My wife and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Roy's home at Faro de Mita. We spent a lot of time either sitting poolside looking out over the ocean or getting a similar ocean and beach view from the deck in the unit itself. Roy's home had everything we needed for a great stay. Roy was a very helpful host. He communicated well, and his guide included several helpful recommendations for restaurants, markets, activities, transportation and the like. I highly recommend this place and we hope to come back soon!

Roy and Tanya's place is a perfect spot to stay for families! We appreciated how well stocked the condo was with supplies we needed for our stay, like detergent, paper towels, and soap. My 3 and 6 year old also appreciated the sand toys! The location was excellent and it was very easy to walk to surrounding restaurants and grocery stores. The pool is a great spot for young kids and the beach is very easy to access. We would absolutely stay here again.

Place itself is great. Spacious, great location, awesome pool and private beach access. A bit of a hiccup on arrival as security was not aware of our arrival so we had to spend a good 20 minutes trying to contact the host and even Airbnb to fix the problem. Eventually worked out but then room was not completely set up for our arrival so we had to wait for someone to come by later to prepare the place. Things happen so it was fine. We still had a great stay and would highly recommend Roys place.

Beautiful, well-appointed condo had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. The view from the balcony is lovely. The complex feels very safe and the pool and grounds are immaculately maintained. I would book again.

A big thanks to Roy for the stay at his wonderful place. My wife, 2 year old daughter and I felt right at home. The location is excellent; close to the best restaurants and has direct access to the beach. The grounds are immaculate with truly the best pool in Punta De Mita. I would absolutely stay again!

Roy's apartment is in a subdivision (with security all day) in the same town of Punta Mita, so you can walk to the small restaurants and shops in the village (there are even two simple but well-stocked supermarkets). The place is very quiet, family-friendly and has very well-kept common areas (perfect pool). It is located on the seafront with incredible views of Bahía Banderas. The apartment is spacious, very well cared for and perfectly equipped (in the kitchen you will find everything). Roy is a very attentive host, we had a problem with our arrival that he diligently and thoughtfully resolved. If you want to get to know the Rivera Nayarit area and are looking for a relaxing place with all the comforts to enjoy a beach vacation, we recommend Roy's apartment. I'm sure we'll be back! Host Roy was fantastic, very accommodating from initial booking thru to checkout! The condo was exactly as advertised, what we needed and exceeded our expectations. Location location location, easy walk to “town”, so to speak, a short stroll down the hill to restaurant, shops and the beaches. Truly appreciated the security staff, 24/7 monitored and controlled, all of whom are awesome AND friendly! Can’t wait to return to Punta de Mita, moreover this property. Thanks Roy!!!

My family and I found ourselves in a tough situation without a place to stay for our trip after arriving in puerto Vallarta. Roy responded immediately to my last minute request, was so helpful in knowing what to expect and accommodating to our arrival. The unit was clean and neat, had all that we needed for a wonderful stay, had an amazing pool we all had fun in, quick walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, coffee…anything we needed. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony every night and comfortable beds with air conditioning in each room. We travel with a baby and the in unit laundry was so wonderful to have! We were there during new years and the condo complex was full but quiet hours were always honored. We rented a golf cart and the unit includes a parking spot which was helpful, though there isn’t charging in the parking lot. No worries, we just exchanged the cart when the battery ran low. Overall this was a wonderful place for our family to relax!

Great location near all of the resultants and surfing activities. Pool was great and we really relaxed as a family.

This condo is in the perfect location - easy to walk to morning coffee, afternoon drinks, the beach, shops, dinner, etc. Beautiful view of the ocean! Pool is awesome. We rented a golf cart and really appreciated having a parking spot available. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds in the two main bedrooms were very comfortable. Roy was a great host - prompt communication, detailed information, and offered some great recommendations.

We all had an amazing time in Punta Mita. The Condo was in great condition and was an ideal location for us to walk for coffees in the morning and to the surf right out front! Thank you kindly for providing your condo to us and we hope to be back again someday!

