Excellent, 1 month ago

Very nice house, perfect for our family of 7 adults, a baby and a pet. Beautiful view and direct access to the small private beach from the house by going down a staircase. Friendly cleaning staff, and we especially recommend hiring Lupita to cook. She even helped us with vegan dishes for one of my daughters.

This air bnb was absolutely fabulous. First off Norma is extremely responsive and very caring she really wanted us to have a good time and went above and beyond to give us recommendations and help around the clock and be patient with all the questions I had. Secondly her staff at the house were incredible. So friendly, so helpful. Around the clock caring for you. I highly recommend you also ask them to bring the chef who took care of us extremely well and we could not have been happier. Lastly the house itself is absolutely gorgeous and fantastic. The pool was warm. You’re right on the beach with a view of dreams. Tons of amenities and games and occasionally cute little dogs and cats that may stop by to say hello. I highly, highly recommend others to come and stay in this beautiful, quaint, relaxing home and let Norma and her staff take care of you so you can focus on relaxing. Cheers!

This place is an adventure to get to but with Normas instructions you find a true paradise! Lupitia and Dorian were beyond wonderful and felt like a familiar piece of our family by the end of the week. Lupitas meals were comforting and hearty with lots of variations for any requests. The cleaning staff were also detailed and friendly. The view is wonderful and we all slept great with the sound of the ocean. Some of our favorite places in sayulita were Mary’s and Al pastor Diaz but lupitas cooking was just as awesome and wonderful. Norma was so helpful with grocery requests and lots of information for options. We would love to come back!

We visited over Spring Break/Easter as a group of 8 (2 families - 4 adults and 4 kids). We had the most wonderful stay - our favorite family vacation yet!! Norma was great to communicate with and went above and beyond to support us before and during our stay. The entire house team - Lupita, Dorian, Luz - were amazing and made us feel like family. Every meal prepared by Lupita was delicious, and more than satisfied all 8 of us - my children have never eaten better!! We loved it all so much we immediately rebooked another trip for later this year! 😊

We spent a few wonderful days at this house in Punta de Mita. All the staff were extraordinary: the cleaning lady, the man who takes care of the pool and the garden, and the cook did an excellent job and were true hosts, always attentive and with a great attitude. The owner was also always available via messages, which is greatly appreciated. The house is just as described in the listing, very comfortable and well-maintained. The private beach is priceless, and the sunsets are simply spectacular, probably the best in the area. We would definitely come back.

We had an amazing experience at this beachfront Airbnb. The place is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and with a spectacular view. It's perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. We especially want to thank Lupita and Dorian, who took exceptional care of us throughout the stay. They are very friendly, attentive people and always willing to help with a smile. Thanks to them everything was even more pleasant and they made us feel very welcome. We definitely recommend this place 100%. If you are looking for a quiet, nice place with wonderful service, this is the place to stay. We would love to come back soon!

An Unforgettable Oceanfront Stay We had the most incredible stay at this oceanfront beach house. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home itself is stunning—right on the water with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained, and perfectly set up for both relaxing and enjoying time together. What truly made this stay exceptional was the staff. The cook was absolutely amazing—every meal was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and better than any restaurant we could have gone to. Housekeeping kept the home spotless and comfortable every day, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. The groundskeeper was wonderful as well, keeping the property pristine and always ready to help if we needed anything. The combination of the gorgeous beachfront location, the comfort of the home, and the incredible team made this a truly special experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

You can stop here, this is the rental you’ve been looking for! A beautiful house in an absolutely stunning and remote location between Punta Mita and Sayulita. We were at the house over the Christmas holiday and NYE with a family of 14 ranging in age from 1-75, one with a physical disability. The house is a great size and fit all of us well with the variety of room layouts. There is not a ton of shared indoor space, but it didn’t matter since we spent all our time outside! The house is very private and remote, which was wonderful. We ate meals outside and spent days in the pool and down on the beach. It does have some large rocks to navigate but we were still able to swim and boogie board safely (even the kids). There is a house manager (Dorian) and a housekeeper (Luz) who come every day and help with anything you might need. We also opted to have cooks come daily (Lupita and Eileen) and ate like royalty all week. We felt safe and looked after the whole time. We’ll be back!

