Javier's house is a such a dream! every single touch is great, its location is very close to the main stuff in avandaro and valle, but far enough of all the tourist or noise. This is the place to stay! I was there for a weekend with my family... It is super comfortable, Lake views from the common areas, plenty of space to relax in different atmospheres. Javier was an incredible host, he was always there for us in case we needed as well as his staff. Perfect place to stay with your family.

Had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house. The property is spacious, very comfortable, with great open spaces and full of amenities (jacuzzi, heated pool, gym). Javier and the house staff were extremely hospitable and very gracious as our hosts. Kept constant communication, providing us local recommendations and making sure we were having a great experience.

Everything was perfect, very nice house, the service people were very gentile and the lake view it is very good. It is an impressive and luxory property. Our only concern is that the house has some of cameras (closed circuit television), that made us fell observed. Beyond that we had an amazing time.

We truly enjoyed our weekend away at Javier's home. His house had everything you could imagine from pool, workout room, BBQ grill, playhouse, trampoline and outdoor fireplace. We enjoyed coffee by the fire in the morning, lounged by the pool as the kids played and spacious accommodations. Can't wait to return!

Javier is an excellent host and was always aware of every detail. The house is spectacular, excellent location in Avándaro, super private, incredible view of the lake and the amenities are a separate show. Aldo and Luz, in addition to the third service person, always very attentive. We had an amazing time and the kids were delighted. Javier's recommendations were always very accurate! We felt right at home. The place is wonderful, everything you need to spend a family or couples weekend. The house equipped with everything you need (pool, jacuzzi, spa), the domestic service always with good disposition and attentive. We were given a list of activities to do. The husbands took a day of golf and the girls were a day of massage. Thank you to Javier for his attention. Definitely recommend.

The house is spectacular. In a privileged place. The owner was very old at all times. The garden is very practical for everyone especially for children of all ages.
