I really liked the location.. especially the comfort of the beds. The bathrooms are also very clean. i loved that the beach was so close and they had chairs to take to the beach.. as well as I definitely recommend it.

Loved this gorgeous house! Great location within walking distance to the beach and 5th Ave. Host always responded quickly. Gated neighborhood with 24/7 security. Hope to stay here again in the near future.

Excellent House! If you are looking for a house in Playacar Phase 1 this is ideally located. It has literally almost everything you need. The kitchen has everything you need and more, plenty of room for many guests. The pool was fantastic. Gina was a great host.

The house, Lich Naj, is one of the best places I've rented on Airbnb with all the necessary services and plenty for our needs, a very cozy house and Gina was always attentive to any questions we had, all the super comfortable rooms. My family and I had a very pleasant vacation! Thank you. Deifinitabente if we come back!

The villa was amazing, we’ve had a lovely time! The rent of two baby cribs was an insane price but as we didn’t have an alternative, we said yes. That was a bit of a bummer. But the cleaning was great, location and almost all the equipment we needed (except for the dishwasher which was in the description). As the villa pool is shared with the neighbor villa, you have to ‘hope’ that you have relaxed neighbors. We luckily had! Villa is located only a couple of steps away from the amazing beach. And from the master bed room and the balcony, you have a nice see view, being able to see the sunrise. The center of playa del Carmen is also in walking distance which was really nice. But the villa is located in a quiet area so best of both worlds! Showers were great, towels are the softest ever and what was amazing, was the water tank with cooled water and water being restored during the week. Great service! Taxi’s are easily arranged at the entrance of the parc. And the communication with the host wel easily and quick as well. Would definitely recommend this villa!