Norma’s home was beyond all expectations. From the second we arrived to our reluctant departure, every question, every need was met with a smile and promptness. The house was immaculate and left us not needing a thing! The sunsets will take your breath away as you enjoy an evening margarita on the beautiful back patio! Be sure to enjoy a morning yoga session on the rooftop with beautiful vistas. The house staff is first class - from Lupita’s delicious meals to Dorian’s faultless attention to our every need. Do yourself a favor and don’t miss out on this beautiful home and all its wonderful amenities!

The purpose of our trip was to celebrate my 70th birthday. All my grown children, spouses and significant others joined us at Norma’s house. The large house was perfect for our needs with a beautiful pool, access to a private beach and large patio for family gatherings. I couldn’t have been happier with how comfortable and relaxing of a stay we had. Also we took advantage of Norma’s recommendation of a chef to prepare many of our meals. The chef took care of all the cooking and cleaning. I would highly recommend hiring the chef that we hired. Also the onsite maintenance and housekeeping took care of all our needs in a very efficient and friendly manner. Having the onsite chef and maintenance staff enhanced our stay tremendously. Norma’ was a great host and always responded to our questions and needs within minutes. We will definitely be returning to Norma’s house in the future.

If you're looking at Norma's place, do yourself a favor and book. The house, pool and beach were all amazing - it felt like our own private paradise. The house staff was amazing, and were always ready to help. Their recommendations and suggestions were always spot on. We opted to have Lupita prepare all of our meals, which was the best possible decision. She cooked wonderful food, and really paid attention to how/what we ate and adapted to our needs. I can't speak highly enough of her, the staff, Norma or the house. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Our family of 5 adults had the most amazing week at Norma’s beautiful home! Norma was always very quick to respond with any questions and is very kind. Upon arrival Dorian, Lupita and Luz made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Lupitas cooking was beyond delicious. Luz kept the house very clean and made our beds every morning. Dorian was always there for anything we needed. They were all so kind and helpful. We couldn’t have ask for better staff for our stay. The house and property were more than we could have imagined. So peaceful and serene. Having privacy was so nice. The pool was perfect for the warm, humid temps. The beach down the road was so fun and we loved boogie boarding. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. We loved all of the animal life and name the local tejones King Julian (iykyk). He came to visit nightly, of course watching him from indoors. We highly recommend Norma’s home. We hope to be able to return in the future!

I stayed at Norma’s with 6 women friends. We were awe struck from the moment we got there. From the sweet welcome by Lupita the extraordinary chef, and Dorian the most respectful and responsible property manager to the exquisite beauty of the home and location. This was a true vacation. We had absolutely delicious food, our rooms and the house and grounds were tended to meticulously every day, and we never had to lift a finger! If we wanted or needed anything, it was taken care of meticulously and with great kindness. We loved boogie boarding on the beach a short walk away, and what a treat that the boogie boards were provided. We also enjoyed long beach walks every morning, and this beach is very peaceful compared to others we visited. We were so so happy with absolutely everything about our vacation at Norma’s sweet Litibú home.

This place is absolutely beautiful: gorgeous views of the ocean, killer sunsets, bougainvillea everywhere...The house is quite isolated which makes it very private and peaceful, although there is a lot of construction happening nearby so there will surely be more neighbors in the future. Not a lot to do right nearby. Would definitely recommend having a car so you can go into Sayulita, San Pancho, and Punta Mita. The staff (cook, housecleaners, manager/caretaker) were wonderful: friendly, accommodating, very helpful. We enjoyed interacting with everyone and they were patient with our Spanish. :)

This might have been the best trip of my life. Norma was amazing and the place was unbelievable.

Host Response

Was a pleasure to hosted you Davis ! You are so welcome anytime !

This place is worth every penny and even better than the pictures!

It is a lovely home in a very private area. Cook Lupita was EXCELLENT...she did all of our shopping and made wonderful meals. She did a special birthday night for us, including decorations and an amazing cake. We highly recommend having Lupita! We did a hike/yoga class through Air BNB, which was fantastic. There is an upstairs deck where we did our own yoga as well. Our host, Norma, helped us organize massages at the house, and that was heavenly. We saw whales from the deck. The pool is nice, but we wished for a hot tub! Overall wonderful three days, so thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Norma’s house! Would highly recommend and we hope to come back one day! We had 8 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect. The outdoor space was so perfect for hanging, we loved the private beach and the whole house was just great. We hired Lupita to cook almost every meal and can’t fathom not having done that. Cooking was fabulous and made our lives so easy. Dorian and both our housekeepers were also amazing and just made us feel so at home, well taken care of and relaxed. Norma was very responsive. Can’t say enough great things about this oasis and the people there!

