The major pluses of this unit were its location. It’s got direct access to the beach, and the walk to food and entertainment is mere minutes. There was plenty of clean drinking water provided, which was a nice touch. Some of the doors and appliances were well loved, but apart from that, no issues. Really beautiful terrace.

The apartment is very spacious with three rooms with their own washroom and two beautiful balconies facing the beach. The view of the ocean was simply fabulous!! The path to the beach was very convenient as well as the access to the pool. Carl and the staff working at the condo were very responsive, kind and helpful. Having constant access to drinking water was a great plus. The condo has a lot of character, it is not new but that is part of the charm. The only downfall was construction in front of the building starting early in the morning, which could be heard in the two rooms facing the street but not in the one on the ocean side. The location is great! it is close to numerous restaurants and cafes in the beautiful neighborhood of zona romantica, it is right on one of the most famous beaches (Playa Los Muertos) and it is also walking distant from the Malecón. Overall, highly recommended!
