Overview
Paradiso del Mar is an elegant five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath residence situated within the gated community of Monte Paraiso in Playa Hermosa. Upon entering, you are welcomed by breathtaking views of Papagayo Bay that extend to the heated infinity pool and outdoor entertainment area. The home offers spacious living areas and five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The Space
This villa is ideal for large groups and families, featuring multiple sleeping arrangements across several levels that provide both shared spaces and privacy.
Each bedroom is named after a native Costa Rican animal and is marked outside its door with local artwork.
Main Floor
- Two bedrooms with ocean views and en suite bathrooms:
- Sloth Room: Queen-size bed and private patio access.
- Turtle Room: King-size bed, private office space, and a small balcony.
Upper Level

Macaw Room (Master Suite):
- Large bedroom with a covered patio offering stunning views.
- Spacious bathroom with separate shower, soaking tub, and dual sink vanity.
- Walk-in closet, 44" smart TV, and sitting area.

Toucan Apartment Suite:
- Two twin beds convertible into a king bed.
- Queen-size Murphy bed.
- Private sitting area.
- Private bathroom.
- Small kitchenette available for guest use.
Garden Level
- Monkey Room:
- Detached bedroom accessed via an outdoor spiral staircase from the lower patio.
- Two queen beds, private bathroom, and large closet.
- Large windows provide ocean and jungle views.
- Note: This room is not suitable for guests uncomfortable with stairs or being somewhat separated from the main living areas.
Please be aware that the home spans multiple levels with numerous steps throughout.
Security
Security cameras monitor the front entry, driveway, back patio, and pool areas.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the patio, pool, driveway, and garage. Two secured owners’ closets are off-limits.
Additional Information
The home is professionally cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards after each stay. A high-speed Starlink internet system has been installed, offering download speeds exceeding 200 Mbps.

The property was absolutely perfect for our family (8 adults and one toddler). It was spacious and well-furnished. Lots of room to spread out. The outdoor space was gorgeous. We enjoyed watching the birds and monkeys!

Un lugar que recomiendo 100%, la casa es muy espaciosa, los cuartos muy cómodos y camas magníficas. La atención de Alex fue excelente. Pasamos un fin de semana muy bonito ahí. Sin duda volvería.

Très belle et surtout spacieuse villa! Nous étions 13 voyageurs dont 5 enfants et tout le compte a trouvé son compte. Pour notre premier arrêt au Costa Rica après le vol en avion, nous voulions un logement pas trop loin de l'aéroport. Cela nous a aussi permis d'être à proximité du parc Rincon de la Vieja et de la chute La Leona (55-70 min). L'entreprise de gestion de logement Zindis Group a été super accueillant et attentionné. Alex Bustos nous a recommandé Playa Buena à 7 minutes de voiture: un coup de cœur pour cette belle plage au sable doux, à l'eau claire et sans touriste, que des locaux.

This house was great for our family of 13!Neighborhood is quiet,beautiful views and some monkeys and squirrels.Our family enjoyed the pool.We found a great little place down the road to eat, it was eco lodge in Playa Panama .Food was great as was service,we ate there for several meals!I felt safe my entire stay.I definitely recommend this for large families!

Our family had a great time at the house. It was a good location and with rental cars you can get to many good beaches within few minutes. The property management were very helpful and responsive. They provided groceries at a reasonable cost to get us started without going to grocery store on arrival. The house was clean and comfortable. Renting cars are a must, too steep and far for us to walk to places. Thanks again for our enjoyable stay.

We were a group of 9, all adults and this beautiful home was perfect! Every couple had a beautiful bedroom space with their own bathroom. Unbelievable view and outdoor space! Felt very safe! Everything was perfect 🤩

Very big and comfortable house. Wonderful swimming pool. Lots of necessities provided such as beach towels, kitchenware. Neighborhood (gated and guard) very peaceful. Close to restaurants and Playa Hermosa beach. Highly recommend if you're vacationing in the Playa Hermosa area.

Our group of 10 had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The house was beautiful, spotless, and the outdoor area was expansive, offering unbelievable views. Alex from the Zindis Group was incredibly responsive and quickly resolved the few minor issues we had. Like other reviewers, I’d suggest renting a car for flexibility. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
