Fantastic stay, the house was amazing. The location is amazing with beaches and great restaurants within easy walking distance. The air con was brilliant even in very hot weather, it made sleeping at night so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return.

We stayed at Casa Ziv for 5 nights and simply didn’t want to leave! The house is spacious, beautiful, and finished to the highest standard. The beds are huge and exceptionally comfortable (guaranteeing a great night's sleep!), and the kitchen is large, fully equipped with everything you need, and super convenient for cooking meals. The outdoor area is pure paradise! We loved cooling off in the pool, lounging on the sunbeds, and enjoying lunches poolside. The location is great—just a short, easy walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. On top of the amazing house, Arbel is a fantastic host! He was incredibly attentive, answered any question within seconds, and was always happy to help with a wonderful attitude. Highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious, pampering vacation. We would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed the location—being so close to town/the beach was wonderful—and the pool area was a highlight. The property itself felt a little more lived-in than we expected based on the photos, price point, and reviews, and a few updates throughout would go a long way. We also found the beds and pillows could be a bit more comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and think with a little refreshing, this could be an even better experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Ziv! Arbel was an incredible host—welcoming, thoughtful, and very attentive throughout our stay. The property was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Everything was exactly as described, and the attention to detail really made the experience special. We truly enjoyed our time at Casa Ziv and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place and a fantastic host!

Great location to Tamarindo Beach, 5 minute walk. Arbel responded right away when weren't able to find the place because of a Google Maps issue and sent someone to help show us the way. Great pool area. Would stay here again.

The location of this place is so walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. the backyard is very nice and private. The place was perfect!

This house checked every box! It was clean, beautiful, modern, had a private pool, and was perfect for our family of five with kids 8, 16 and 21. Everyone having their own space and bathroom was such a bonus. The backyard and pool area were the highlight it felt like our own private resort. The loungers, lush landscaping, and privacy made it the perfect place to relax day and night! The house, location, and amenities exceeded our expectations. Everything was top-notch, clean, minimalistic, and thoughtfully designed. We loved being able to walk to the beach, town, Starbucks, food trucks, and the grocery store. Since it is hot, having a golf cart is a plus for getting around, but we were still able to walk everywhere. Arbel was wonderful and very responsive. We had a very early flight into Liberia, and Arbel kindly allowed us to store our luggage while we waited for check in time so we were able to head to the beach! Highly recommend and will be back!!
