Highly recommend! What a wonderful vacation! The place was beautiful - plenty of room for our crew (8 adults and 1 infant). The view from the terrace is amazing - the only thing between you and the beach is a fantastic pool. Nothing better than sipping your coffee and watching the whales play every morning. The beach is really nice and clean and for the most part, empty. It might have been the time of the year (January), but rarely were loungers occupied by the pool or on the beach. It felt like our own little slice of paradise. We elected to have Anahi and Adrian cook breakfast and lunch for us each day. What a treat! Food was wonderful and by the end of the trip they felt like family. It just made it so relaxing! For dinners we made the trip into Punta Mita one night, walked to the W one night and cooked the rest of the time. We hit a grocery store on the way in, but Anahi also did some shopping for us. Thank you Maria for a wonderful family vacation!

Spectacular experience. Our stay was the busiest vacation week of the year and it never felt crowded. Very private location on an incredible beach. Great kitchen and outdoor space.

We had a wonderful stay at 406 Pacifico in Los Veneros! The location is absolutely beautiful. It was a highlight having Anahi, the daily house manager, as a resource to coordinate things like groceries, drivers, a chef cooked meal experience, and keep the house spotless each day! The W shares walking paths on the same property so it was convenient to be able to pop over to one of their restaurants for dinner as well. The pools and grounds are meticulously maintained and the beach right in front of the property are very quiet, serene, and never crowded. Our young kids had a blast! The home itself has everything you need for a family stay including a crib, extensive kitchen setup, and plenty of space and bathrooms/bedrooms to not feel cramped. The house is larger than it looks in pictures! We loved watching the sunset on the balcony and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The host addressed all of our questions and was extremely helpful in resolving minor issues promptly. Highly recommend!

Veneros is a great place to be with your family. One of the best beaches on the entire Riviera. And this apartment is perfect for its amenities and the beautiful view it has

Excellent place, service and location!

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared and felt instantly welcoming. The space is bright, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details that made it feel like home. The rooms are large, the beds are super comfortable, and we slept so well every night. Waking up to the ocean view was a highlight. Anhai was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. She made everything easy and stress-free. Outside, the view is stunning and the whole place is quiet and peaceful. We loved having coffee on the terrace and just listening to the sound of the waves. The resort amenities were also excellent—clean, well-maintained, and convenient. It was a truly memorable stay and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

My family and I just returned from Pacifico 406 and are still feeling the joy we experienced there. The home was superb, from the quiet, peaceful and private surroundings, the comfortable beds, and incredible stocked kitchen. The location was ideal! Anahai who took meticulous care of the home coming every day to clean the kitchen, and baths, launder towels or personal laundry was the most gracious and kind woman on the planet. Helping make arrangements for cars to pass through the security gates, arrange grocery list to be delivered and just answer basic questions for people new to the area. the only thing we wanted was more time there. We are already planning when we can return to paradise. Thank you to Maria and Anahai for all they did to make our trip so fabulous!

Could not have asked for a better experience. My wife and I stayed with our 11 month and the grandparents in the condo. Great view. Great pool. Great staff. Great surf. Great food. Can’t wait to come back. Housing staff were so great, they cooked meals and kept the house in top shape during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Veneros. Rogelio was always willing and with a good attitude to solve everything we needed to solve. I'm sure we'll be back. Anahia, the girl who helps with the cleaning is super loving and always willing. The apartment was always clean and tidy thanks to your help. We will definitely be back.

Los Veneros is an amazing place for families. It is one of the most beautiful, family friendly locations we've ever been to. Set on a perfect beach for kids AND surfers alike. It was never crowded. The condo itself is huge and very stylish - enough room to come together but room for quiet time as well. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked and has everything you can think of. One small snag - when we arrived, the floors and kitchen hadn't been cleaned, but Maria was responsive and someone came to clean it first thing in the morning. After that, Anna came daily for cleaning service and was pleasant and did a great job. Overall a great trip and we would return.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautifully furnished condo. The property was exactly as described on the website, making us feel right at home. The grounds of the property were perfectly maintained with a heated infinity pool and jacuzzi just steps from the beach. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. In particular, Anahí, our property manager, was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed during our stay, and Maria, our host, was great at every step of our planning in advance of our tip. Overall, our stay at this beach property exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway in Punta Mita, Mexico. We can't wait to return!

