We loved our stay! The rooms were all beautiful and we had plenty of space! The house was an easy drive from several beaches and lots of great restaurants. We loved the beautiful birds who visited everyday and even saw some monkeys on a tree across the street from the house one morning. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Our family absolutely loved our stay. Fantastic pool, sunbathing area, outdoor grill, and a fully stocked kitchen. Rooms were large and well-appointed with incredible views, particularly from the second-floor master, which may be the biggest bedroom I’ve ever seen. Breakfast outside was a daily highlight with visits from spider monkeys, an iguana, and tropical birds. The white-throated magpie jays showed up like clockwork. The property is in a gated, secured neighborhood just SE of Playa Hermosa. Driveways are very steep by US standards (12-21 degrees) but safe and manageable. Walking to the beach isn’t really practical given the grade and heat. We tried it once and the uphill return was tough. That said, it’s an easy 5-minute drive with free parking. Playa del Coco is 5 minutes away with more restaurants and larger grocery stores (MegaSuper, Auto Mercado). The property manager was also very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to come back!

Home was more beautiful in person than in pictures. Security and staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of local restaurants and close to beach.

The property was absolutely perfect for our family (8 adults and one toddler). It was spacious and well-furnished. Lots of room to spread out. The outdoor space was gorgeous. We enjoyed watching the birds and monkeys!

A place I recommend 100%, the house is very spacious, the rooms are very comfortable and the beds are magnificent. Alex's service was excellent. We had a very nice weekend there. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful and especially spacious villa! We were 13 guests including 5 children and everyone was happy. For our first stop in Costa Rica after the flight, we wanted accommodation not too far from the airport. It also allowed us to be close to Rincon de la Vieja Park and La Leona Falls (55-70 min). The Zindis Group housing management company was super welcoming and caring. Alex Bustos recommended Playa Buena, a 7-minute drive away: we fell in love with this beautiful beach with soft sand, clear water and no tourists, only locals.

This house was great for our family of 13!Neighborhood is quiet,beautiful views and some monkeys and squirrels.Our family enjoyed the pool.We found a great little place down the road to eat, it was eco lodge in Playa Panama .Food was great as was service,we ate there for several meals!I felt safe my entire stay.I definitely recommend this for large families!

Our family had a great time at the house. It was a good location and with rental cars you can get to many good beaches within few minutes. The property management were very helpful and responsive. They provided groceries at a reasonable cost to get us started without going to grocery store on arrival. The house was clean and comfortable. Renting cars are a must, too steep and far for us to walk to places. Thanks again for our enjoyable stay.

We were a group of 9, all adults and this beautiful home was perfect! Every couple had a beautiful bedroom space with their own bathroom. Unbelievable view and outdoor space! Felt very safe! Everything was perfect 🤩

Very big and comfortable house. Wonderful swimming pool. Lots of necessities provided such as beach towels, kitchenware. Neighborhood (gated and guard) very peaceful. Close to restaurants and Playa Hermosa beach. Highly recommend if you're vacationing in the Playa Hermosa area.

Our group of 10 had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The house was beautiful, spotless, and the outdoor area was expansive, offering unbelievable views. Alex from the Zindis Group was incredibly responsive and quickly resolved the few minor issues we had. Like other reviewers, I’d suggest renting a car for flexibility. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
