Our experience at Miguel's house was wonderful, the house is divine, the facilities are perfect to disconnect from the routine, the pool is excellent, a good size, clean, the bedrooms have good mattresses, the sheets are great, and the bathrooms in each bedroom are very clean and everything works perfectly, in general the house is really well set up! You feel right at home, great location, the lady who helps is really friendly, and Miguel was always attentive to everything. His house looks like a museum of everything he collects, it has everything you need, he supplies you well with toilet paper, napkins, garbage bags, and the kitchen has a very good assortment of pots and pans, as well as drains and everything you need to prepare your food, we just loved it, we will surely be back very soon! Miguel's house is beautiful! You can tell that they live there because it has everything and is full of details and memories. It's very cozy. Communication was always very good. Miguel's place is very nice. Close to downtown Tequisquiapan and the house is very clean and neat. He provides great service as a host and is very proactive. The pool is warm and this is a plus. A very nice large house, it feels the good vibe of the home, you can see that the owner himself has occupied it as a rest house and that makes you feel comforted when you arrive and enjoy the house. It is very well cared for, it has several amenities for everyone but especially for the little ones, it was Winter and we didn't use the pool, but it looks great for the hot months. The attention of Miguel, formidable and the lady who helps cleaning, Doña Raquel is truly excellent, she helped us with the preparation of food, cleaning and the daily order. The truth is, it's a house to enjoy with several guests. I would definitely stay again if I return to Tequisquiapan with a large group. Thank you very much Miguel for everything!

Miguel’s house is fantastic! It’s like having your own private hacienda. All of the bedrooms are equipped with their own bathroom. Raquel who attends the house is very helpful at keeping the place sparkling clean. There is so much to do right there on the property from the Pool to the billiards room, the kids play area & the BBQ area. It is a great place for a big family or even multiple families to get away from the hustle and bustle and just relax.

The house is beautiful and spacious very close to the center, you can walk to it (8mins. from the main square) and to buy anything that is needed a few meters away as there are very well stocked shops and other establishments close to the property. The property is just as described. You can reach many places by walking. The area is quiet and safe. Communication with Miguel was always very good. The house is spacious, it has many amenities so you don't want to leave: pool (with a very pleasant temperature) barbecue, garden, etc. Everything is very clean and Mrs. Raquel is always attentive to what you might need. We had a very pleasant time and I would definitely come back and recommend this place.

The house is nice, spacious, and very relaxing. Although we couldn't use the pool because it was sunny, it was a bit cold, but overall, everything was very good. Miguel makes you feel at home. I recommend it. It's 30 minutes from the Peña de Bernal and 5 minutes from Tequis by car.

A very nice house, clean,spacious and pleasant, the photos do not do justice to what you really find. It has all the amenities, and Mrs. Raquel, every day she is going to do the cleaning, it is very nice to have the house always clean. Close to downtown, we don't need a van to get out. A beautiful garden, super large and even with a chicken coop, for my granddaughter it was a great show. Miguel, our host, was very kind and attentive to our arrival. I highly recommend this house

Very nice house with everything you need to have a good time with the family, it's a pity that we were a few days and we didn't have time to enjoy the pool that can be mentioned had quite temperate water. Very close to the center of Tequis and ideal to move to the vineyards, the service lady Raquel makes the stay great for her willingness and kindness to support us to cook or support us in anything else, Miguel always attentive and on the slope via phone recommending places to visit, my recommendation is that they carry small cars can even be a van but not so big because they do not fit in the parking lot although the area seems quite safe and they can leave some cars outside :)

Miguel's accommodation is 100% recommended, the house is very large, in perfect condition and very clean, the photos do not describe what is actually the house, it is even better. Far enough from downtown to not be between the hustle and bustle and close enough to walk. Full bathroom in each room is something super remarkable especially if you go with more people. The cleanliness is done by Mrs. Raquel who is the one who welcomes you and is always in the best position to help and meet your needs. Finally, the communication with the host Mr. Miguel was unbeatable. I went with friends and would definitely go back now with my family.