Los Veneros is one of our favorite places to vacation. The Complex is very well maintained- with excellent security staff and grounds keeping crews. The property has lovely grounds with a beautiful beachside swimming pool, along with many loungers and umbrellas to enjoy a day outside. The beach is absolutely gorgeous for walking and the ocean is perfect for Paddle Boarding, Surfing, and Boogie Boarding. Los Veneros has unbeatable sunset views! Whale sightings are easily enjoyed in season. We would recommend staying in the Pacifico Building, as the location and views of the ocean does not compare. This building offers exclusive access to one of the most beautiful beach pools and reserved seating ocean side. Pacifico 406 is a beautiful villa. Maria was great with communication- ensuring all of our questions were answered. This four bedroom unit is very well appointed. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could need- in fact, MORE than you could need!

The place is truly beautiful and not Anahi's attention when we arrive at the place and during our stay. Also, Maria Florencia was very kind to recommend us staff to take us and bring us to Punta Mita from the airport. Next to this is a hotel that has two spectacular restaurants and I would definitely highly recommend having a spa day, they treat you the best. Finally, they have the option of having Anahi prepare breakfasts and meals (of course at an extra cost). I swear they won't regret it. We will definitely be back again soon!!

A very good place to vacation

The apartment is huge, with a spectacular view of the sea, and in a complex (Veneros) of the best. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, and has absolutely everything you need to spend an excellent vacation. Especially the kitchen is very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare any meal. The attention of the best, especially by Anahí, who is always aware of the apartment Locamente. Congratulations!

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria Florencia's house. We were very well taken care of by Ana and Flor, the cooks, who were very kind and helpful, and cooked delicious food. The house is in very good condition, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and there's a beautiful view of the Pacific. Thank you very much for everything, I hope we can come back soon!

We just got back from taking our family of seven and had a great time. The location is excellent. The house is very clean. And exactly as described. Very comfortable. Lots of room to spread out. The views are amazing. The beach and pool areas were very nice. We definitely hope to go back again someday. We also hired Flora and her daughter to cook meals for us and we all loved the meals. They were so good.

We enjoyed our stay. Our housekeeper Ana was wonderful!

Maria was an exceptional host. I had lots of questions and she was very responsive and helpful. Anna cooked for us and provided incredible daily housekeeping services. The place was better than we thought. 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms. The outdoor patio offered the best view/experience we had ever had. The pool was warm, clean and fantastic.

The apartment was exactly as described and shown. The views are amazing and the beach is outstanding (one of the best in the Bay of Banderas). The size of the apartment is huge and is very comfortable. All of the necessities that one would expect were provided and the cleaning staff were very efficient and helpful. The complex was not overly busy which provided a very calm and relaxing experience. The common areas of the complex were well maintained and clean. The only drawback to this place is its relative seclusion which means you need to drive for 10 minutes in either direction if you want to go to a restaurant (there are only 2 options next door at the W Hotel) or do any shopping but we knew that when we booked and were prepared to do that.

We had an amazing vacation in this beautiful condo! This place had the best location which was situated closest to the beach. We loved the long stretch of sandy beach that was great for walking and the waves out front nice for swimming or surfing. Ana came everyday to clean and she also cooked us 3 delicious dinners. The house was immaculate, very nice and extremely comfortable. We loved how spacious the outdoor patio was for lounging and for meals. The pool had a nice food service but they weren’t there everyday so that was a bummer. And we also discovered on the day we left a small boutique market that had some essentials and was literally steps away from the roundabout out front. There was also what looked like a great restaurant. This place in general has everything you could possibly want and we will definitely be returning!

Absolutely fantastic condo on the beach. A total dream.

