedroom. It's a bit small but enough for what is required. Thank you very much Lili, we will definitely be back!

Liliana was a very elegant and kind lady and our stay in the town couldn’t have been any better with her as our host. We were invited in after arriving where Liliana gave us a tour of her very beautiful home on the corner. It felt emblematic of Oaxacan interior decor. Afterward, we were also invited to try mezcal she brought from a small batch distillery. The home is very well positioned and walkable to town and far enough to keep noise levels at a low. All the bedrooms were beautiful with the main room on the main floor and a turnkey studio right by the entrance. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was fully stocked. Wifi was also good as one of us were working during our stay. Liliana was very helpful with suggestions and responsive. We locked ourselves outside of a bedroom an hour into checking in and Liliana came back with keys. She also helped with ordering taxis for us on multiple occasions. Overall, one of the best experiences we had and we can’t wait to be back.