My family of grandparents, parents, and adult children stayed at Norma's to celebrate grandma's 80th birthday, and we could not have had a better experience. Luz, Dorian, and Lupita were amazing and made us feel right at home and absolutely pampered. We didn't have to lift a finger the whole trip, from the beds being turned down and the bathrooms cleaned daily, to three meals a day cooked for us, to not even having to wash dishes. It was the best of both worlds of the privacy and space of an Airbnb plus the cleanliness and care of a hotel. This is a great place for groups of couples as well, as the 5 bedrooms and bathrooms offer a lot of privacy. We loved our stay so much, and all hope to return!

Beautiful oceanside oasis! This is a large, very well laid out house with 3 primary bedrooms/ensuite bathrooms, 4th bedroom also with ensuite bathroom, and a 5th smaller bedroom with a bathroom around the corner. The home is on multiple levels -great privacy for guests. There are numerous common areas with gorgeous views of the ocean. As described, the private beach is stunning but not for swimming, at least given the conditions during our stay (big waves, big tides). The calmer Litibu beach is walking distance, and the home comes with boogie boards. Of course there is also the pool with floaties! Norma was amazing - super responsive, with lots of suggestions for local activities. The house staff is lovely; Dorian (house manager), Luz (housekeeper,) and we hired Lupita to cook for us which was amazing. Meals were delicious, margaritas and mojitos flowed, and it was great to have the refrigerator stocked. Sayulita and Punta de Mita < 30 drive. A very special family Christmas!

The place was amazing, it was beautiful and just what we were hoping for and as described. Construction going on next door, but that was the only thing that was out of place...and completely out of anyone's control. The ride in was a little rough, but once we got there everything was perfect. We never felt unsafe or unsure of the area. We hired Lupita as our cook for the week. She was wonderful, we ate like Kings and Queens, never wanting for anything and not a dish I wouldn't recommend. Luz and Dorian were also wonderful. They made sure things were clean and the day was organized. Massages were great too. Wildlife seen: Humpback whales, Tejones, Raccoons, Boa Imperator, Black Crabs, Hermit Crabs, Sand Crabs, Birds galore. Bring those binoculars because it was simply amazing to see everything. Bugs were not bad at all, I usually get eaten alive, but no issues at all. We would go back in a heart beat!

The house is very comfortable and clean. The bedrooms are quiet, and the beds are comfortable. There are some issues with the water pressure (can’t all shower at once, etc.) but I think that is normal in this area. The view is wonderful, and the sunset views are incredible. The pool and patio area is very inviting and a great place to spend the day – plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There are two covered areas below the pool to overlook the ocean which are also great – we even saw whales two of the days! It is a quiet and remote area, and you are literally right on the water, so at night all you can hear is the waves crashing. If you are looking for a bustling area and night life, this is not the house for you. If you are looking for a peaceful escape with magnificent views, I would recommend it. Norma is very responsive both in the planning process and also as needed upon arrival. We did hire the chef to cook for us, although it was a different chef than people tal

Norma and her staff took care of us, far better than we deserved as we were a little disorganized going into our trip. But they made sure our stay was next level. The house itself feels like something out of Swiss Family Robinson, but with air conditioning, comfortable beds, and all the amenities for an amazing private beach stay. Sunset dinners and morning swims capped our days. We are already discussing when to come back, and will do so better organized next time to make life a little easier on Norma’s team. Amazing stay! Worth the adventurous drive to get there. Book it.

This is a stunning house - beautiful ocean views from 4 of the rooms. The beds were so comfy - ocean waves are clearly heard and lovely to fall asleep to. The bathrooms are huge! The pool was perfect to relax in and enjoy the ocean view. Absolutely recommend the chef - her food was delicious and she always had yummy drinks ready and waiting for us. One thing to consider is that one of the rooms is quite a bit smaller than the other four with the bathroom just outside be room. It’s still a very nice room and very quiet with two beds. The other four are quite large rooms with ocean views and en suite bathrooms. The staff was so friendly and Norma responded to all of our questions immediately. Highly recommend this house!