The place is really spacious. With great common areas and amenities. The pools are for each building so they are almost only for you and your family. The beach is isolated by nature from all other places around so is like having your own private place. There’s no stores around and only one restaurant at the hotel, but the kitchen and pantry at the place is spacious and comfortable enough to use as your own. The rooms are so comfortable that will make you don’t want to leave ever. Really satisfied with the personnel as they are extremely helpful, we had to check out a few hours before our flight but they let us leave our luggage at the place while we kept enjoying the pool and the beach. I’ve been recommending the place to our friends and would definitely go for a second time.

Spectacular place, everything according to the publication. The beach is coming down from the apartment and the pools are at a good temperature. Ana, the person who helps with cleaning, is very friendly. Communication with the host was very good.

Great airbnb in beautiful location right next to W hotel in a gated community. Condo was wonderfully decorated and kitchen was fully stocked. We ordered groceries and it was there when we arrived. :) Maria was super responsive and answered all my questions and was super helpful with planning. Flor and Ana were the best and kept the place nice and tidy every day. All the staff was extremely helpful and nice! Los Veneros has multiple pools, a restaurant, gym and spa and small convenience store. Our complex (Pacifico) is closest to the beach and has the best views from our balcony. Definitely looking forward to being back! Thank you! ❤️

The place was amazing, great location , safe and great amenities. Flor and Ana who cooked for us and helped with the house were great. Very responsive and fast to communicate back. Only feedback was that i wish we had known more about amenities prior to getting there.

We loved everything about our stay at Los Veneros! We brought our three kids. They has the best time. It is on the beach, there are multiple pools we could use. Flor and Anna did housekeeping daily, keeping our place in tip top shape. We also booked Flor to cook for us a few nights and we all agreed it was the best food we’ve ever had. We are planning this to be our yearly family vacation.

Beautiful condo! The pictures don’t compare to what it is really is. It has high ceilings, open floor plan, smart tv’s, and great wifi. Kitchen was well equipped, and we had everything needed. The view is amazing and the patio is a great place to relax. Definitely a must stay place! You won’t regret choosing this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Los Veneros! The apartment is large and beautiful and all of the staff are so kind. Maria was always quick to respond and help us with our stay. Flor and Ana cooked amazing meals and kept the apartment clean daily. The Pacifico building now has bar service at the pool which was a plus. We will definitely be back!

Great amazing stay, had a great vacation, while staying in an almost top notch apartment, it has it all, a great view, great distribution, a complete full kitchen, great bedding, an amazing terrace and super location, the beach is almost private for the W hotel and these apartments, it does show a little age but i was told its going to undergo renovations on september, so its going to be more amazing than it is!!! cant wait to go back. Super estadia, nos la pasamos genial en un apartmento que casi puede ser considerado de super lujo, camas excelentes, la cocina genial, la ubicacion, inigualable y la playa casi privada para uno, hasta me dan ganas de no escribir esto para que sean menos los que vayan a esta joya de lugar. le falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero es minimo, nada que lo haga menos disfrutable, y ademas sera renovado en septiembre, ojala y me respeten el mismo precio, ya que con o sin renovaciones volveria mañana si pudiera.

First-class apartment located on an exclusive and beautiful beach. The view is spectacular. The apartment and complex facilities are excellent. The cleaning and cooking staff (optional) are very attentive and have a very good touch. Communication with the owner was very agile and accessible. I highly recommend Veneros 406!

Excellent attention and a wonderful place!

It is worth every penny that is paid for, the LUXURY condominium, away from the city; Rodrigo, Mrs. Maria to the slope and more Jaky that kindly towards us the service every day, I exceed our expectations by a lot, it is in front of the sea and you only have to walk very little to access the pool and beach, very well-kept facilities, the super clean comfortable pool and the sleeping beach, it has no stones to disturb, super finite sand. The condominium has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation, tasteful decoration and spaces are incredible, you can walk the windows in the living room to let in the breeze and the sound of the sea, living room with super comfortable armchairs and a small convenience store and a small convenience store and a small convenience store. Dreamy sunsets with pink tones and a very comfortable beach for walking and running in the morning. Very friendly staff. We will definitely come back. 1000% recommended !!!!
