The place and location were absolutely perfect! Robert and his team were amazing with communication and made everything so easy throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here. The location is also very convenient close to the mall, plenty of great restaurants, and not too far from downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

10/10 for my accommodation. The location is unbeatable, the facilities are comfortable, and the pool is very nice. We spent a few days as if we were out of town. It has everything you need nearby. Just the issue of the hot water that only lasts for the first few minutes of bathing (my baby and I struggled with that). Other than that, everything was perfect.

Roberto’s place was a lovely, private stay just about 20 mins away from central Guadalajara. It was a nice change of pace to be in La Estancia as it was quiet and private which was perfect to come home to after being in the hot city for hours. The check in was very easy. It was great for my partner, my two senior parents, my sister-in-law, and our small dog. We all had our own apartments that were spacious, comfortable, and private. The pool was a great touch, especially since it was so hot this time! The bedrooms had ACs which kept the rooms cool. Roberto and his team were very friendly and responsive. We are looking forward to our return in October!

Everything was excellent

It's just as described in the photos, it's quite nice, my group and I had a great time. On the ground floor is the garage where 2 cars fit, the pool, and 2 of the apartments that each have their kitchen, bathroom and a small living room. Upstairs is the terrace, a larger kitchen, a studio with a bathroom and at the back another room with its own bathroom; in each kitchen there are utensils for the right people, we concentrate everything in the upstairs kitchen and at the end we return things to their place. It is quite comfortable for cooking, also for relaxing and at the same time if you want privacy each room is separate. We had a great time, and Roberto always responded quickly to any questions I had. They also offered us a late check-out, which can be a good option depending on your plans. If we would go again

We stayed only one night but it was very nice, the place was bigger than we imagined. The entire accommodation was rented, so there were three bedrooms, three kitchens, three washer-dryer areas, plus a nice roof garden and a living room with TV and an extra bathroom. The pool water was pleasantly warm, the kitchens were equipped, the bed and sofas were very comfortable, although in the upstairs apartment the shower water does not come out hot for long, after a few minutes it comes out warm but pleasant. The place was quite clean and with enough towels for both the pool and the bathrooms. The area looked quiet and safe with a square a few blocks away and several restaurants nearby, we would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, clean, cozy and the pool is extraordinary! The whole family was super happy in the pool and in the common areas. Then in each room, also everything was very functional, clean, and the beds were super comfortable, we rested very well. Communication with the hosts was good and they were always respectful and attentive. All of this contributed to our family meeting and our stay being wonderful in this space. Too bad it was so brief!We would gladly return to rent it!!

Had an incredible stay here!! Was very close to many restaurants and shopping centers. Had a quick weekend here but it was very comfortable and clean!

I loved this place! We rented out the entire spot, which is basically 3 different apartments in one location. The location is perfect for nearby restaurants and bars, and we enjoyed the pool while we were there. Would stay again!

One of the best places to stay with family 4 independent areas with plenty of room and just beautiful to chill at the sun roof Multiple kitchens and in suite restrooms. Everything was super clean and in a great area. I highly recommend.

Great location of Airbnb. Airbnb itself was amazing and very peaceful. A lot of delicious places to eat near there (walking distance). Close to areas outside Zapopan. Communication was amazing & very helpful. Totally recommended and would book again for another trip to Zapopan/ Guadalajara!

The place is spectacular, the pool is at an acceptable temperature, it is large and very comfortable, close to the mall and places to shop and eat.

We loved staying here! We had 3 couples and loved that we got to stay at the same place but still had our own space. The common areas were perfect for meeting up. We enjoyed the pool and the upstairs living room. I would stay here again, highly recommend!

This place is awesome! Second time staying here and it was even better. The pool is so refreshing and the food all around is incredible. Only downside is the short-lived warm water in the showers. But everything else makes up for up it.

The property is divided into 3 parts, which makes it very private for guests. My friend and our pregnant wives enjoyed our stay. I am a very picky person and I have no complaints. Very beautiful and luxurious home. The beds were comfortable and restrooms were very nice. Lots of privacy if you are traveling with friends.

Excellent place to stay, a safe area, a quiet neighborhood, and a huge mall a couple blocks from the property. Heated, and clean pool, fast internet connection, and TV apps. Every room has its kitchen, utensils, table, laundry, and dryer. Roberto was very responsive and quick to provide solutions. Thank you, Roberto!

Extremely clean home! Instructions on how to get inside were very thorough and easy to follow. The pool was heated which was great. The layout is more of 3 individual apartments so great for privacy if going with a group that would like some privacy.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood, not far from a nice shopping center and Costco. The inside of the house was very clean, and the outside has beautiful plants that make you feel like you are in the tropics. The house design is like you have 3 individual apartments in one house, each one with their own bathroom, kitchenet and small studio area. Very convenient for privacy. Roberto was very attentive to check that everything was ok.