Our experience at this house was just spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with incredible attention. The entire team in the house did an excellent job to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The sunsets from the pool, with the Pacific Sea in the background, are truly breathtaking. The place is beautiful, perfectly cared for and very private. I definitely recommend it and would come back without thinking twice. Thank you for everything!

Never better is the saying that people make places. In this unbelievable house, on the shore of the Pacific, with sunsets to contemplate until the tiredness (which does not arrive), its people transform it into a magical house. They are attentive, polite, courteous without being fluffy. Only a GREAT host has that GIFT. And here is Norma, and all her team giving everything so that you don't have to worry about feeling good. We liked it so much, that we were planning to visit places/ beaches, and ended up much more sedentary than we had planned - enjoying the goodness of the house and its owner. Close to the most populated places, albeit away from their noise. GREAT OPTION. Would come back a thousand times. THANK YOU NORMA, ARGELY, CLAUDIA Y EQUIPO. Best regards from Argentina, Tomás

Our group of 3 adults and 2 kids thoroughly enjoyed Norma’s home for just over a week. The home has a great layout to allow for privacy and gathering spaces to spend time together. The views and location are incredible. It is very private and quiet and we loved being so close to Higuera Blanca markets and restaurants along the road and far enough away from Sayulita to not hear a thing, especially during a very busy spring break/Easter week. The house managers Argely and Dorian are so kind and helpful. Their presence is never inconvenient or obtrusive. Claudia made dinner for us one night and it was delicious and affordable. Definitely rent a car, you do not need 4x4 to get to the house.

I booked Norma's place for a bachelorette trip, and it was the best decision I could've made! I highly recommend having Claudia cook for you and booking a massage with Aurora. I don't know more than 3 words in Spanish, but communicating through translation apps was easy enough. I was worried about driving a rental car since I don't speak/read Spanish, but I'm glad I followed Norma's advice and got one. As for the house itself, I don't have anything bad to say. The beds were extremely comfortable, the AC worked great (I like my room extremely cold at night), and the staff is amazing and very trustworthy! We never felt unsafe. This place is a hidden gem, and I can't wait to go back! Thank you again for everything Norma :)

Luxury and privacy in Litibu! Our stay was amazing. This house has it all and you could never leave for your entire stay. The staff made sure that we wanted for nothing and they were always at the ready to help and give recommendations. The walkable beach nearby was a perfect place to swim, boogie board, surf or just hang for the day as well. Claudia’s meals are a must. They were delicious and a great value—we never ate out! Bedrooms all had comfort and privacy. You could easily have 5 couples or 12 people comfortably here. The house was very clean and offered beautiful ocean views from almost every room. The neighborhood was very quiet for sleeping. We hope to return again. Thank you for having us!

We were a family of 10 adults and we very much enjoyed our visit. The view was beautiful from the ocean to the whales to unbelievable sunsets. The house layout was very good and we all had enough space to be together or to have privacy. The pool was really nice to have as you need to walk a bit to get to a walkable beach. The location is REMOTE. I like remote but I do wish there was more than 1 restaurant to walk to. I definitely recommend a car but you can also ask the chef's son to drive if needed. Everyone who worked at the property (chefs, housekeeper, and groundskeeper) was hardworking and friendly. The kitchen had all the essential supplies which is usually not the case so we were able to cook for ourselves and to have the chefs cook for us. I definitely recommend having them stock supplies as we never found a large, close-by grocery store. Norma, the host was attentive and responsive too!

We loved our stay and so grateful for the entire staff Argely, Claudia, Iris, and Norma's help during our visit. Perfect multi-generational family stay!

Not only did Norma’s airbnb exceed my every expectation, but Norma was friendly and very easy to communicate with. This was easily the most beautiful airbnb my family has stayed at. The pool, the private beach, the game room and the palapa used for the massages were just some of the incredible amenities at Norma’s home. Claudia’s food was delicious and the staff was so friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. I highly recommend eating meals at the house. We spent a couple of nights in Sayulita, which is about a 20 minute drive. It was super cute and fun if you’re looking for a night on the town. Overall, I highly recommend Norma’s place!

