The host is always very present, but unfortunately the cleaning is often not done well. We had to call back several times. The pool is a bit dated and could be better maintained, but it is a very good complex. Be aware that there are clubs next door until 11:00 p.m. at night, making it difficult to sleep, and in the early morning they play loud music, the people at the café.

I had a wonderful stay in Medellín. The Airbnb is perfectly located in one of the best neighborhoods, with great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The only drawback was some noise at night, but overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Great place. Great location to party. The butler William was the best butler ever. The overall condition of the Airbnb could be a bit better, but had a great stay regardless. Note that there are some clubs around the area that plays music till 4AM (on weekends) So do take that into consideration when booking! In summary, great price, great stay, great location with great butler service if you can get past the noise.

Claudia who is there to attend the home.. was very attentive and accommodating. she made the whole experience feel like I was very welcome.. alejandro and jairo received us and they where excellent very reasonable responsible and again accommodating. all in all place was fun had a great time!

Absolutely amazing stay in Medellín! The house looked exactly like the photos—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our trip. There was even an option to have someone on-site to help with cleaning and anything else we needed, which made everything super convenient. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the nightlife and surrounded by great restaurants. Everyone involved was great. I would 100% stay here again!

Amazing home and amazing hosts. I would recommend this place to anyone. The team at the home makes you feel safe and secure. The in home chef makes absolutely amazing food. His dinners tasted just as good, if not better than the high end restaurants in Medellin.

We stayed at Vanessa’s place for my brother’s bachelor party, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of 10. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. The location was ideal—close to bars, restaurants, and nightlife, making it easy to explore Medellín. The amenities were a huge plus the game room, outdoor space, hot tub and the pool was Amazing! Our concierge’s Freddy and Anthony was super responsive and made sure we had a smooth stay. Vanessa helped me set up a private chef to have home cooked Steak dinner and it was fantastic! If you’re planning a bachelor party or a group trip, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Had a fantastic stay at Vanessa’s place! The location is unbeatable – just a quick walk to many great spots. Vanessa was super responsive and made everything easy. The apartment is right next to a club, so if you’re sensitive to noise, keep that in mind, but it didn’t bother us at all. Overall, a great spot and highly recommend

Great location. Vanessa was a great host. Very polite and responsive. William the butler is a great asset to the team and will help with all your needs. I’d recommend using Matteo for private transport to/from the airport and for excursions. Very trustworthy guy.

The listing is conveniently located for a festive trip. Lots of restaurants, bars, shops, Rooftop etc. For a more restful spirit it's more difficult with a disco next to the house that closes around 3am. But it was specified in the description so we don't have to complain about it. Vanessa, Thomas, and William are great hosts. Heated pool and hot tub and for breakfast Pergamino is right across the house

Honestly I was a little hesitant because there weren't many reviews, but im so glad I took the chance on it. Couldn't have been a better location for what we wanted. it is right next to a loud club so if you're planning on going to sleep early and want a quiet area, this isn't the place for you. the pool was great. there was 2 great breakfast spots right across the street. we had an awesome stay.

My stay at Vanessa and Lusso's house was absolutely amazing. From the very first moment, communication was clear and smooth. Vanessa, Willian, and Lusso were always available to answer any questions or requests, which made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The house is exactly as described, and even better in person. Everything was spotless, clean, and well-organized. The location is perfect (in the best area of Medellín, Provenza Calle Primavera), close to major points of interest and in a fantastic neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable, and the common areas are cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Vanessa and William also made sure to include little details that made the stay special: local recommendations, incredible attention, and a helpful attitude. Their hospitality truly made a difference, making us feel at home. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a worry-free experience and a host who genuinely cares about their guests.

The best Airbnb I've come up since I have this platform!! Starting with Vanessa, she was super friendly from the moment she provided some extra tourist services. We hired a great grill service recommended by Vanessa. The Airbnb was spotless and the perfect location and place to stay. The entire team, Vanessa, Adrian, and Edison did an incredible job. The pictures do not do it any justice. The penthouse is massive, and the staff helps clean the place clean and makes sure you have an incredible experience. Highly recommend the chef, each morning we had an amazing breakfast prepared for us. The pool and jacuzzi worked great. Most rentals they do no work but this house was exceptional. Heated quickly and was used frequently. The penthouse has amazing views of Medellin. Great location to get to Provenza and the security was great that no one could enter the property without checking in first. Highly recommend for larger groups and overall it was a great experience.

The penthouse exceeded our expectations. The staff also made our stay even more enjoyable by handling all deliveries. I am looking forward to staying here again.

Todo está renovado, y las fotos no le dan justicia a lo magnífico que es este apt en persona. La piscina, los cuartos, la sala de juegos, todo mantenido a lo mejor. Y el desayuno incluido le da un toque extra ! Vanessa, Alejandro and Ricardo were great hosts with my whole group. The apt was very big and luxurious. Everything is renovated and pictures don’t give justice to how great this apt is. The pool, rooms, game room, everything kept up to par. Breakfast included next day was definitely a great touch. Me quedare aquí en el futuro. Will definitely stay here again. Can’t wait for my next trip !

By far the best place that I have rented from Airbnb, amazing view, extremely amazing pool, all rooms were updated outta this world, this really looks like Pablo Escobar Home, if you want to feel like a millionaire I would recommend this house to everyone it’s a must experience. Only please I will rent in Medellin from now on, the host were amazing and super friendly. Even took care of with food and extra security, will rate this place 10 stars.