This property is utterly fantastic! I was just there for two weeks and didn't want to go home, I loved this place so much. Here is what you can expect at Faro de Mita. 1) Spectacular views of the ocean and gorgeous garden/pool. 2) An ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HUGE POOL - perfect temperature day or night. 3) A comfortable and well-kept condo, where every detail has been thought of. The beds, pillows, and furniture are comfortable - the sheets have a high thread count and the towels are fluffy. They didn't cheap out on sheets and towels, which I appreciate. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of nice dishes and cooking utensils. 4) The complex is very safe and secure - guards and staff are friendly and helpful. 5) Roy, the host, is kind and accommodating. He assembled a helpful guest package, which outlines where to shop, eat and play. I can't say enough nice things about Roy, he should give Airbnb lessons to other hosts. 6) Condo is steps from the beach and the charming town of Punto de Mita. El Cafecito is a great breakfast stop - recommend the Acai bowl and one of their frappe coffees. I've rented dozens of vacation homes through the years, and have a few favorites I return to regularly. This condo will be one I will *definitely* be renting again. It was perfection.

Roy’s apartment is great! Perfect internet for remote working and steps away from a great long boarding surf break. Punta de Mita has great infrastructure and is a safe, comfortable area to spend time.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is bright and at the same time cozy and well put out. It works very well for a family of four and we enjoyed both terraces and the wonderful pool. We would love to come back!

The pictures don’t do the place enough justice....it’s much better in person. Very clean and super comfortable. We spent a week there....my three kids, my husband and myself. It was really comfortable for 5 people. Check-in process was easy and when we arrived the AC was already on. Amazing after you’ve been traveling in the heat and humidity. The AC worked great in every room. It was great having a washer and dryer inside the condo....if I had known it was inside and not communal we would have packed a lot less :) Really short walking distance to the beach and has a large beautiful pool....perfect after a hot day out. It was never crowded. The gated complex seemed very safe and the security guards were nice and helpful. There were at least 10 restaurants within walking distance. All the places we ate at were good but there were a few that were exceptional. If you get a chance, eat at Los Agaves....it’s less than half a block away. It stylish, clean, the service is amazing, and the food delicious! We had a couple or minor hiccups but nothing major. Roy was easy to get a hold of and pleasant to deal with. He dealt with it immediately. We would definitely stay there again!

This is our second time staying at Roy's place. Our first experience made this a no brainer. We stayed last year and everything we said in that review still applies. If you are reading this review, read no further. Stop and book. It's that simple. You will not regret it. Great history, great property and a great value. I want to give a special shoutout to the security guards who are the greatest. Thanks again Roy for hosting us.

The apartment was wonderful. It’s located in a great spot and our young boys had a blast. I also really appreciated all the extras in the house. They have appleTV so our kids could watch Netflix if we all needed a break and the kitchen was well stocked with basics for cooking which we enjoy doing. Also the place was very kid friendly, they had beach and pool toys and even baby soap! We had a great time and between the beach and pool our kids were wiped out every day. Thanks Roy!

The experience in the house was the best, the private facilities are very good, the pool is a good size, the security is always aware of what is needed, the house is decorated with very good taste and with everything necessary to make a very pleasant stay. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely apartment, in a fantastic location. The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard with an extraordinary view of the sea from the balcony. The block the apartment is in is well maintained and behind a guarded gate so its very safe. The pool is large with plenty of loungers and with easy access to the beach. The apartment location couldn't be better with all of the best restaurants in town less than a 2 minute walk away. I would highly recommend you stay here for a peaceful and relaxing vacation!

The experience of staying at Roy’s place is exactly what AIRB&B hopes everyone’s experience will be. Roy was responsive and professional from day one. He answered all questions and even provided an additional manager to contact once we were onsite. Between the information provided by Roy and the security guard (24/7), we did not need to contact the manager for the duration of our stay. Check-in and checkout were flawless and could not have been easier. Roy’s place is exactly as it is advertised and does not disappoint. It’s in a great safe location, clean, spacious, well decorated and very peaceful. It also gave us easy access to Sayulita, Puerto Vallarta, etc.; but returning to Punta de Mita was a perfect way to end the day. Roy’s place is high class and a great value at the same time. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

My friends and I spent a month at Roy's place and were very happy that we did! The condo complex is in the perfect location, we loved that it was just steps away from the beach (50 meter walk to surf), grocery stores, and all of the best restaurants/street taco stands in Punta de Mita. We also loved lounging around that infinity pool! The condo itself was as advertised; fully stocked with everything you need (towels, cooking supplies etc.), nice and spacious, has a great kitchen for cooking in, and gives you some beautiful views of the ocean. The private rooftop patio was pretty cool, and made a killer spot for morning yoga. Roy was a fantastic host, we really appreciated how responsive he was, and how easy he made everything around the stay (getting the keys etc.). Thanks again Roy, we had a great time!