This house was spectacular, and the wonderful staff really made our stay. We had cleaning services including laundry every day, and felt incredibly cared for and pampered. You MUST hire Claudia to prepare your meals for a very small fee. She cooked delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our large group. All home cooked traditional recipes that were to die for! Argely did all of our shopping for us which was so nice. This is not the life I am used to! But it sure was a nice splurge for my 40th birthday. Hoping to plan a return trip in the near future!

Beautiful home. Beautiful location. If you enjoy being in a secluded location this home is for you. Access in and out is not hard but you need to be a good driver and not be afraid to run through some dirt roads. Anything other than an SUV is not recommended. Don’t plan on using taxi service as it can get expensive. The home overall was beautiful. Clean rooms, clean kitchen. I recommend getting their cooking service. It was worth it. You aren’t able to just jump in the car and go get something to eat in 5 minutes so being able to eat at the house is key. The pool was great and the private beach is amazing. Great views. I highly recommend for a big family vacation!

My friends and I really enjoyed our days at Norma's house. The house is very spacious and well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, the air conditioners are in excellent condition, there is good Wi-Fi coverage, a TV with different streaming platforms, and a pool with beautiful views. The access to the private beach is somewhat rocky. We preferred to walk (along the street) just a couple of minutes to another access in Litibú, where the beach is very wide and quiet. Norma and Argely were always available to answer our questions. Claudia and Iris were the highlight of our stay. It was a vacation of total enjoyment and relaxation, and they took care of cooking every one of our cravings! To end our stay, Argely helped us by scheduling some excellent massage therapists who came to provide the service. Access to the house is by a dirt road. There is nothing nearby within walking distance, but if something is needed, Argely can bring it from the nearest store.

We enjoyed our stay here. The was clean with a beautiful view. We hired Claudia and her daughter Iris to cook for us and they did a great job and were super sweet. Regelia was there daily to clean the house. You have your own private beach; however the waves are pretty strong. In order to walk down the rest of the beach, past your private beach, you have maneuver over very large rocks (bring your tennis shoes). We were there in July so the pool water was very warm. It seemed like a bit of challenge to keep it clean. The roads to get to the house are super bumpy and unpaved; it is remote! We spent plenty of time in Sayulita and San Pancho - which was fun. You will need to pay for everything in pesos for the staff. You will need to reimburse them daily for any food/drinks they get for you. Unless you speak Spanish you will be using an app to translate a lot to converse with the staff. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a memorable trip with family friends and our adult children. We loved the remoteness of the house with our own private beach and house staff. Do not expect to walk to a coffee shop or restaurant from this location. We are talking dirt roads and secluded but if you want this with all the amenities of a great vacation, and are willing to rent a car then this house is a great option. I would not do this location without a rental car. House staff was very friendly and present 8am-5pm. They grocery shopped, cooked and cleaned. The air conditioned rooms were great and beds were amazingly comfortable. There were 11 of us, so one on the couch. 10 would be the right amount of guests in beds. We spent a lot of time in the waves of the 82 degree ocean and miss it already. Thank you, Norma and crew.

This was exactly what we needed for a family trip after my kids finished final exams. The place was beautiful, peaceful, and an easy spot to unplug. We used Claudia’s cooking services and I cannot imagine doing it any other way! We booked multiple massages and were spoiled poolside at sunset. We had nightly tournaments in the game room and sunset cocktails in the beach. Norma’s instructions were excellent but the house is very remote. Perfect if you want to unplug but not for guests who want to walk to dinner or even get in a morning run. The only challenge we had was that everyone wanted to be paid in Mexican pesos. It is not easy to find reliable ATMs. There is a market in Punta Mita but their machine was broken during our stay. This caused a bit of unnecessary stress. I would highly recommend getting pesos prior to arriving at the property. That said we are hoping to return again next year!

Wow!!! Norma and her staff were great. Claudia is a wonderful cook and everyone were extremly helpfu. Norma was always available to help us with arrangements and there for us if we had a problem. I would recommend to anyone. 1/2 way between Punta de Mita and Sayulita, it’s the perfect secuded location. A big thanks to Norma ans the gang!!!! Richard I.