One of the best weekend houses I've ever rented. The garden is beautiful and very spacious, very well kept. The house has very cozy spaces for people of different ages. The kitchen perfectly equipped. The terrace and garden furniture are like new and very comfortable. The fact that each room has a full bathroom is very practical. Very good quality and very clean bedding and towels. Lolita's service, who helped us with cleaning and cooking things, was excellent. Good location and great service from Mr. Miguel from the reservation.

This is our second time staying at this house and I hope it won't be the last. The house is a very nice place to spend a few days relaxing. The pool reaches a very good temperature, and both the children and the adults enjoyed it a lot. The bedrooms are very comfortable, each with two double beds and its own full bathroom. Ms. Raquel or her daughter Mayra make sure the house is clean every day, which really helps to ensure that the days are truly relaxing. The house comes with everything you need for cooking and the grill with all the equipment included. It's a great house for the kids to play in the garden!! The description is as shown in the photos, the house has a good maintenance of facilities, The house is really in rent of 3 BEDROOMS and not 4 since the last is the cleaning lady's service room and if we wanted we acupabitated it, it is a matter that is out of place, ONLY 3 bedrooms MUST BE advertised, the perfect location to the place, the stay was very pleasant, except for the bedding which had not changed some savannas and the cushions, as well as a shared duvet with previous guests not washed and there was no more clean sheets until the lady washed the same.

We had a wonderful time in Miguel's house. We have rented a bunch of houses in the US through the owners and Miguel's was the best stocked house and the best service we have ever received. He answered all our questions super fast, checked on us multiple times throughout our visit, and was just fantastic! We would highly recommend arranging with the house cleaner/helper Raquel to come everyday during your stay (you pay a little extra fee). We were traveling with 2 small children and she was INCREDIBLY helpful. She cleaned up after us daily, helped watch the kids, did all our laundry, deep cleaned the house everyday, washed all the dishes, helped set, serve, and clean up a dinner we had. Honestly had it not been for Raquel it wouldn't have felt at all like a break for us. The house itself is beautiful and has a great location in Tequis. It is walkable to the main square and park. Very safe neighborhood. The garden is precious with various fruits and veggies growing there. We were able to eat fresh eggs from the hens as well. Between the gardener, house cleaner, and pool cleaner the house and grounds are immaculate. Kitchen is very well stocked and has an oven, dishwasher, full size fridge, water filter (we did not get sick from drinking this water) etc. Raquel was helpful in finding everything we needed in the kitchen. Kitchen could use a few more serving dishes. There is a good fruit and vegetable shop about two blocks down if you turn right when exiting the house. Several restaurants (Best Western etc) are also within a block of the house and have good food. There is strong fast internet in the game room, but does not extend to the bedrooms. I would suggest getting an internet extender to bring the wifi a larger distance. The good internet enabled me to be able to work while there. A couple comments: -House does not have a pack n play or crib (suggest purchasing at least one to keep there). A toddler/kid bed of some kind with sides would also be helpful. Each room has two double beds which have a concrete base and are sort of high so it wasn't safe for either our baby or toddler to sleep in the beds so we had to improvise. -There is parking for 3-4 compact cars in the carport locked area, however we had a big chevy suburban and it could not fit in the carport area so we ended up parking on the street. We managed to get it in width wise just barely but then the rear end was hanging out and the door couldn't close. There was plenty of room in the street and it felt safe so this was not a problem for us. Overall Miguel and his home get an A+! Great house highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed Miguel's house during Holy Week. From the moment we started looking for options, Miguel was always very friendly and quick to respond to all our concerns. When we chose her place, she sent us clear instructions with simple directions to get there. Miguel was attentive on the day of our arrival and throughout our stay to make sure there were no issues. The house is full of details that made our stay very pleasant, we really rest since Doña Raque was and she helped us a lot, it is very accommodated and friendly... Fortunately there was a very good climate that allowed us to enjoy the pool at a cool temperature and each of the spaces: terrace, games room, room, pool...We highly recommend the stay in Miguel's house, we were very happy to meet him and we look forward to coming back soon.

Mr. Miguel was very helpful from the start of the booking process.
