Second visit to Casa Suenos and it brought back each and every phenomenal memory! The staff was waiting for us and remembered us all. We all swapped rooms this time to take in new views from each of the amazing suites. We will absolutely book again in the future! It is hard to leave the villa for meals when the chef and staff are so creative and attentive. Also, they have a partnership with a company who arranged all of our private transport to make for a truly effortless vacation. Thank you!

Case Suenos del Mar is a beautiful Villa! It was everything and more than I had expected for a milestone birthday. Jeff was so accommodating, and his staff first class! I know this area well and have stayed at a lot of Villas in PV, and Jeff's is in the perfect location, pristine and so private. The staff were outstanding, and always there to help and make our stay perfect! We will be back soon, Linda

This is our second time staying at Jeff’s beautiful home! A gorgeous setting, beautifully furnished, clean and welcoming! Alberto, Margarita and Edgar were delightful and made our stay even more enjoyable! The pool area is picture perfect and we were even able to whale watch while enjoying a swim. Just breathtaking! We hope to return next year!!

We stayed here for a multi generational family trip and the place was perfect. There are amazing communal spaces for indoor/outdoor living and large rooms that made sure everyone had their own space. It feels like a tree house in a private jungle! The staff was A+. Delicious food, proactive with our needs, and always clean. The host’s communication was always on point and he’s readily available. Highly recommend staying here! We are already planning a return trip!

This place is even more beautiful than the pictures. The staff was amazing, very welcoming, quick to anticipate needs, and always wanting to help. Edgar is an amazing chef. Margarita is the sweetest. Alberto and Jorge were wonderful and made great drinks! The house is a very quick and cheap Uber ride into town. Mexitravels was wonderful for airport transfers as well. This is a wonderful place for a group to relax and enjoy time together. We would stay here again and recommendation it to anyone.

The house, staff and experience at Casa Sueños del Mar were impecable! The staff was super friendly and helpful at every turn. The food was delicious and presented beautifully at each meal. The chef was able to make our very specific meal requests a reality. The grounds and view were gorgeous! The quantity of outdoor space and the different useable living spaces in the outdoor area were perfect. The rooms were all well appointed and as described in the listing with adjustable air conditioning in each space. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub had adjustable temperatures and were perfect for relaxing while watching the boats cruise by on the ocean or the wildlife in the jungle scene below the gorgeous infinity edge pool. Pool towels were provided. While the house is not really close enough to walk to restaurants or the beach without some effort, uber is quickly and readily available and very inexpensive.

Edgar. Margerita. Jorge. Alberto. They, alone, made our stay just wonderful. Reading the reviews is what sold us and excited us to take our trip. The home is vacation perfection. Mexi Travels is an excellent company to work with from start to finish. We took our children and grandchildren and enjoyed FULL relaxation in a setting so beautiful you must see to appreciate. The food, drinks, pool, rooms with gorgeous views, and wildlife all around made each day memorable. We felt safe and spoiled. Jeff, thank you for sharing this gem of a home.

Cannot say enough good things about Casa Suenos. The house was amazing, the pool was awesome, game room was unexpected and great for the kids. Best of all was the staff, each one made the stay memorable, after multiple stays in villas in Puerto Vallarta the food was the best ever, it was incredible. Cannot say enough about every member of the staff. They were not only professional but made the stay very personalable. Would definitely recommend the villa to anyone.

We had a magical stay! Even more beautiful than the pictures. The meals were delicious. The staff was amazing. An all-inclusive experience without the crowds. So many extra details made this an extra special stay for our family. They set up a birthday display and piñata for my granddaughter’s 5th birthday and were so friendly and accommodating.

We had amazing time. The space was spectacular, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The food was especially exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Return visit to Casa Suenos Del Mar. We stayed 3 years ago and the house has been maintained very well. The stay is very accommodating. Edgar never disappoints with his wonderful meals - he even cooked the fish we caught one day. Margarita surprised us and washed and folded our laundry, always great to head home with clean suitcase. Thanks again for a fabulous place! We will be back, hopefully soon!

I can't say enough about this property, management and everyone involved! From the start Jeff was amazing, proactive and communicative. The staff, Edgar, Alberto, Margarita, Jorge were incredible as well. I am VERY picky and this place checked all the boxes. Meals were amazing and they listened to what we wanted. My only TINY issue was not knowing that staff would show up at 8am, which I did request later. I also did not know that they would be there during the day. Again, they are amazing, but I would have liked to have some prearranged arrival times as we like sleeping in a quiet times. They were kind and amazing and were very welcoming, etc . Spectacular otherwise. The best yet.

Five stars aren't enough to describe this beautiful, tranquil home! Our family of 5 was comfortable and completely spoiled by the staff and the amenities. Although the pictures are gorgeous, they don't do justice to the home and the surroundings. The terrace/pool area is a dream and the home is expansive, elegantly furnished and immaculately cleaned each day. Edgar, the chef, prepared a delicious breakfast and lunch for us each day, and then we headed into town for our dinners. Margarita and Alberto were so welcoming and helpful and a delight to have at the house. We were able to spend our days whale watching from the pool -- It was perfection!

We took our family to Mexico for the holidays and our stay at Jeff's place was perfect. Absolutely stunning views, nice separate spaces for everyone (all rooms are en suite), and friendly staff. The house is up on a steep hill overlooking PV, which means you get amazing sunsets from the patio and pool area. It's not really walkable to town, but the concierge set up a car service to take us anywhere we needed to go. We loved having a couple meals a day at the house (Edgar's food was delicious!) and my daughter loved swimming in the pool every day of our trip. Definitely recommend!

