Everything excellent

The house is really very comfortable, spacious and perfectly equipped. Our stay was excellent, and we were also grateful for the added bonus of the bicycles and kayaks (those with young children will understand). Julie was super attentive and ready to help us during our stay. We are grateful that she allowed us to check in a little earlier than the scheduled time. Of course, we will stay at this house again on future visits. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Julie was very accommodating and responsive. The property is in such a peaceful location. The private pool was pristine, we used it everyday. Crab watching and walking the beach were entertaining. The home was clean and comfortable. A/C was on point!! We made such great memories!

I didn’t anticipate it being as spacious as it was. Excellent through and through. Family with kids and they had their own everything, loved it :)

Hi! This place is amazing. If tranquility is your thing, it's definitely the right choice for you. There's a lagoon in the courtyard, they lend you kayaks and paddleboards, and it's an incredible place to hang out. Across the street is the ocean. In this area, the ocean recedes most of the time due to the location (it's not suitable for swimming because it's at low tide). However, walking on the beach, the tranquility, and the beautiful sunsets you can see from there make it worth it. If you stay here, you'll need a car, as it's far from the “downtown” area. However, by car, you can get there super quickly. The house is great—clean, super spacious, beautifully decorated, and you feel right at home. The pool is also clean, and there are sun loungers, just as shown in the photos. They have bikes available for rides at sunrise and sunset. I would definitely recommend staying at this place. Julie provides excellent service and responds very quickly. I loved it; it is definitely my first choice for accommodation.

This place is excellent for a family getaway, especially if you want to relax.

Nice location, very calm, liked that it was private, gives you a list of ideas on where to dine. Construction going on but still very quiet. Pleasant stay Kitchen utensils outdated but you have all you need, stove needs lighter to turn on but you’re notified the day you are arriving and you will find instructions to same. 😃

Our stay was excellent ! However, there is no flexibility to check in before (4pm) and when checking out the cleaning was at 10:30 am when check-out was at 11 am. Let us feel pressed to vacate the house

Highly recommend Julie's property!! The location is perfect for relaxing by the beach. You have your own dock and paddle boards to use whenever you want. The entire family had more than enough space. The home was spotless and provided everything we needed. And, the location is perfect! You're close to everything you need and you still have enough privacy for a relaxing stay. Beautiful house with a beautiful view. Very spacious and felt very at home. Front view is the beach and you literally just walk over and backyard is the view to the lagoon. Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards very much ! Would definitely recommend! 10 out of 10.

Our family vacation was great because the house accommodated all of our family. Having the paddle boards and kayak made it also more fun for my teenagers. Love that it’s waterfront l. Most of all the staff was very responsive to us. They took care of the pull out bed right away when we notified them of the problem. We left maintenance people in the house while we went out so we appreciated their honesty. Also I left my AirPods there and cleaning lady has reported it after we left. I feel very secure about this place. Highly recommend!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful four-day stay at this stunning house in Rocky Point! The home strikes a perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy warmth. With amenities like a pristine swimming pool and a charming fireplace, our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Its proximity to the beach allowed us to easily enjoy swimming, kayaking, and leisurely walks along the shore, not to mention the breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. The house was spotless, well-stocked with enough towels, and smelled amazing. We couldn’t have asked for more and definitely plan to return!

Definitely the best beach house. It had everything: views, tranquility, fun, and a pool with a heater. If we go back to Peñasco, I would definitely stay at this house again!

Julie's place was so perfect. Me and my family went and it accommodated us so well and very comfortably! We LOVED how it was a bit further from everything. It was quiet and very safe. The check in process was so easy and smooth, and very detailed with every message that was sent from Julie. I will DEFINATELY book again!!

Our family loved our time here. Beautiful home with sparkling pool, calm waters right off the back yard for paddling, and open uncrowded beach across the street. One of our favorite spaces was the rooftop patio. Breezy, beautiful and comfortable. There is construction. The noises associated with that are across the lagoon from the back yard area, and did not bother us. Uncomplicated drive to Puerto Peñasco for groceries and eating out. If we come back we will try to stay here again!

Beautiful summer house.

Everything was great. The only thing was that there was construction in front, but despite that, we had a great time. The house is very nice and is super equipped for everything. There is a beautiful 9-hole golf course within the subdivision.

The beach house was beautiful! Great options of swimming in ocean, playing in the lagoon, or the pool. Only feedback I’d give is that the the sink in the bottom bedroom and the bedroom with 2 queen beds were plugged when we arrived and the large pot was peeling on the inside and we boiled macaroni. Unsettling to say the least. Pots and pans have been pretty used as it is so they need replaced. Hopefully with something better quality. That aside it was a great stay! And would go again. Just might bring my own pots

Wonderful home. Beautiful location. Very safe and clean in Puerto Peñasco. Close to the beach, lagoon was nice when the tide was out. Very private.

Great place 10/10 would recommend! Only downside is it’s not near town if you’re into going there but it is an easy drive, maybe 20 mins to main drag. I see that as a plus because I felt really safe and secluded from the main town. Nice clean safe feeling gated neighborhood/community. Wasn’t crowded at all.

I was looking for a place where I could unwind from work. Julie’s place was the perfect answer. The grounds were open and private. It was beautiful. When I opened the door, I was immediately impressed with the quality and finishes but the view of the pool and beyond completely sold me! Julie is an amazing host, any questions I had she responded immediately! The home, the home is beautiful, clean and very well priced, modern and the location is perfect for time to get away with your family. If the ocean is too cold or the lagoon there is always the heated pool. My kids had a blast and after a busy day the primary bathroom has a jet tub for the perfect relaxation. This place is amazing and my family, friends and I will be back 🥰

So much fun to be on the lagoon and have access to kayaks and paddle boards! Great amenities and easy to follow instructions. Really appreciated being able to let ourselves in with a lock-box key. And we left something behind and they quickly got it back to us. Thank you!

This place is awesome. The pool, the views...incredible. Great location a short ride from town. There you can get all your provisions. The outdoor living space is a must utilize. Bring an aux cord to stream your music through the house speakers. Come ready for som R and R.

Such a unique experience staying lagoon side! We were aware of the low tide on this north shore, so pool time + lagoon activities + day trip to Sandy Beach filled our cups over. There’s beach access directly across the street if you time it right. Julie provided thorough details about the house and had quick response times when needed. The house itself was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!