This is our third stay at Norma's Place in Litibu and it continues to amaze us! We love the view and location. From yoga on the rooftop, to relaxing in the pool at end of day, and cocktails to watch the sunset, it has something for everyone. Norma's staff is so welcoming. Claudia and her daughter prepare amazing meals, and Argeli is there daily to clean and check on everyone's needs. Mauricio took great care with the grounds and pool so everything remained pristine. We rented vehicles so were able to visit San Pancho, La Lancha to surf, snorkel for a day, and enjoy a some lovely meals in those communities. We hiked Monkey Mountain predawn and loved it. The kids made a trek to the hidden mud beach and tossed in the surf. There is so much to do, and yet you could remain at Norma's place without going anywhere - It is that amazing.

This was our 4th time staying at Casa Litibu and we absolutely love it! It's the best value in the area with its combination of space, privacy, incredible ocean view and amenities. We plan to continue coming back in the future.

We have been in 50+ Airbnb's. Everything you see in the pictures and all the prior 5 star reviews are accurate. This is an exceptional property and we absolutely loved it. We made a couple requests of Norma during our stay, she got it done immediately. When you first arrive, it's a bit confusing because "G" maps is wrong. Follow Norma's instructions about how to get through town. You're going to go down some dirt roads, recommend an SUV. Once you get there the first time, it's easy after that. This house has EVERYTHING you need. The outdoor dinner table is amazing. There are plenty of pool toys, floaties, and even a kids life jack (perfect for our 40lb 3 year old), also a boogie board. The wifi was very good (75+ down). I worked remote a lot and had no issues. The staff at this house is amazing. Between the cleaner and the cook, EVERYTHING is taken care of. You'll feel like a billionaire. Book this place, you will absolutely love it here.

Beautiful home!! The pool overlooking the ocean was perfect. The small beach was accessible by a stone walkway. It’s a bit tricky to get down there but we’ll worth it for a totally private beach. There are several larger beaches just a few minutes away. Norma was very responsive and helpful as a host. I recommend using the chef as they did a wonderful job preparing all our meals. This house is about an hour from the PVR airport. I recommend renting a SUV with 4 wheel drive as some of the dirt roads are very steep and rocky. Overall wonderful location great for all types of travelers.

Nine of us enjoyed a week at Norma's place! It was more beautiful in person than the photos! the sound of the massive ocean waves was so enjoyable and the private beach was such a treat. We enjoyed so much time outdoors - by the pool, the ocean, outdoor dining and seating. it was lovely and relaxing all around. Claudia and her daughter cooked amazing meals for us - such a treat! and housekeeper Argeli was helpful and kind with anything we needed. Each one of us had a fantastic massage own near the private beach at the house too. We rented cars and explored the local towns (Sayulita, Punta Mita, etc.) and enjoyed a day-long boat trip out to Marietas Islands. Keep in mind that many of the roads are rock/dirt, but with the good directions from Normal it wasn't hard to find the house. It was a great home for a group with the separated and spacious bedrooms. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the house for a group.

Wonderful House! Remote spot (dirt road to house for about 3 km) but this added to the great feel. View is spectacular and the house very comfortable. Argelee (sic) and gardener are there daily if you need anything. If not, simply ask Norma to limit their time there and she can accommodate. We hired the cook for several nights. I recommend - lot's of leftovers for next day lunches. Also make sure to hike Monkey Mountain. From house is a 5-6 mile hike round trip. No need to drive to entrance can take back roads from house. This is a very rustic, low-key house with great accommodations and location. If you are more of a resort type family maybe not a good fit. If you like low-key (scrabble, reading, exploring, hiking, movie night etc.) this house is good fit. Also, highly recommend any of the restaurants just outside the entrance to Blanca Hidalgo on the way to Sayulita (Surf Bar is one). Litibu Grill on the beach is nice but pricey and you have same view from house.

Wonderful cliff-side pool and secluded beach! Would definitely return.

Wow, what an amazing place! We loved celebrating our friend’s birthday here. The view is amazing and the place is everything you see on the website. I do suggest you get there early to find your way the first time in daylight. Road is not paved but once you arrive, that is all but forgotten. Claudia and her team are amazing. They made you feel as though you were in an inclusive hotel. Be sure to get the massages!! Absolutely the best. Enjoy your stay, it is very quiet except for hearing the waves crashing. Thank you again Norma!

