The home is very beautiful with a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful views with a sandy beach. Very spacious.

We had a great stay with my family during our kids spring break. The beach is so nice and private- you can’t find a better location. We have been to Rocky point over 100 times and this was one of the best condos we’ve rented.

This condo made for an incredible home base during our vacation in Puerto Peñasco. Lanae was incredibly responsive and provided a wonderful space for our family to relax and rejuvenate during our trip. We will definitely come back.

Lanae is a terrific host and this is a great Rocky Point location. We have been spending Octobers at Las Conchas for over 20 years, and this location is the best we have visited. Access in and out is easy with the in-suite elevator. The 4th floor is perfect for the corner view in 2 directions. The layout works great for families!

This is my second time booking Lanae’s place this summer. We were here for two nights in early May and three nights mid June. We loved it so much, we had to go back! The layout of split master suites with the bunk room and smaller master on one side is perfect for privacy. The furniture, beds, linens, bedding etc…are all wonderfully comfortable. The place is beautiful and spotlessly clean. There is just about everything you need in the stunning kitchen. Everything is well stocked from new, lush towels to extra blankets and pillows. The property, unbeatable views and pristine beach are absolutely gorgeous. The staff is excellent. The grounds impeccable. We will never forget our stay here. *I only book listings that offer a washer, dryer. We found the laundry room locked. The listing clearly states a washer and dryer. I suggest you clarify upfront if it is important for your stay. (I inquired and was told ‘access is usually reserved for guests staying a week, but I could get the key from staff if needed’). As a returning guest inside of six weeks, I was taken aback by this so elected not to use it. Otherwise, this property is a dream.

Beautiful accommodations! Loved the serenity of the beaches out there. No vendors constantly harassing you. We even caught a few fish from shore at low tide. The wrap around balconies were awesome! Definitely recommend this as a nice change of pace from Sandy beach area. The pool and hot tub were great and a pretty nice workout room.

Beautiful property. Excellent communication. Just as listed. Comfortable yet luxurious. Excellent beds, bedding, linens, plenty of space and gorgeous views!! The beach was nearly private. A lovely respite!

Everything was better than expected! And excellent, more private location with incredible views. The house has everything you’ll need.

Breathtaking view, comfortable beds and furniture, convenient pool, and beach access made this a memorable stay. The property was quiet during Easter week, and even when it became busy over the weekend, the unit was quiet inside. It was a good fit for our group of four adults and three kids under 13. Plenty of bathrooms, dishes, cups, flatware.

This condo is EPIC! We have stayed at several units in Tessoro but Lanae’s takes the cake. She was always responsive, the place was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could ever need to prepare meals, and the beds were quite comfortable. We enjoyed spreading out on the various seating areas on the exterior patio because the wraparound is absolutely stunning and shows all the magic Rocky Point has to offer. The condo is decorated beautifully and we did not need or want for anything during our stay. We highly recommend staying here and will be back soon!

The views here are amazing. The staff was so kind, and so helpful. We honestly couldn't have found a better location for our family vacation. Had EVERYTHING you could possibly need!

Gorgeous view, wonderful place overall. It’s a drive but if you don’t mind it, it’s not a deal breaker by any means. The tide goes so far out and so far in! Get up early and enjoy the low tide and sunrise. Will definitely return!

I loveeeee this place! The view was amazing and honestly the pictures don’t do this place justice. The only con about staying here, is everything is about 30 mins away. Besides the distance to the city, I loved my stay!

Amazing place with incredible views. The location was away from the center of town but on top of the ocean and steps from the beach. It was nice to have an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city (the city/market was easily accessed via car, approx 20min). Lanae, our host, had the condo stocked with games/dvds, anything you’d need in the kitchen and the whole place was decorated beautifully and comfortably. The staff and pool facilities at Tessoro were also amazing and available 24/7. Loved waking up to ocean as far as the eye can see each morning! Definitely recommend!

It was the best stay ever! I had a wonderful experience. The views are amazing as shown on pictures. All the needs met to be able to cook!! The night views were the best! Beautiful condo. Ocean front with views as far as the eye can see. When you have too much of the beach the pool was a nice escape. Lanae was very accommodating and very fast to respond with any additional questions we have. High recommended

I absolutely loved this place it was beautifully decorated and the location was perfect. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony and the place was secure and safe. I will surely book this place again next year!

We had a great time at Lanae's condo. The place is immaculate and the views are to die for. This is the perfect place for a socially distant getaway. Tessoro is located on a very quiet end of the beach, and we almost always had the entire beach to ourselves. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! Lanae was very accommodating and we felt right at home. It was very clean and the decor was top notch. Check-in was simple, parking in the garage was easy, and the property manager was really nice and friendly. Would love to come here again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo in Rocky Point. There's space for quite a few guests and it is very welcoming. Just a few steps from the beach & a great infinity pool. Balconies are very spacious & have outdoor tables. Host is very helpful & replies instantly. Very recommended.

This place was amazing!!! Location was very secluded and perfect during this COVID season! Felt really safe and had a really good time!! Ordered a chef and massages 💆‍♂️ whole there and both were also amazing!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Lanae!