The house is better than the pictures and description. Rooms are all separate and private. Staff is spectacular. Made us want to stay at the house more than explore the area (which is fine since this wasn't our first time to PV).

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, the chef was fantastic, and the service was also top-notch. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the beach.

I would give Casa de Sueños six stars if I cluld. There isn’t a better setting in Puerto Vallarta. Set against a beautiful tropical jungle with a million dollar view of the bay/ocean. We were out of the hustle & bustle of town but a short drive to wherever we wanted to go. The home itself was fantastic. The beds and furniture were plush, the living and dining areas were comfortable, the A/V systems were dialed in, the hot tub and intinity pool kept us entertained for hours, and it had a fully stocked kitchen. Lastly and certainly the biggest highlight was the staff - Alberto, Edgar, Margarita, and Miguel. They were professional, talented thoughtful, and fun. Every meal, from local fare to more international dishes, was delicious and was served with too notch service. Our rooms were spotless daily. They played and engaged with our 2 and 4 year olds, to the point they all got hugs goodbye on our way out. I was sad to leave and am already thinking about booking this place again!

Wow. It's hard for me to put into words just how amazing our time at Casa Suenos del Mar was. The house is stunning but, In my opinion, what really makes this place incredible, are the special people who staff this home. Alberto, Miguel, Margarita, and Edgar are fantastic and make every effort to help you feel at home and have a great time. Margarita made a special tea to help my mother with the cough she was struggling with the first few days of our stay. Miguel made incredible drinks for us, and our little ones had a blast joking around with him. And Edgar navigated our dietary restrictions like a true professional and kept surprising us each day with amazing meals. Blanca, the concierge, was a huge help in arranging excellent airport transportation, a pack and play crib, and a family photographer for us. One note: if you have little ones with you, you will need to take extra care with them around the pool (there is a pool alarm thankfully) and navigating some of the stairs.

If you are considering booking this place, just go ahead and do it. And while you are at it, ensure that you give yourself the opportunity to have a few meals at home - the chef is incredible, as are the views and a late night jacuzzi dip. The staff overall was super helpful, and we felt well taken care of. The house itself is gorgeous, and exactly like the pics. You won't regret your stay here.

Very good location, but definitely use Uber or taxi or rental car. The hill is very steep. Beautiful property and the staff was very attentive. The chef was one of the best we have had in PVR. Very relaxing and a perfect spot to celebrate our friend’s 50th birthday.

Really a dream house! The only stress we had was when we left the house and every time we came back the amazing pool lured us in for a relaxing swim. All the staff was above and beyond kind and helpful and it did not feel intrusive to have them there during the day. The furniture is gorgeous and high quality and the Sonos speakers really add a lot. We let the Chef cook whatever Mexican dishes he wanted and my entire family enjoyed every meal. He even night snorkeled and caught lobsters for lunch one day!! The house is spacious enough that we all had total privacy and room to separate. We all want to return again. Thank you Jeff for sharing your stunning home with us.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! The view is spectacular- the staff were incredible! The rooms are private and spacious. The food was delicious! We can’t recommend it enough!

The home is stunning and well cared for. It is comfortable and spacious. Bedrooms are very private from each other and the living space is perfect for entertaining. The view is better than the pictures. Plan ahead for meals and beverages if you chose to use the chef so you get the most out of it. Staff is friendly and attentive. Jeff is quick to communicate and respond as needed.

One word...AMAZING! What a fantastic vacation spot! This home is more impressive than even the pictures show; the entire architecture was built around an outside living area that could be a vacation spot of its own. The bedrooms were equally impressive, comfortable, well decorated with ocean views. We would have been okay with just the home, but the real difference-maker was the staff. Miguel, Edgar, Margarita, and Alberto took excellent care of our families and are just good people. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. As someone who has traveled extensively, I tend to have high expectations. This property and the entire team met them all and more. Book it! If you are reading this, just book this amazing Airbnb that lives up to every expectation. The whole space is stunning & very private & safe. By far the nicest of any place we stayed in before. We felt spoiled by the staff who prepared delicious food, drinks & the chef even gave us 3 cooking lessons preparing their local cuisine. Great location, restaurants & shops nearby. Their concierge service took care of transportation & booked all our activities. Leaving us to feel like we were on a retreat & worry free of all the planning details. Highly recommended if you want to relax & feel pampered while taking in the most incredible views.

This was our first time in PVR and this house was so perfect! Awesome location that was private but less than 10 mins cab ride to all the action. We loved the infinity pool and not tub with truly breathtaking views. The Sonos sound system ensured a fun vibe at all times. The staff were so friendly and accommodating; we did not have to lift a finger the whole week! Victor, Margarita, Alberto were all outstanding. The food prepared by our chef Mario was phenomenal. Overall so many fun memories and we can’t wait to return.

I have traveled a lot and stayed in some stunning properties and hotels all over the world. This villa and Jeff’s hospitality were hands down one of my top experiences. The serenity of the villa is magnificent, the staff is amongst the friendliest and kindest I have ever encountered. Will be back soon!

Beautiful villa overlooking the bay in a part of Puerto Vallarta that is close to the key restaurant / beach / club area, but far enough away to be tranquil and relaxing. Very helpful staff took care of our needs.

We loved staying at Casa Sueños Del Mar! The house is extremely private with a great view of the water and downtown. It has a very indoor / outdoor feel which we loved. Everything was clean and new. We loved watching the birds every morning, and enjoying champagne while watching the gorgeous sunsets over the water. We spent a lot of time in the pool, which was the perfect temperature. We even saw whales jumping in the bay from the pool. Antonio, the chef, is amazing. His meals were incredible. Alberto and Rosalia are very friendly and helpful. We felt totally pampered for our entire stay.