We had a wonderful time at Norma's house. Everything is very clean and well maintained, and the staff (Argeli, Claudia and Iris) were so kind. We traveled with two babies and it was relatively safe for them (obviously had to be careful around the pool). We enjoyed the local beaches (Punta Negra, Litibu, and La Lanchas) and went to Punta Mita and Sayulita to walk around. Claudia and Iris made us delicious food and we felt very well taken care of. The town of Higuera Blanca is very small (2 stores maybe) and the house is very remote, only accessible by ~10-15 mins driving on unpaved roads. So it's not as easy as we thought to just run out really quickly and go do or buy something. Definitely stop at the supermarkets near the airport to get what you need. If you don't have small kids, you can walk to Litibu Beach, and once you get to the main road, it's very quick to get other places as well. Would definitely recommend this home for your next vacation!

We had 4 couples stay at Norma’s place to celebrate my 50th birthday. We went golfing one day, to Sayulitas one day, and on a Hidden Beach excursion another day. We spent a lot of time swimming in the pool and we played beach bocce. The house was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out and to gather. It was a wonderful, relaxing vacation, and we loved every minute. Thank you to Norma and the house staff for making it special!

This house was a dream come true for my 50th birthday . My husband gifted me the stay at this house for my friends and I for a relaxing getaway . The house made my jaw drop when I walked inside . From the exhilarating drive to the house to the fabulous staff awaiting our arrival it was everything I wanted ! The house was clean , spacious , the pool was warm and made us feel like like we were in our own world . We hired Claudia to cook and her and her daughter did a fabulous job , why cook on vacation ?? She made us all happy including one picky eater . They will make and do whatever you would like . I have them free reign as the majority was not picky . We were not dissapointed ! We did not rent a car and used the drivers Norma arranged for us , do yourself a favor and skip renting a car as the drivers Sergio and Antonio were the best ! As for Norma she answered any and all of my 1000 questions before my trip and the many during . She was awesome ! Casa Litibu is a 5 star gem , a hidden treasure of a find! Imagine this... An adventurous ride thru the balmy Mexican jungle to arrive at the edge of the Pacific ocean at the most SPECTACULAR remote, beach front Villa with the most breathtaking views. Imagine languishing in the negative edge pool all day mesmorized by the sounds of the surf and admiring the sunset, destressing, massages under the palapa down on your private beach, a full staff planning and preparing the most wonderful meals, desserts, beverages. (highly recommended). Claudia even prepared food for our 8 month old and then took the baby and entertained him while we ate. This retreat was sooo relaxing and perfect in every way that we opted to not leave Casa Litibu. The Villa itself has a wonderful local vibe, homey, comfortable, clean, very warm and inviting. The staff is excellent and accommodating. Thank you to Norma and her team for providing such a memorable experience! We will definitely be back. Boyer family Phoenix, AZ

Book this place! Our group of 7 had a wonderful 6 night stay at Casa Litibu. It is truly the perfect space to get away and celebrate and relax with friends. The highlight without a doubt is the wonderful staff. Norma was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. Claudia and Iris’s cooking is unbelievable and she is able to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Argeli kept the place crystal clean and met all our needs. Mauricio kept the pool in good shape and brought us fresh coconuts (tip: make some smoothies with the coconut meat!). The fresh oysters were also delicious! We also enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the campfire. The view is incredible. The private beach is rocky but fun to explore for seashells. I was able to boogie board on the private beach but it is a bit risky - the walk to Litibu beach is very easy (and beautiful). We also spent a day in Sayulito which I highly recommend. The massages arranged by Argeli were wonderful - I get massages somewhat regularly and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. A few very important things to be aware of: - The road from Higuera Blanca to the property is a very uneven and rocky dirt road. There is one spot where you have to drive across a shallow creek. I think renting a car with high clearance is the best way to go. - You will encounter wildlife, including lots of geckos, ants, and perhaps a bat or two. - Having someone in the group who can speak Spanish is very helpful to communicate with the staff. I hope we can return again soon!

This place is better then the photos! The pool is warm and the waves are so fun to play in! It’s perfect for a group with many places to hang. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and super soft sheets. Highly recommend the massages! Probably some of the best I’ve ever had. I recommend having Claudia come cook a few days so nice to not have to think about what to eat. Make sure to get enough cash though to cover her, tip and groceries. Since water is trucked in, water pressure is low, not a big deal but don’t expect high pressure showers. Place is remote. If renting a car get an SUV. Sayulita is only 20 min but the place is so great there isn’t really a need to leave. Jorge comes to clean the pool daily and Arlie comes to tidy clean so make sure you have enough to tip at the end.
